1{To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm: a Song.} Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, and let them that hate him flee before him.
1ဘုရားသခင်ထတော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မုန်းသော သူတို့သည် အထံတော်က ပြေးကြပါစေသော။
2As smoke is driven, thou wilt drive them away; as wax melteth before the fire, the wicked shall perish at the presence of God.
2မီးခိုးလွှင့်သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့်တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်းသည် မီးရှေ့မှာ အရည်ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ပျက်စီးကြပါစေသော။
3But the righteous shall rejoice: they shall exult before God and be glad with joy.
3ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်းသော စိတ်နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
4Sing unto God, sing forth his name; cast up a way for him that rideth in the deserts: his name is Jah; and rejoice before him.
4ဘုရားသခင်အား သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ တော၌စီး၍ ကြွတော်မူသော အရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင်၏ နာမတော်ကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်းကြလော့။
5A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
5ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘုံဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့၏ အဘဖြစ်၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမတို့ဘက်မှာ တရားစီရင်တော်မူ၏။
6God maketh the solitary into families; those that were bound he bringeth out into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched [land].
6ဘုရားသခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော်မရှိသော သူတို့အား အိမ်ထောင်ချခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ်ထားသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲသို့ သွင်းတော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန်သော သူတို့မူကား၊ သွေ့ခြောက်သော အရပ်၌ နေရကြ၏။
7O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness -- (Selah) --
7အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုရှေ့မှာ ကြွ၍၊ တော၌ ချီတော်မူသောအခါ၊
8The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God, yon Sinai, at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
8ဘုရားသခင်၏ မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့်၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ်၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်သည် ယိုစီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့် သိနာတောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
9Thou, O God, didst pour a plentiful rain upon thine inheritance, and when it was weary thou strengthenedst it.
9အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မိုဃ်းကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်းသော အမွေတော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မတော်မူ၏။
10Thy flock hath dwelt therein: thou hast prepared in thy goodness, for the afflicted, O God!
10ကိုယ်တော်၏ အလုံးအရင်းသည် နေရာကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲသော သူတို့အဘို့ ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင်တော်မူ၏။
11The Lord gives the word: great the host of the publishers.
11ဘုရားရှင်အမိန့်တော်ရှိ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာ သိတင်းကို ကြားပြောသော သူတို့သည် အတိုင်းမသိ များကြ၏။
12Kings of armies flee; they flee, and she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.
12စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင်အမြန် ပြေးကြ၍၊ အိမ်၌ နေရစ်သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာကို ဝေမျှကြ၏။
13Though ye have lain among the sheepfolds, [ye shall be as] wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with green gold.
13သင်တို့သည် တောင်ကြားမှာ နေရာကျလျက်၊ ငွေနှင့် မွန်းမံသော ချိုးငှက်အတောင်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ နီသော ရွှေနှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေးကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
14When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it became snow-white as Zalmon.
14အနန္တတန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသော ဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့ကို ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူသောအရပ်သည် ဇာလမုန်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လေ၏။
15[As] mount Bashan is the mount of God, a many-peaked mountain, [as] mount Bashan.
15ဘုရားသခင်၏ တောင်တည်းဟူသော ဗာရှန်တောင်၊ မြင့်သော ထိပ်များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ဗာရှန်တောင်တို့၊
16Why do ye look with envy, ye many-peaked mountains, upon the mount that God hath desired for his abode? yea, Jehovah will dwell [there] for ever.
16သင်တို့သည် မြင့်သော တောင်ထိပ်များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကျိန်းဝပ်ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိတော်မူသော တောင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်အမြဲနေရာချတော်မူသော တောင်တော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် စောင်းမြောင်းကြသနည်း။
17The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them: it is a Sinai in holiness.
17ဘုရားသခင်၏ရထားတော်တို့သည် အထောင်အသောင်းမက များကြ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ပါတော်မူ၏။ သိနာတောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
18Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts in Man, and even [for] the rebellious, for the dwelling [there] of Jah Elohim.
18ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့်သောအရပ်သို့ တက်ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသော သူတို့ကို ဘမ်းသွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူတို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ်များကို ခံရတော်မူပြီ။
19Blessed be the Lord: day by day doth he load us [with good], the ùGod who is our salvation. Selah.
19ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါတို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲသောအခါ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကယ်တင်တော်မူ၏။
20Our ùGod is the ùGod of salvation; and with Jehovah, the Lord, are the goings forth [even] from death.
20ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကယ်တင်နိုင်သော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သေခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
21Verily God will smite the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of him that goeth on still in his trespasses.
21ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိရန်သူတို့၏ ဦးခေါင်းကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ်ပြုမြဲပြုသော သူတို့၏ ဦးသျှောင်ကို၎င်း ဧကန်အမှန် နှိပ်စက်တော်မူမည်။
22The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring [them] again from the depth of the sea;
22သူတို့ကို ဗာရှန်ပြည်က ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။ နက်နဲသော ပင်လယ်ထဲက ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။
23That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood: the tongue of thy dogs has its portion from enemies.
23ထိုသို့သောအားဖြင့် သင်သည် ရန်သူတို့ အသွေးကို နင်း၍၊ သင်၏ခွေးတို့သည်လည်း လျက်ကြလိမ့် မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
24They have seen thy goings, O God, the goings of my ùGod, my King, in the sanctuary.
24အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွတော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရှင်ဘုရင် ကြွတော်မူခြင်းကို မြင်ရကြပါပြီ။
25The singers went before, the players on stringed instruments after, in the midst of maidens playing on tabrets.
25ရှေ့၌ကား၊ သီချင်းဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက်၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ်၌ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီးသော အပျိုတို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
26In the congregations bless ye God, the Lord, -- [ye] from the fountain of Israel.
26ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၊ ပရိသတ်အစည်းအဝေးတို့၌ ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
27There is little Benjamin, their ruler; the princes of Judah, their company; the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
27အစိုးရသော ဗင်္ယာမိန်ငယ်မှစ၍၊ မိမိအလုံးအရင်းနှင့်တကွ ယုဒမင်းများ၊ ဇာဗုလုန်မင်းများ နဿလိမင်းများ ပါကြ၏။
28Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
28အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်ကို ပြတော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၌ ပြုသော ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူပါ။
29Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.
29ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၌ရှိသော ဗိမာန်တော်အဘို့ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ လက်ဆောင်များကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
30Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: [every one] submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war.
30ကျူတောသားရဲကို၎င်း၊ နွားလားဥသဘအစုအဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုးတို့၏ နွားပျိုတို့ကို၎င်း ဆုံးမတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေစနှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချကြပါစေသော။ စစ်မှုကို နှစ်သက်သော လူမျိုးတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူပါ။
31Great ones shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall quickly stretch out her hands unto God.
31အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ သံတမန်တို့သည် လာကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှပြည်သည် မိမိလက်တို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင်အမြန် ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
32Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God; sing psalms of the Lord, (Selah,)
32မြေကြီးနိုင်ငံတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်၌ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။
33Of him that rideth upon the heavens, the heavens which are of old: lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice.
33အစအဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင်ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး၍ နေတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံတော်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၍၊ အားကြီးသော အသံဖြစ်၏။
34Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.
34ဘုရားသခင်သည် တန်ခိုးကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံကြလော့။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ဘုန်းတော်လွှမ်းမိုး လျက်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ်တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
35Terrible art thou, O God, out of thy sanctuaries, -- the ùGod of Israel! He it is that giveth strength and might unto the people. Blessed be God!
35အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူတို့အား အခွင့်တန်ခိုးကို မေးတော်မူသော ဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
