1Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every man that was wise-hearted, in whom Jehovah had put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work of the service of the sanctuary -- according to all that Jehovah had commanded.
1ベザレルとアホリアブおよびすべて心に知恵ある者、すなわち主が知恵と悟りとを授けて、聖所の組立ての諸種の工事を、いかになすかを知らせられた者は、すべて主が命じられたようにしなければならない」。
2And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every man that was wise-hearted, in whose heart God had put wisdom, every one whose heart moved him to come to the work to do it.
2そこで、モーセはベザレルとアホリアブおよびすべて心に知恵ある者、すなわち、その心に主が知恵を授けられた者、またきて、その工事をなそうと心に望むすべての者を召し寄せた。
3And they took from Moses every heave-offering that the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, to make it. And they still brought him voluntary offerings morning by morning.
3彼らは聖所の組立ての工事をするために、イスラエルの人々が携えてきたもろもろのささげ物を、モーセから受け取ったが、民はなおも朝ごとに、自発のささげ物を彼のもとに携えてきた。
4And all the wise men that wrought all the work of the sanctuary came, every man from his work which they wrought,
4そこで聖所のもろもろの工事をする賢い人々はみな、おのおのしていた工事をやめて、
5and spoke to Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work that Jehovah commanded to be done.
5モーセに言った「民があまりに多く携えて来るので、主がせよと命じられた組立ての工事には余ります」。
6Then Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed through the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the heave-offering of the sanctuary! So the people were restrained from bringing;
6モーセは命令を発し、宿営中にふれさせて言った、「男も女も、もはや聖所のために、ささげ物をするに及ばない」。それで民は携えて来ることをやめた。
7for the work they had was sufficient for all the work to do it, and it was too much.
7材料はすべての工事をするのにじゅうぶんで、かつ余るからである。
8And every wise-hearted man among those that wrought the work of the tabernacle made ten curtains of twined byssus, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: [with] cherubim of artistic work did he make them.
8すべて工作をする者のうちの心に知恵ある者は、十枚の幕で幕屋を造った。すなわち亜麻の撚糸、青糸、紫糸、緋糸で造り、巧みなわざをもって、それにケルビムを織り出した。
9The length of one curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth of one curtain four cubits -- one measure for all the curtains.
9幕の長さは、おのおの二十八キュビト、幕の幅は、おのおの四キュビトで、幕はみな同じ寸法である。
10And he coupled five of the curtains one to another, and [the other] five curtains coupled he one to another.
10その幕五枚を互に連ね合わせ、また他の五枚の幕をも互に連ね合わせ、
11And he made loops of blue on the edge of one curtain at the edge of the coupling; he did likewise in the edge of the outermost curtain in the other coupling.
11その一連の端にある幕の縁に青色の乳をつけ、他の一連の端にある幕の縁にも、そのようにした。
12He made fifty loops in one curtain, and he made fifty loops at the end of the curtain that was in the other coupling: the loops were opposite to one another.
12その一枚の幕に乳五十をつけ、他の一連の幕の端にも、乳五十をつけた。その乳を互に相向かわせた。
13And he made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains together with the clasps, so that the tabernacle became one.
13そして金の輪五十を作り、その輪で、幕を互に連ね合わせたので、一つの幕屋になった。
14And he made curtains of goats' [hair] for the tent over the tabernacle: eleven curtains did he make them.
14また、やぎの毛糸で幕を作り、幕屋をおおう天幕にした。すなわち幕十一枚を作った。
15The length of one curtain was thirty cubits, and four cubits the breadth of one curtain -- one measure for the eleven curtains.
15おのおのの幕の長さは三十キュビト、おのおのの幕の幅は四キュビトで、その十一枚の幕は同じ寸法である。
16And he coupled five of the curtains by themselves, and six of the curtains by themselves.
16そして、その幕五枚を一つに連ね合わせ、また、その幕六枚を一つに連ね合わせ、
17And he made fifty loops on the edge of the outermost curtain in the coupling, and fifty loops made he on the edge of the curtain in the other coupling.
