¹Why are not times treasured up with the Almighty? why do not they that know him see his days?

¹အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ကာလအချိန်တို့ကို သိုထားတော်မမူသနည်း။ နားလည်သော သူတို့သည် တရားစီရင်တော်မူရာ နေ့ရက်ကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် မမြင်ရသနည်း။

²They remove the landmarks; they violently take away the flocks and pasture them;

²အချို့သောသူတို့သည် မြေမှတ်တိုင်တို့ကို ရွှေ့တတ်ကြ၏။ သူတပါး၏ သိုးဆိတ်တို့ကို လုယူ၍ ကိုယ်အဘို့ ထိန်းကျောင်းကြ၏။

³They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow's ox for a pledge;

³မိဘမရှိသောသူငယ်၏မြည်းကို မောင်းသွား၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ၏နွား ကိုအပေါင်ယူကြ၏။

⁴They turn the needy out of the way: the afflicted of the land all hide themselves.

⁴ငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကို လမ်းလွဲစေကြ၏။ ဆင်းရဲသောပြည်သားတို့သည် စုဝေး၍ ပုန်းရှောင်လျက် နေရကြ၏။

⁵Lo, [as] wild asses in the desert, they go forth to their work, seeking early for the prey: the wilderness [yieldeth] them food for [their] children.

⁵သူတို့သည်အလုပ်လုပ်ခြင်းငှါ တော၌ရိုင်းသော မြည်းကဲ့သို့ ထွက်ရကြ၏။ စားစရာကိုရှာခြင်းငှါ နံနက် စောစောသွား၍၊ ကိုယ်အဘို့နှင့် သားသမီးတို့အဘို့ကို တော၌တွေ့ရကြ၏။

⁶They reap in the field the fodder thereof, and they gather the vintage of the wicked;

⁶လယ်ပြင်၌ကား၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူ၏ စပါးကို ရိတ်၍၊ သူ၏စပျစ်သီးကို သိမ်းရကြ၏။

⁷They pass the night naked without clothing, and have no covering in the cold;

⁷ချမ်းသောကာလ၌ ကိုယ်ကိုဖုံးလွှမ်းစရာ အဝတ်မရှိ။ အချည်းစည်းအိပ်ရကြ၏။

⁸They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and for want of a shelter embrace the rock ...

⁸တည်းခိုစရာတဲမရှိသောကြောင့်၊ တောင်ပေါ်၌ မိုဃ်းရေ စိုစွတ်လျက် ကျောက်ကြားမှာ ခိုရကြ၏။

⁹They pluck the fatherless from the breast, and take a pledge of the poor:

⁹အဘမရှိသောသူငယ်သည် အမိနို့နှင့်ကွာရ၏။ ဆင်းရဲသားသည် မိမိဥစ္စာကို ပေါင်ထားရ၏။

¹⁰These go naked without clothing, and, hungry, they bear the sheaf;

¹⁰အဝတ်မရှိအချည်းစည်းလှည့်လည်၍ မွတ်သိပ်လျက်၊ သူတပါး ကောက်လှိုင်းကို ထမ်းရ၏။

¹¹They press out oil within their walls, they tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst.

¹¹သူတပါးအိမ်မှာ ဆီကိုကြိတ်လျက်၊ စပျစ်သီးကို နင်းနယ်လျက် အငတ်ခံရ၏။

¹²Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out; and +God imputeth not the impiety.

¹²လူတို့သည်မြို့ထဲမှာ ညည်းတွားကြ၏။ နာသောသူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ်ကြ၏။ နာသောသူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ်ကြ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း သူတို့ဆုတောင်းသော စကားကိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ပမာဏပြုတော်မမူ။

¹³There are those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof.

¹³အချို့သောသူတို့သည် အလင်းကို ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြု၍ အလင်းသဘောကိုမသိ။ လင်းသောလမ်းသို့ မလိုက်တတ်ကြ။

¹⁴The murderer riseth with the light, killeth the afflicted and needy, and in the night is as a thief.

¹⁴လူသတ်သည် စောစောထ၍ ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ် သော သူတို့ကို သတ်တတ်၏။ ညဉ့်အခါ သူခိုးလုပ်တတ် ၏။

¹⁵And the eye of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me; and he putteth a covering on [his] face.

