¹And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹主はまたモーセに言われた、

²Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through inadvertence against any of the commandments of Jehovah [in things] that ought not to be done, and do any of them;

²「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『もし人があやまって罪を犯し、主のいましめにそむいて、してはならないことの一つをした時は次のようにしなければならない。

³if the priest that is anointed sin according to the trespass of the people; then for his sin which he hath sinned shall he present a young bullock without blemish to Jehovah for a sin-offering.

³すなわち、油注がれた祭司が罪を犯して、とがを民に及ぼすならば、彼はその犯した罪のために雄の全き子牛を罪祭として主にささげなければならない。

⁴And he shall bring the bullock to the entrance of the tent of meeting before Jehovah; and shall lay his hand on the bullock's head, and slaughter the bullock before Jehovah.

⁴その子牛を会見の幕屋の入口に連れてきて主の前に至り、その子牛の頭に手を置き、その子牛を主の前で、ほふらなければならない。

⁵And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it into the tent of meeting;

⁵油注がれた祭司は、その子牛の血を取って、それを会見の幕屋に携え入り、

⁶and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before Jehovah before the veil of the sanctuary;

⁶そして祭司は指をその血に浸して、聖所の垂幕の前で主の前にその血を七たび注がなければならない。

⁷and the priest shall put of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense, which is in the tent of meeting, before Jehovah; and he shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of burnt-offering, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

⁷祭司はまたその血を取り、主の前で会見の幕屋の中にある香ばしい薫香の祭壇の角に、それを塗らなければならない。その子牛の血の残りはことごとく会見の幕屋の入口にある燔祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない。

⁸And all the fat of the bullock of the sin-offering shall he take off from it; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is on the inwards,

⁸またその罪祭の子牛から、すべての脂肪を取らなければならない。すなわち内臓をおおう脂肪と内臓の上のすべての脂肪、

⁹and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the net above the liver which he shall take away as far as the kidneys,

⁹二つの腎臓とその上の腰のあたりにある脂肪、ならびに腎臓と共に取られる肝臓の上の小葉である。

¹⁰as it is taken off from the ox of the sacrifice of peace-offering; and the priest shall burn them on the altar of burnt-offering.

¹⁰これを取るには酬恩祭の犠牲の雄牛から取るのと同じようにしなければならない。そして祭司はそれを燔祭の祭壇の上で焼かなければならない。

¹¹And the skin of the bullock, and all its flesh, with its head, and with its legs, and its inwards, and its dung,

¹¹その子牛の皮とそのすべての肉、およびその頭と足と内臓と汚物など、

¹²even the whole bullock shall he carry forth outside the camp unto a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out shall it be burnt.

¹²すべてその子牛の残りは、これを宿営の外の、清い場所なる灰捨場に携え出し、火をもってこれをたきぎの上で焼き捨てなければならない。すなわちこれは灰捨場で焼き捨てらるべきである。

¹³And if the whole assembly of Israel sin inadvertently, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the congregation, and they do [somewhat against] any of all the commandments of Jehovah [in things] which should not be done, and are guilty;

¹³もしイスラエルの全会衆があやまちを犯し、そのことが会衆の目に隠れていても、主のいましめにそむいて、してはならないことの一つをなして、とがを得たならば、

¹⁴and the sin wherewith they have sinned against it have become known; then the congregation shall present a young bullock for the sin-offering, and shall bring it before the tent of meeting;

¹⁴その犯した罪が現れた時、会衆は雄の子牛を罪祭としてささげなければならない。すなわちそれを会見の幕屋の前に連れてきて、

¹⁵and the elders of the assembly shall lay their hands on the head of the bullock before Jehovah; and one shall slaughter the bullock before Jehovah.

¹⁵会衆の長老たちは、主の前でその子牛の頭に手を置き、その子牛を主の前で、ほふらなければならない。

¹⁶And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the bullock's blood into the tent of meeting;

¹⁶そして、油注がれた祭司は、その子牛の血を会見の幕屋に携え入り、

¹⁷and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before Jehovah, before the veil;

¹⁷祭司は指をその血に浸し、垂幕の前で主の前に七たび注がなければならない。

¹⁸and he shall put of the blood on the horns of the altar that is before Jehovah which is in the tent of meeting; and he shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt-offering, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

¹⁸またその血を取って、会見の幕屋の中の主の前にある祭壇の角に、それを塗らなければならない。その血の残りはことごとく会見の幕屋の入口にある燔祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない。

¹⁹And all its fat shall he take off from it and burn on the altar.

