1This is the book of Adam's generations. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him.
1ആദാമിന്റെ വംശപാരമ്പര്യമാവിതുദൈവം മനുഷ്യനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചപ്പോള് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തില് അവനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ആണും പെണ്ണുമായി അവരെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു;
2Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
2സൃഷ്ടിച്ച നാളില് അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കയും അവര്ക്കും ആദാമെന്നു പേരിടുകയും ചെയ്തു.
3And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot [a son] in his likeness, after his image, and called his name Seth.
3ആദാമിനു നൂറ്റിമുപ്പതു വയസ്സായാപ്പോള് അവന് തന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തില് തന്റെ സ്വരൂപപ്രകാരം ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവന്നു ശേത്ത് എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.
4And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years; and he begot sons and daughters.
4ശേത്തിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ആദാം എണ്ണൂറു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരേയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
5And all the days of Adam that he lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.
5ആദാമിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി മുപ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
6And Seth lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enosh.
6ശേത്തിന്നു നൂറ്റഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
7And Seth lived after he had begotten Enosh eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.
7എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ശേത്ത് എണ്ണൂറ്റേഴു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
8And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.
8ശേത്തിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പന്ത്രണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
9And Enosh lived ninety years, and begot Cainan.
9എനോശിന്നു തൊണ്ണൂറു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
10And Enosh lived after he had begotten Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters.
10കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം എനോശ് എണ്ണൂറ്റിപതിനഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
11And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.
11എനോശിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
12And Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Mahalaleel.
12കേനാന്നു എഴുപതു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
13And Cainan lived after he had begotten Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and begot sons and daughters.
13മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം കേനാന് എണ്ണൂറ്റിനാല്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
14And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.
14കേനാന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പത്തു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
15And Mahalaleel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.
15മഹലലേലിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
16And Mahalaleel lived after he had begotten Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.
16യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം മഹലലേല് എണ്ണൂറ്റിമുപ്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
17And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred and ninety-five years; and he died.
17മഹലലേലിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ എണ്ണൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
18And Jared lived a hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Enoch.
18യാരെദിന്നു നൂറ്ററുപത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
19And Jared lived after he had begotten Enoch eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
19ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം യാരെദ് എണ്ണൂറു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
20And all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died.
20യാരെദിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
21And Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methushelah.
21ഹാനോക്കിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
22And Enoch walked with God after he had begotten Methushelah three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
22മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ഹാനോക് മൂന്നൂറു സംവത്സരം ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടക്കയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
23And all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years.
23ഹനോക്കിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ മുന്നൂറ്ററുപത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു.
24And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.
24ഹാനോക് ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടന്നു, ദൈവം അവനെ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടതിനാല് കാണാതെയായി.
25And Methushelah lived a hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lemech.
25മെഥൂശലഹിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തേഴു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
26And Methushelah lived after he had begotten Lemech seven hundred and eighty-two years, and begot sons and daughters.
26ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം മെഥൂശലഹ് എഴുനൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
27And all the days of Methushelah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.
27മെഥൂശലഹിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തൊമ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
28And Lemech lived a hundred and eighty-two years, and begot a son.
28ലാമേക്കിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
29And he called his name Noah, saying, This [one] shall comfort us concerning our work and concerning the toil of our hands, because of the ground which Jehovah has cursed.
29യഹോവ ശപിച്ച ഭൂമിയില് നമ്മുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും നമ്മുടെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രയത്നത്തിലും ഇവന് നമ്മെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്നു നോഹ എന്നു പേര് ഇട്ടു.
30And Lemech lived after he had begotten Noah five hundred and ninety-five years, and begot sons and daughters.
30നോഹയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ലാമേക് അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
31And all the days of Lemech were seven hundred and seventy-seven years; and he died.
31ലാമേക്കിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ എഴുനൂറ്റെഴുപത്തേഴു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവന് മരിച്ചു.
32And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
32നോഹെക്കു അഞ്ഞൂറു വയസ്സായശേഷം നോഹ ശേമിനെയും ഹാമിനെയും യാഫെത്തിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
