1And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants to Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the place of his father; for Hiram always loved David.
1ရှောလမုန်ကို ခမည်းတော်အရာ၌ ဘိသိက်ပေး ကြောင်းကို တုရုမင်းကြီးဟိရံသည် ကြားလျှင်၊ ဒါဝိဒ်နှင့် အစဉ်မိတ်ဆွေဖွဲ့သော သူဖြစ်၍၊ မိမိကျွန်တို့ကို စေလွှတ် လေ၏။
2And Solomon sent to Hiram, saying,
2တဖန်ရှောလမုန်သည်လည်း၊ ဟိရံထံသို့ စေ လွှတ်လျက်၊
3Thou knowest that David my father could not build a house unto the name of Jehovah his God, because of the wars which were about him on every side, until Jehovah put them under the soles of his feet.
3ငါ့အဘဒါဝိဒ်သည် အရပ်ရပ်၌ စစ်တိုက်ရ သောကြောင့်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ရန်သူတို့ကို အဘခြေ ဘဝါးတော်အောက်သို့ နှိမ့်ချတော်မမူမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ မိမိဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်အဘို့ အိမ်တော်ကို မတည်မဆောက်ရဟု မင်းကြီးသိ၏။
4But now Jehovah my God has given me rest on every side: there is neither adversary nor evil event.
4ယခုမူကား၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အရပ်ရပ်၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်မည်အကြောင်း စီရင်တော်မူ သဖြင့်၊ ရန်ဘက်ပြုသောသူ၊ ဆီးတားသောသူ မရှိသည် ဖြစ်၍၊
5And behold, I purpose to build a house unto the name of Jehovah my God, as Jehovah spoke to David my father saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy stead, he shall build a house unto my name.
5ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ ငါ့အဘဒါဝိဒ်အား သင့် ကိုယ်စား သင်၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ပေါ်မှာ ငါတင်သော သင်၏ သားသည် ငါ့နာမအဘို့ အိမ်ကို တည်ဆောက်ရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော်အဘို့ အိမ်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်မည်ဟု ငါအကြံရှိ၏။
6And now command that they hew me cedar-trees out of Lebanon; and my servants shall be with thy servants; and I will give thee hire for thy servants according to all that thou shalt say; for thou knowest that there is not among us any that are experienced in cutting timber like to the Zidonians.
6မင်းကြီး၏ ကျွန်တို့သည် ငါ့အဘို့ လေဗနုန် တောင်ပေါ်မှာ အာရဇ်ပင်တို့ကို ခုတ်လှဲစေခြင်းငှါ စီရင် ပါ။ ငါ့ကျွန်တို့သည် မင်းကြီးကျွန်တို့နှင့်ဝိုင်း၍ လုပ်ကိုင် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ မင်းကြီးစီရင်သည်အတိုင်း၊ မင်းကြီး၏ ကျွန်တို့အား အခကိုပေးပါမည်။ ဇိဒုန်အမျိုးသားတို့သည် သစ်ခုတ်တတ်သကဲ့သို့ ငါ့တို့တွင် အဘယ်သူမျှ ခုတ်တတ် သည်ကို မင်းကြီးသိသည်ဟု မှာလိုက်လေ၏။
7And it came to pass when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed be Jehovah this day, who has given to David a wise son over this great people.
7ရှောလမုန်မင်း၏စကားကို ဟိရံမင်းသည် ကြား လျှင် အလွန်ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ထိုလူမျိုးကြီးကို အစိုးရသော သားကို ဒါဝိဒ်အားပေးတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ယနေ့မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်းဟု ဆိုလျက်၊
8And Hiram sent to Solomon, saying, I have heard the things which thou sentest to me for: I will do all thy desire concerning timber of cedar, and concerning timber of cypress.
8မင်းကြီးမှာလိုက်သော အမှုကို ငါဆင်ခြင်ပြီ။ အာရဇ်သစ်သား၊ ထင်ရူးသစ်သားလိုသမျှကို ပေးပါမည်။
9My servants shall bring [them] down from Lebanon to the sea; and I will convey them by sea [in] rafts to the place that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be broken up there, and thou shalt receive them. And thou shalt accomplish my desire in giving food for my household.