17その一連の端にある幕の縁に、乳五十をつけ、他の一連の幕の縁にも、乳五十をつけた。
18And he made fifty clasps of copper to couple the tent, that it might be one.
18そして、青銅の輪五十を作り、その天幕を連ね合わせて一つにした。
19And he made a covering for the tent [of] rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of badgers' skins above [that].
19また、あかね染めの雄羊の皮で、天幕のおおいと、じゅごんの皮で、その上にかけるおおいとを作った。
20And he made the boards for the tabernacle of acacia-wood, standing up;
20また幕屋のためにアカシヤ材をもって、立枠を造った。
21ten cubits the length of the boards, and one cubit and a half the breadth of one board;
21枠の長さは十キュビト、枠の幅は、おのおの一キュビト半とし、
22two tenons in one board, connected one with the other: thus did he make for all the boards of the tabernacle.
22枠ごとに二つの柄を造って、かれとこれとをくい合わせ、幕屋のすべての枠にこのようにした。
23And he made the boards for the tabernacle: twenty boards for the south side southward;
23幕屋のために枠を造った。すなわち南側のために枠二十を造った。
24and he made forty bases of silver under the twenty boards, two bases under one board, for its two tenons, and two bases under another board for its two tenons.
24その二十の枠の下に銀の座四十を造って、この枠の下に、その二つの柄のために二つの座を置き、かの枠の下にも、その二つの柄のために二つの座を置いた。
25And for the other side of the tabernacle, on the side toward the north, he made twenty boards,
25また幕屋の他の側、すなわち北側のためにも枠二十を造った。
26and their forty bases of silver, two bases under one board, and two bases under another board.
26その銀の座四十を造って、この枠の下にも二つの座を置き、かの枠の下にも二つの座を置いた。
27And at the rear of the tabernacle, westward, he made six boards;
27また幕屋のうしろ、西側のために枠六つを造り、
28and he made two boards for the corners of the tabernacle at the rear;
28幕屋のうしろの二つのすみのために枠二つを造った。
29and they were joined beneath, and were coupled together at the top thereof into one ring: thus he did to both of them in both the corners;
29これらは、下で重なり合い、同じくその頂でも第一の環まで重なり合うようにし、その二つとも二つのすみのために、そのように造った。
30and there were eight boards, and their silver bases: sixteen bases, under every board two bases.
30こうして、その枠は八つ、その銀の座は十六、おのおのの枠の下に、二つずつ座があった。
31-- And he made bars of acacia-wood: five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,
31またアカシヤ材の横木を造った。すなわち幕屋のこの側の枠のために五つ、
32and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle at the rear, westward.
32また幕屋のかの側の枠のために横木五つ、幕屋のうしろの西側の枠のために横木五つを造った。
33And he made the middle bar in the midst of the boards reach from one end to the other.
33枠のまん中にある中央の横木は、端から端まで通るようにした。
34And he overlaid the boards with gold; and made their rings of gold [as] receptacles for the bars; and overlaid the bars with gold.
34そして、その枠を金でおおい、また横木を通すその環を金で造り、またその横木を金でおおった。
35And he made the veil of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus: of artistic work he made it [with] cherubim.
35また青糸、紫糸、緋糸、亜麻の撚糸で、垂幕を作り、巧みなわざをもって、それにケルビムを織り出した。
36And he made four pillars of acacia[-wood] for it, and overlaid them with gold; their hooks were of gold; and he cast for them four bases of silver.
36また、これがためにアカシヤ材の柱四本を作り、金でこれをおおい、その鉤を金にし、その柱のために銀の座四つを鋳た。
37And he made a curtain for the entrance of the tent of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus, of embroidery;
37また幕屋の入口のために青糸、紫糸、緋糸、亜麻の撚糸で、色とりどりに織ったとばりを作った。その柱五本と、その鉤とを造り、その柱の頭と桁とを金でおおった。ただし、その五つの座は青銅であった。
38and its five pillars with their hooks; and he overlaid their capitals and their connecting-rods with gold; and their five bases were of copper.