¹⁹またそのすべての脂肪を取って祭壇の上で焼かなければならない。

²⁰And he shall do with the bullock as he did with the bullock of sin-offering: so shall he do with it. And the priest shall make atonement for them; and it shall be forgiven them.

²⁰すなわち祭司は罪祭の雄牛にしたように、この雄牛にも、しなければならない。こうして、祭司が彼らのためにあがないをするならば、彼らはゆるされるであろう。

²¹And he shall carry forth the bullock outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bullock: it is a sin-offering of the congregation.

²¹そして、彼はその雄牛を宿営の外に携え出し、はじめの雄牛を焼き捨てたように、これを焼き捨てなければならない。これは会衆の罪祭である。

²²When a prince sinneth and through inadvertence doeth [somewhat against] any of all the commandments of Jehovah his God [in things] which should not be done, and is guilty;

²²またつかさたる者が罪を犯し、あやまって、その神、主のいましめにそむき、してはならないことの一つをして、とがを得、

²³if his sin, wherein he hath sinned, come to his knowledge, he shall bring his offering, a buck of the goats, a male without blemish.

²³もしその犯した罪を知るようになったときは、供え物として雄やぎの全きものを連れてきて、

²⁴And he shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and slaughter it at the place where they slaughter the burnt-offering before Jehovah: it is a sin-offering.

²⁴そのやぎの頭に手を置き、燔祭をほふる場所で、主の前にこれをほふらなければならない。これは罪祭である。

²⁵And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt-offering, and shall pour out its blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt-offering.

²⁵祭司は指でその罪祭の血を取り、燔祭の祭壇の角にそれを塗り、残りの血は燔祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない。

²⁶And he shall burn all its fat on the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him [to cleanse him] from his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

²⁶また、そのすべての脂肪は、酬恩祭の犠牲の脂肪と同じように、祭壇の上で焼かなければならない。こうして、祭司が彼のためにその罪のあがないをするならば、彼はゆるされるであろう。

²⁷And if any one of the people of the land sin through inadvertence, that he do [somewhat against] any of the commandments of Jehovah [in things] which should not be done, and be guilty;

²⁷また一般の人がもしあやまって罪を犯し、主のいましめにそむいて、してはならないことの一つをして、とがを得、

²⁸if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge, then he shall bring his offering, a goat, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned.

²⁸その犯した罪を知るようになったときは、その犯した罪のために供え物として雌やぎの全きものを連れてきて、

²⁹And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin-offering, and slaughter the sin-offering at the place of the burnt-offering.

²⁹その罪祭の頭に手を置き、燔祭をほふる場所で、その罪祭をほふらなければならない。

³⁰And the priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put [it] on the horns of the altar of burnt-offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar.

³⁰そして祭司は指でその血を取り、燔祭の祭壇の角にこれを塗り、残りの血をことごとく祭壇のもとに注がなければならない。

³¹And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace-offering; and the priest shall burn it on the altar, for a sweet odour to Jehovah; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

³¹またそのすべての脂肪は酬恩祭の犠牲から脂肪を取るのと同じように取り、これを祭壇の上で焼いて主にささげる香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。こうして祭司が彼のためにあがないをするならば、彼はゆるされるであろう。

³²And if he bring a sheep for his offering for sin, a female without blemish shall he bring it.

³²もし小羊を罪祭のために供え物として連れてくるならば、雌の全きものを連れてこなければならない。

³³And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin-offering, and slaughter it for a sin-offering at the place where they slaughter the burnt-offering.

³³その罪祭の頭に手を置き、燔祭をほふる場所で、これをほふり、罪祭としなければならない。

³⁴And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering with his finger, and put [it] on the horns of the altar of burnt-offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar.

³⁴そして祭司は指でその罪祭の血を取り、燔祭の祭壇の角にそれを塗り、残りの血はことごとく祭壇のもとに注がなければならない。またそのすべての脂肪は酬恩祭の犠牲から小羊の脂肪を取るのと同じように取り、祭司はこれを主にささげる火祭のように祭壇の上で焼かなければならない。こうして祭司が彼の犯した罪のためにあがないをするならば、彼はゆるされるであろう。

³⁵And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of peace-offering; and the priest shall burn them on the altar, with Jehovah's offerings by fire; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

³⁵またそのすべての脂肪は酬恩祭の犠牲から小羊の脂肪を取るのと同じように取り、祭司はこれを主にささげる火祭のように祭壇の上で焼かなければならない。こうして祭司が彼の犯した罪のためにあがないをするならば、彼はゆるされるであろう。
