¹{A Psalm.} Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: for he hath done wondrous things; his right hand and his holy arm hath wrought salvation for him.

¹Mazmur. Nyanyikanlah lagu baru bagi TUHAN, karena perbuatan-perbuatan-Nya yang mengagumkan! Dengan kuasa dan kekuatan-Nya sendiri Ia telah mendapat kemenangan.

²Jehovah hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the nations.

²TUHAN mewartakan kemenangan-Nya; Ia menyatakan keadilan-Nya kepada bangsa-bangsa.

³He hath remembered his loving-kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

³Ia ingat akan kasih dan kesetiaan-Nya kepada Israel, umat-Nya. Semua bangsa di seluruh bumi telah melihat kemenangan Allah kita.

⁴Shout aloud unto Jehovah, all the earth; break forth and shout for joy, and sing psalms.

⁴Bersoraksorailah bagi TUHAN, hai seluruh bumi! Pujilah TUHAN dengan nyanyian dan sorak gembira.

⁵Sing psalms unto Jehovah with the harp: with the harp, and the voice of a song;

⁵Nyanyikan pujian bagi TUHAN, dengan memetik kecapi.

⁶With trumpets and sound of cornet, make a joyful noise before the King, Jehovah.

⁶Tiuplah trompet dan sangkakala, bersoraklah bagi TUHAN, Raja kita.

⁷Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein;

⁷Bergemuruhlah hai laut dan semua isinya bumi dan semua yang mendiaminya.

⁸Let the floods clap [their] hands; let the mountains sing for joy together,

⁸Biarlah sungai-sungai bertepuk tangan, dan bukit-bukit bersorak-sorai di hadapan TUHAN.

⁹Before Jehovah, for he cometh to judge the earth: he will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

⁹Sebab Ia datang untuk menghakimi bumi; bangsa-bangsa akan dihakimi-Nya dengan adil dan benar.