¹⁵သူ့မယားကို ခိုးသောသူသည် ညဦးယံအချိန်ကို မြော်လင့်၍၊ မိမိမျက်နှာကိုဖုံးလျက် အဘယ်သူမျှ မမြင်ရ ဟု ဆိုတတ်၏။

¹⁶In the dark they dig through houses; by day they shut themselves in; they know not the light:

¹⁶လူဆိုးတို့သည် ညဉ့်အချိန်၌ သူတပါး၏အိမ်ကို ဖောက်ထွင်းတတ်ကြ၏။ နေ့အချိန်၌ ပုန်းလျက်နေ၍ အလင်းကိုရှောင်တတ်ကြ၏။

¹⁷For the morning is to them all [as] the shadow of death; for they are familiar with the terrors of the shadow of death.

¹⁷နံနက်ယံကို သေမင်းအရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ ထင်မှတ်၍၊ သေမင်းအရိပ်ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ်သောဘေးတို့ကို သိရကြ၏။

¹⁸He is swift on the face of the waters; their portion is cursed on the earth: he turneth not unto the way of the vineyards.

¹⁸ရေပေါ်မှာပေါ့ပါးကြ၏။ မြေပေါ်မှာ ကျိန်ဆဲ သောအဘို့ကို ခံရ၍၊ စပျစ်ဥယျာဉ်အနီးသို့ မချဉ်းရကြ။

¹⁹Drought and heat consume snow waters; so doth Sheol those that have sinned.

¹⁹မိုဃ်းရေသည် ခန်းခြောက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ နေပူအရှိန်အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ ကွယ်ပျောက်တတ်သကဲ့သို့၊ မတရားသောသူသည် သေမင်းနိုင်ငံ၌ ကွယ်ပျောက်တတ် ၏။

²⁰The womb forgetteth him; the worm feedeth sweetly on him: he shall be no more remembered; and unrighteousness is broken as a tree, --

²⁰သူ၏အမိသည် သူ့ကိုမေ့လျော့၍၊ တီကောင်တို့သည် မြိန်စွာ စားလိမ့်မည်။ နောက်တဖန် အဘယ်သူမျှ မအောက်မေ့ရ။ မတရားသော သူသည်သစ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ကျိုးရလိမ့်မည်။

²¹He that despoileth the barren that beareth not, and doeth not good to the widow:

²¹မတရားသောသူသည် သားမဘွားသောမိန်းမကို ညှဉ်းဆဲတတ်၏။ မုတ်ဆိုးမကိုလည်း ကျေးဇူး မပြုတတ်။

²²He draweth also the mighty with his power; he riseth up, and no [man] is sure of life.

²²အားကြီးသောသူကိုပင် မိမိတန်ခိုးကြောင့် ပယ်ရှင်းတတ်၏။ ထသောအခါလူတိုင်းကိုယ် အသက် အဘို့ စိုးရိမ်တတ်၏။

²³[God] setteth him in safety, and he resteth thereon; but his eyes are upon their ways.

²³သို့ရာတွင်ရဲရင့်စွာ ခိုလှုံရာအခွင့်ကို သူ့အားပေး၍၊ ထိုသို့သော သူတို့၏ အမှုများကို ပမာဏပြုတော် မူ၏။

²⁴They are exalted for a little, and are no more; they are laid low; like all [other] are they gathered, and are cut off as the tops of the ears of corn.

²⁴ခဏချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍ တဖန် ကွယ်ပျောက်ကြ၏။ နှိမ့်ချခြင်းသို့ရောက်သဖြင့်၊ အခြားသော သူကဲ့သို့ အသက်ချုပ်ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ စပါးနှံအဖျားကဲ့သို့ ရိတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ခံရကြ၏။

²⁵If it be not so now, who will make me a liar, and make my speech nothing worth?

²⁵သို့မဟုတ်လျှင်၊ ငါ၏မုသာအပြစ်ကို အဘယ်သူ ပြမည်နည်း။ ငါ၏စကားကို အဘယ်သူချေမည်နည်းဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
