1Come and let us return unto Jehovah: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
1လာကြ။ ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ ပြန်ကြ ကုန်အံ့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကိုက်ဖြတ်သော်လည်း ပကတိ ဖြစ်စေတော်မူမည်။ ဒဏ်ခတ်သော်လည်း အနာကို စည်းတော်မူမည်။
2After two days will he revive us; on the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live before his face;
2နှစ်ရက်လွန်ပြီးမှ ငါတို့ကို အသက်ရှင်စေ၍၊ သုံးရက်မြောက်သောနေ့၌ ထမြောက်စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ အထံတော်၌ ငါတို့သည် အသက်ရှင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
3and we shall know, -- we shall follow on to know Jehovah: his going forth is assured as the morning dawn; and he will come unto us as the rain, as the latter rain which watereth the earth.
3ပညာကိုလည်း ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို သိခြင်းငှါ လိုက်ရှာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို သိခြင်း ငှါ လိုက်ရှာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထွက်တော်မူချိန်သည် နံနက် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ ရွာသောမိုဃ်းနှင့် မြေအပေါ်သို့ ရွာသော နောက်မိုဃ်းကဲ့သို့ သက်ရောက်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
4What shall I do unto thee, Ephraim? What shall I do unto thee, Judah? For your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the dew that early passeth away.
4အိုဧဖရိမ်၊ သင်၌ အဘယ်သို့ ငါပြုရမည်နည်း။ အိုယုဒ၊ သင်၌ အဘယ်သို့ ငါပြုရမည်နည်း။ သင်တို့ ကြည်ညိုသော စိတ်သည် နံနက်မိုဃ်းတိမ်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ စောစောပျောက်တတ်သော နှင်းကဲ့သို့၎င်းဖြစ်၏။
5Therefore have I hewed [them] by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and my judgment goeth forth as the light.
5ထိုကြောင့် သူတို့ကို ပရောဖက်များအားဖြင့် ငါသည် အပိုင်းပိုင်းခုတ်ဖြတ်ရပြီ။ ငါ့နှုတ်ထွက်စကား အားဖြင့် သတ်ရပြီ။ ငါ့စီရင်ချက်တို့သည်လည်း ထွန်းလင်း သော အလင်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြပြီ။
6For I delight in loving-kindness, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt-offerings.
6ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်း အကျင့်ထက် သနားခြင်း ကရုဏာအကျင့်ကို၎င်း၊ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းထက် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့် ကျွမ်းဝင်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ငါနှစ်သက်၏။
7But they like Adam have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.
7သူတို့သည် အာဒံကဲ့သို့ ပဋိညာဉ်ကို လွန်ကျူး ကြပြီ။ နေရင်းအရပ်၌ ငါ့သစ္စာကို ဖျက်ကြပြီ။
8Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity; it is tracked with blood.
8ဂိလဒ်မြို့သည် အဓမ္မပြုသော သူတို့နေရာ ဖြစ်၍၊ လူအသွေးနှင့် စွန်းသော ခြေရာများ၏။
9And as troops of robbers lie in wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way of Shechem; yea, they commit lewdness.
9ထားပြအလုံးအရင်းသည် ခရီးသွားသော သူကို ချောင်း၍ ကြည့်သကဲ့သို့၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အပေါင်း အသင်းသည် ရှေခင်မြို့သို့သွားသော လမ်း၌ပင် အသက် ကို သတ်တတ်ကြ၏။
10In the house of Israel have I seen a horrible thing: the whoredom of Ephraim is there; Israel is defiled.
10အကယ်စင်စစ် အဓမ္မအမှုကို ပြုတတ်ကြ၏။ ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ်သောအမှုကို ဣသ ရေလအမျိုး၌ ငါမြင်ပြီ။ ထိုအမျိုး၌ ဧဖရိမ်သည် မှားယွင်း တတ်၏။ ဣသရေလသည် ညစ်ညူးခြင်းရှိ၏။
11Also, for thee, Judah, is a harvest appointed, when I shall turn again the captivity of my people.
11ထိုမှ တပါး အိုယုဒအမျိုး၊ သိမ်းသွားသော ငါ၏လူတို့ကို ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ပြန်သောအခါ၊ စပါး ရိတ်ရာကာလသည် သင့်အဖို့ ခန့်ထားလျက်ရှိ၏။
