77

1{To the chief Musician. On Jeduthun. Of Asaph. A Psalm.} My voice is unto God, and I will cry; my voice is unto God, and he will give ear unto me.
1Untuk pemimpin kor. Menurut: Yedutun. Mazmur Asaf.
2In the day of my trouble, I sought the Lord: my hand was stretched out in the night, and slacked not; my soul refused to be comforted.
2(77-3) Di waktu kesesakan aku berdoa kepada TUHAN; sepanjang malam kuangkat tanganku kepada-Nya tanpa jemu, tetapi hatiku tak mau dihibur.
3I remembered God, and I moaned; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
3(77-4) Bila aku ingat Allah, aku mengaduh, bila aku merenung, hatiku semakin lesu.
4Thou holdest open mine eyelids; I am full of disquiet and cannot speak.
5I consider the days of old, the years of ancient times.
6I remember my song in the night; I muse in mine own heart, and my spirit maketh diligent search.
6(77-7) Di waktu malam aku berpikir-pikir, dan bertanya-tanya dalam hati,
7Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?
8Hath his loving-kindness ceased for ever? hath [his] word come to an end from generation to generation?
8(77-9) Apakah Ia sudah berhenti mengasihi kami? Tidakkah Ia memenuhi janji-Nya lagi?
9Hath ùGod forgotten to be gracious? or hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
9(77-10) Sudah lupakah Allah untuk mengasihani? Marahkah Ia, sehingga tidak berbelaskasihan lagi?"
10Then said I, This is my weakness: -- the years of the right hand of the Most High
11Will I remember, -- the works of Jah; for I will remember thy wonders of old,
11(77-12) Aku mau mengingat perbuatan-perbuatan-Mu TUHAN, mengenang keajaiban-keajaiban-Mu di zaman dahulu.
12And I will meditate upon all thy work, and muse upon thy doings.
13O God, thy way is in the sanctuary: who is so great a ùgod as God?
13(77-14) Ya Allah, segala perbuatan-Mu suci, siapakah sebesar Allah kami?
14Thou art the ùGod that doest wonders; thou hast declared thy strength among the peoples.
15Thou hast with [thine] arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
15(77-16) Dengan kekuatan-Mu Kaubebaskan umat-Mu, keturunan Yakub dan Yusuf.
16The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they trembled, yea, the depths were troubled:
16(77-17) Melihat Engkau, ya Allah, air menjadi gentar, ya, dasar laut pun gemetar.
17The thick clouds poured out water; the skies sent out a sound, yea, thine arrows went abroad:
17(77-18) Awan mencurahkan hujan, guntur mengguruh; halilintar menyambar ke segala arah.
18The voice of thy thunder was in the whirlwind, lightnings lit up the world; the earth was troubled and it quaked.
18(77-19) Guntur menggelegar, kilat berpijar, bumi goncang dan gemetar.
19Thy way is in the sea, and thy paths are in the great waters; and thy footsteps are not known.
19(77-20) Engkau berjalan melalui ombak, mengarungi lautan, tetapi jejak-Mu tak tampak.
20Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
