1Hallelujah! Praise Jehovah, O my soul.
1အိုငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုချီးမွမ်းလော့။
2As long as I live will I praise Jehovah; I will sing psalms unto my God while I have my being.
2ငါသည် အသက်ရှင်စဉ်အခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်း မည်။ ငါဖြစ်စဉ်ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုမည်။
3Put not confidence in nobles, in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation.
3မင်းများမှစ၍ မကယ်တင်နိုင်သော လူသားကို မကိုးစားကြနှင့်။
4His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his purposes perish.
4သူသည်အသက်ထွက်၍ မြေသို့ပြန်သွားတတ် ၏။ ထိုနေ့ခြင်းတွင်၊ သူ၏အကြံအစည်တို့သည် ပျက်စီး ကြ၏။
5Blessed is he who hath the ùGod of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Jehovah his God,
5ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်မစတော်မူသော သူ၊ မိမိဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်သော သူသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။
6Who made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is therein; who keepeth truth for ever;
6ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ကောင်းကင်၊ မြေကြီး၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာနှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲစောင့်တော်မူ၏။
7Who executeth judgment for the oppressed, who giveth bread to the hungry. Jehovah looseth the prisoners;
7ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုခံရသော သူတို့အား တရားပြု တော်မူ၏။ ငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကိုကျွေးမွေးတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချုပ်ထားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
8Jehovah openeth [the eyes of] the blind; Jehovah raiseth up them that are bowed down; Jehovah loveth the righteous;
8ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မျက်စိကန်းသောသူတို့ကို မြင်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ ကို ကြွပင့်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော သူတို့ကို ချစ်တော်မူ၏။
9Jehovah preserveth the strangers; he lifteth up the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked doth he subvert.
9ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဧည့်သည်တို့ကို စောင့်မ တော်မူ၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမနှင့်မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ လမ်းကိုကား၊ ကွေ့ ကောက်စေတော်မူ၏။
10Jehovah will reign for ever, [even] thy God, O Zion, from generation to generation. Halleluiah!
10အိုဇိအုန်မြို့၊ သင်၏ဘုရားသခင်တည်းဟူသော ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကာလအစဉ်အမြဲ ကမ္ဘာအဆက် ဆက်စိုးစံတော်မူလတံ့သတည်း။ ဟာလေလုယ။
