¹အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်မမြင့်ပါ။ မျက်နှာလည်း မမော်ပါ။ ကိုယ်နှင့်မတန်၊ ကြီးမြင့်သော အမှုတို့၌ မကျင်လည်ပါ။

²Surely I have restrained and composed my soul, like a weaned child with its mother: my soul within me is as a weaned child.

²အကယ်စင်စစ် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အမိနို့နှင့် ကွာ သော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်ကို ဖြေ၍ ငြိမ်းစေပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံးသည် နို့ကွာသော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။

³Let Israel hope in Jehovah, from henceforth and for evermore.

³ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ယခုမှစ၍၊ ကာလ အစဉ်မပြတ် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်ပါစေ။
