Ezekiel

7

1And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
1 Daeth gair yr ARGLWYDD ataf a dweud,
2And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto the land of Israel: An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
2 "Tithau, fab dyn, dywed, 'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW wrth dir Israel: Diwedd! Daeth y diwedd ar bedwar cwr y wlad.
3Now is the end upon thee; and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
3 Daeth y diwedd yn awr arnat ti, ac anfonaf fy nig arnat; barnaf di yn l dy ffyrdd, a thalaf iti am dy holl ffieidd-dra.
4And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity; but I will bring thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
4 Ni fyddaf yn tosturio wrthyt, ac ni fyddaf yn trugarhau, ond talaf iti am dy ffyrdd ac am y ffieidd-dra sydd yn dy ganol. Yna cewch wybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.
5Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: An evil, an only evil! behold, it is come.
5 "'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Trychineb ar ben trychineb! Y mae'n dod!
6The end is come, the end is come; it awaketh against thee: behold, it cometh.
6 Daeth diwedd! Daeth y diwedd! Y mae wedi cychwyn yn dy erbyn! Fe ddaeth!
7The doom is come unto thee, inhabitant of the land; the time is come, the day is near, -- tumult, and not the joyous cry from the mountains.
7 Fe ddaeth y farn arnat ti sy'n byw yn y wlad; daeth yr amser, agos yw'r dydd; y mae terfysg, ac nid llawenydd, ar y mynyddoedd.
8Now will I soon pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger against thee; and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
8 Yn awr, ar fyrder, tywalltaf fy llid arnat a chyflawni fy nig tuag atat; barnaf di yn l dy ffyrdd, a thalu iti am dy holl ffieidd-dra.
9And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will render unto thee according to thy ways, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that it is I, Jehovah, that smite.
9 Ni fyddaf yn tosturio wrthyt, nac yn trugarhau; talaf iti am dy ffyrdd ac am y ffieidd-dra sydd yn dy ganol. Yna cewch wybod mai myfi'r ARGLWYDD sy'n taro.
10Behold the day, behold, it is come: the doom is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride is full blown.
10 "'Dyma'r dydd! Fe ddaeth! Aeth y farn allan. Blagurodd anghyfiawnder, blodeuodd traha,
11Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: nothing of them [shall remain], nor of their multitude, nor of their wealth, nor of the magnificence in the midst of them.
11 tyfodd trais yn anghyfiawnder dybryd; ni adewir neb ohonynt, neb o'r dyrfa, na dim o'u cyfoeth na dim o werth.
12The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn; for fierce anger is upon all the multitude thereof.
12 Daeth yr amser, cyrhaeddodd y dydd. Na fydded i'r prynwr lawenhau nac i'r gwerthwr ofidio, oherwydd daeth dicter ar y dyrfa i gyd.
13For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, even though he were yet alive amongst the living: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof; it shall not be revoked; and none shall through his iniquity assure his life.
14They have blown the trumpet and made all ready, but none goeth to the battle; for my fierce anger is upon all the multitude thereof.
14 Er iddynt ganu utgorn a gwneud popeth yn barod, nid yr un allan i ryfel, oherwydd y mae fy nicter ar y dyrfa i gyd.
15The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die by the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
15 "'Oddi allan y mae cleddyf, ac oddi mewn haint a newyn; bydd y rhai sydd allan yn y maes yn marw trwy'r cleddyf, a'r rhai sydd yn y ddinas yn cael eu hysu gan newyn a haint.
16And they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, every one for his iniquity.
16 Bydd yr holl rai a ddihangodd i'r mynyddoedd, fel colomennod y dyffryn, pob un ohonynt yn griddfan am ei ddrygioni.
17All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall melt into water.
17 Bydd pob llaw yn llipa a phob glin fel glastwr;
18And they shall gird on sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
18 byddant yn gwisgo sachliain, ac wedi eu gorchuddio braw; bydd cywilydd ar bob wyneb a moelni ar bob pen.
19They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be as an impurity: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah's wrath; they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their belly; for it hath been the stumbling-block of their iniquity.
19 Taflant eu harian i'r strydoedd, a bydd eu haur fel peth aflan; ni fedr eu harian na'u haur eu gwaredu yn nydd digofaint yr ARGLWYDD; ac ni fedrant ddigoni eu heisiau na llenwi eu stumogau; ond eu camwedd fydd eu cwymp.
20And he set in majesty his beautiful ornament; but they made therein the images of their abominations [and] of their detestable things: therefore have I made it an impurity unto them.
20 Yr oeddent yn llawenhau balchder yn eu tlysau hardd, ac yn eu gwneud yn ddelwau ffiaidd ac atgas; am hynny yr wyf yn eu hystyried yn aflan.
21And I will give it into the hands of strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall profane it.
21 Fe'u rhoddaf yn ysbail yn nwylo estroniaid, ac yn anrhaith i rai drygionus y ddaear, a halogir hwy.
22And I will turn my face from them; and they shall profane my secret [place]; and the violent shall enter into it, and profane it.
22 Trof fy wyneb oddi wrthynt, a halogir fy nhrysor; daw ysbeilwyr i mewn yno a'i halogi a gwneud anrhaith.
23Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
23 "'Am fod y wlad yn llawn o dywallt gwaed, a'r ddinas yn llawn o drais,
24Therefore will I bring the worst of the nations, and they shall possess their houses; and I will make the pride of the strong to cease; and their sanctuaries shall be profaned.
24 dof 'r rhai gwaethaf o'r cenhedloedd yno, a byddant yn meddiannu eu tai; rhoddaf derfyn ar falchder y rhai cedyrn, ac fe halogir eu cysegrleoedd.
25Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, but there shall be none.
25 Y mae dychryn ar ddyfod, a byddant yn ceisio heddwch, ond heb ei gael.
26Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; and they shall seek a vision from a prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders.
26 Daw trallod ar ben trallod, a sibrydion ar ben sibrydion; ceisiant weledigaeth gan y proffwyd, a bydd y gyfraith yn pallu gan yr offeiriad, a chyngor gan yr henuriaid.
27The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with dismay, and the hands of the people of the land shall tremble: I will do unto them according to their way, and with their judgments will I judge them; and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
27 Bydd y brenin mewn galar, a'r tywysog wedi ei wisgo ag arswyd, a bydd dwylo pobl y wlad yn crynu. Gwnaf hwy yn l eu ffyrdd, a barnaf hwy yn l eu safonau eu hunain; a chnt wybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.'"
