¹Hallelujah! Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

¹ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့၍၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့ ၌ အလွန်မွေ့လျော်သော သူသည်မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။

²His seed shall be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

²ထိုသူ၏ သားမြေးတို့သည် မြေပေါ်မှာ အားကြီး ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့၏အမျိုးအနွယ် သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတတ်၏။

³Wealth and riches [shall be] in his house; and his righteousness abideth for ever.

³ထိုသူ၏ အိမ်၌ စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာကြွယ်ဝ၍၊ သူ၏ ကောင်းကျိုးသည် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်တတ်၏။

⁴Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness; he is gracious, and merciful, and righteous.

⁴သဘောဖြောင့်သော သူတို့အဘို့၊ မှောင်မိုက် ထဲမှာ အလင်း ပေါ်ထွန်းတတ်၏။ ထိုသို့သောသူသည် ကျေးဇူးပြုတတ်သော သဘောနှင့် သနားစုံမက်တတ် သော သဘောရှိ၍၊ တရားသဖြင့် ပြုတတ်၏။

⁵It is well with the man that is gracious and lendeth; he will sustain his cause in judgment.

⁵ကရုဏာစိတ်ရှိ၍ ချေးငှါးတတ်သော သူသည် ကောင်းစားတတ်၏။ တရားဆုံးဖြတ်ရာ ကာလ၌ အောင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

⁶For he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

⁶အကယ်စင်စစ် လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းနှင့်အစဉ် ကင်း လွတ်လိမ့်မည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူသည် အစဉ်အမြဲ အောက်မေ့ဘို့ရာ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

⁷He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is fixed confiding in Jehovah;

⁷မကောင်းသော သိတင်းကိုမကြောက်ရ၊ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကိုးစားသဖြင့် တည်ကြည် တတ်၏။

⁸His heart is maintained, he is not afraid, until he see [his desire] upon his oppressors.

⁸သူ၏စိတ်နှလုံးသည် မြဲမြံသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ရန်သူ တို့၌ အားမရမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် လွတ်လိမ့် မည်။

⁹He scattereth abroad, he giveth to the needy; his righteousness abideth for ever: his horn shall be exalted with honour.

⁹သူသည် စွန့်ကြဲပြီ။ ဆင်းရဲသော သူတို့အား ပေးကမ်းပြီ။ သူ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းသည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်တတ်၏။ သူ၏ဦးချိုသည် ဂုဏ်အသရေနှင့် ချီးမြှင့် ခြင်း ရှိလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁰The wicked [man] shall see [it] and be vexed; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

¹⁰မတရားသောသူတို့သည် မြင်၍၊ နာကြင်သော စိတ်ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ အံသွားခဲကြိတ်၍ ပိန်ချုံးကြလိမ့်မည်။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ အလိုသည် ပျက်စီးရလိမ့်မည်။