9ငါ့ကျွန်တို့သည် လေဗနုန်တောင်မှ ပင်လယ်သို့ ချပြီးလျှင်၊ ဘောင်လုပ်၍ မင်းကြီးစီရင်သောအရပ်သို့ ပင်လယ်လမ်းဖြင့် ဆောင်ခဲ့၍၊ ထိုအရပ်၌အပ်သဖြင့် မင်းကြီးခံယူရမည်။ မင်းကြီးသည်လည်း၊ ငါ၏နန်းတော် သားစားစရာရိက္ခာကိုပေး၍ ငါ့အလိုကိုလည်း ပြည့်စုံ စေရမည်ဟု ရှောလမုန်ထံသို့ လူကိုစေလွှတ်၍ ပြန်ပြော ၏။
10So Hiram gave Solomon cedar-trees and cypress-trees [according to] all his desire.
10ထိုသို့ဟိရံသည် ရှောလမုန် အလိုရှိသမျှသော အာရဇ်သစ်သား၊ ထင်းရူးသစ်သားကို ပေး၏။
11And Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand measures of wheat as food for his household, and twenty measures of beaten oil: thus gave Solomon to Hiram year by year.
11ရှောလမုန်သည်လည်း၊ ဟိရံ၏နန်းတော်သား များ စားစရာဘို့ တနှစ်တနှစ်လျှင် ဂျုံဆန်ကောရ နှစ်သောင်း၊ စစ်ပြီးသော ဆီကောရနှစ်ဆယ်ကို ပေး၏။
12And Jehovah gave Solomon wisdom as he promised him. And there was peace between Hiram and Solomon; and they two made a league.
12ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လည်း၊ ဂတိတော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း၊ ရှောလမုန်အား ပညာကိုပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဟိရံမင်းနှင့်ရှောလမုန်မင်းနှစ်ပါးတို့သည် စစ်တိုက်ခြင်း မရှိ။ မိဿဟာယဖွဲ့ကြ၏။
13And king Solomon raised a levy out of all Israel; and the levy was thirty thousand men.
13ရှောလမုန်မင်းကြီးသည်လည်း၊ ဣသရေလလူ အပေါင်းတို့တွင် လူသုံးသောင်းတို့ကို ခွဲခန့်၍၊
14And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month by courses; a month they were in Lebanon, two months at home; and Adoniram was over the levy.
14အလှည့်အလှည့်တလလျှင်တသောင်းစီ၊ လေဗနုန် တောင်သို့ စေလွှတ်သဖြင့်၊ ထိုလူတို့သည် လေဗနုန်တောင် ပေါ်မှာတလ၊ ကိုယ်နေရာအရပ်၌ နှစ်လနေရကြ၏။ ထိုလူ တို့ကို အဒေါနိရံအုပ်ရ၏။
15And Solomon had seventy thousand that bore burdens, and eighty thousand stone-masons in the mountains;
15ထမ်းရွက်သောသူခုနစ်သောင်း၊ တောင်ရိုးပေါ် မှာ သစ်ခုတ်သောသူရှစ်သောင်းတို့ကိုလည်း စေခိုင်းတော် မူ၍၊
16besides the overseers whom Solomon had set over the work, three thousand three hundred, who ruled over the people that wrought in the work.
16အုပ်ချုပ်သောမင်းအရာရှိမှတပါး လုပ်ဆောင်သော သူတို့ကို စီရင်သောသူ သုံးထောင်သုံးရာရှိ၏။
17And the king commanded, and they brought great stones, costly stones, hewn stones, to lay the foundation of the house.
17ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ အမိန့်တော်အတိုင်း အိမ်တော် တိုက်မြစ်အဘို့ ကြီးသောကျောက်၊ အဘိုးထိုက်သော ကျောက်၊ ဆစ်ပြီးသောကျောက်တို့ကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြ၏။
18And Solomon's builders and Hiram's builders and the Giblites hewed them, and prepared timber and stones to build the house.
18ထိုသို့ရှောလမုန်မင်း၏ လက်သမားတို့နှင့် ဟိရံမင်း၏လက်သမားတို့သည် ဂေဗာလအမျိုးသားတို့ နှင့်တကွ၊ အိမ်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်စရာဘို့ သစ်သား များ၊ ကျောက်များတို့ကို ပြင်ဆင်ကြ၏။
