1Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, every one who judgest, for in that in which thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
1သူတပါးကို စစ်ကြောစီရင်တတ်သောသူ၊ သင်သည်ကိုယ်အပြစ်ကို မဖုံးနိုင်ရာ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်သည်စစ်ကြောစီရင်သော အမှုကိုပင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြုသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူတပါးကို စစ်ကြောစီရင်သည်တွင် ကိုယ်အပြစ်ရှိကြောင်းကို စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ရာရောက်၏။
2But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth upon those who do such things.
2ဘုရားသခင်သည် ထိုသို့ပြုသောသူတို့ကို စီရင်တော်မူခြင်း အရာသည် သမ္မာတရားနှင့် ညီသည်ကို ငါတို့သိကြ၏။
3And thinkest thou this, O man, who judgest those that do such things, and practisest them [thyself], that *thou* shalt escape the judgment of God?
3ထိုသို့သောအမှုကိုကိုယ်တိုင်ပြုလျက်ပင်၊ သူတပါးပြုသည်ကို စစ်ကြောစီရင်သောသူ၊ သင်သည် ဘုရားသခင်စီရင်တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် လွတ်မည်ဟု ထင်မှတ် သလော။
4or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads thee to repentance?
4ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် သင့်ကို နောင်တလမ်းသို့ သွေးဆောင်သည်ကို မသိမမှတ်ဘဲ၊ ကြွယ်ဝစွာ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူခြင်း၊ သည်းခံတော်မူခြင်း၊ စိတ်ရှည်တော်မူခြင်းတို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုသလော။
5but, according to thy hardness and impenitent heart, treasurest up to thyself wrath, in [the] day of wrath and revelation of [the] righteous judgment of God,
5ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် စိတ်ခိုင်မာ၍ နောင်တမရသည်နှင့်အညီ ဒေါသနေ့တည်းဟူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ တရားတော်ထင်ရှားသောနေ့၌ ကိုယ်ခံစရာဘို့ အမျက်ဒေါသကို ဆည်းပူးသလော။
6who shall render to each according to his works:
6ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူအသီးသီးတို့အား မိမိတို့ အကျင့်နှင့် အလျောက်အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော် မူလတံ့၊
7to them who, in patient continuance of good works, seek for glory and honour and incorruptibility, life eternal.
7ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကို အမြဲကျင့်၍၊ ဘုန်း အသရေကို၎င်း၊ မဖေါက်ပြန်သောဇာတိကို၎င်း၊ ရှာသော သူတို့အား ထာဝရအသက်ကို ပေးတော်မူလတံ့၊
8But to those that are contentious, and are disobedient to the truth, but obey unrighteousness, [there shall be] wrath and indignation,
8ငြင်းဆန်သောသဘောရှိ၍၊ သမ္မာတရားကို နားမထောင်ဘဲ မတရားသဖြင့် ကျင့်သောသူတို့ကိုကား၊ ပြင်းစွာသော ဒေါသအမျက်ထွက်တော်မူလတံ့၊
9tribulation and distress, on every soul of man that works evil, both of Jew first, and of Greek;
9ရှေးဦးစွာ၌ ယုဒလူ၊ နောက်၌ဟေလသလူ၊ ဆိုးညစ်သောအမှုကို ပြုသောသူရှိသမျှတို့သည် ကြီးစွာ သော ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခဝေဒနာကို ခံရကြလတံ့၊
10but glory and honour and peace to every one that works good, both to Jew first and to Greek:
10ရှေးဦးစွာ၌ယုဒလူ၊ နောက်၌ဟေလသလူ၊ ကောင်းသော အကျင့်ကိုကျင့်သောသူရှိသမျှတို့သည် ဘုန်းအသရေချမ်းသာကို ခံစားရကြလတံ့။
11for there is no acceptance of persons with God.
11ဘုရားသခင်သည် အဘယ်သူ၏မျက်နှာကို မျှမှတ်တော်မမူ။
12For as many as have sinned without law shall perish also without law; and as many as have sinned under law shall be judged by law,
12ပညတ်တရားကို မသိဘဲပြစ်မှားသော သူတို့သည် ပညတ်တရားမဲ့ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ပညတ်တရားကို သိလျက်ပင်ပြစ်မှားသော သူတို့သည် ပညတ်တရား၏စီရင်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
13(for not the hearers of the law [are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
13အကြောင်းမူကား၊ တရားနာသောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့၌ ဖြောင့်မတ်သည်မဟုတ်။ တရားကို ကျင့်သောသူသာလျှင် ဖြောင့်မတ်ရာသို့ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။
14For when [those of the] nations, which have no law, practise by nature the things of the law, these, having no law, are a law to themselves;
14သာသနာပလူတို့သည် ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို မသိဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက်တရားတော်ကို ကျင့်သောအခါ၊ သူတို့သည် ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို မသိဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားကို အမှီပြုသဖြင့်၎င်း၊
15who shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts accusing or else excusing themselves between themselves;)
15ကိုယ်ကို ကိုယ်သိသောစိတ်နှလုံးသည် သက်သေခံသဖြင့်၎င်း၊ အချင်းချင်းဆွေးနွေးဆင်ခြင်၍ အပြစ်တင်လျက်၊ လွှတ်လျက်နေသဖြင့်၎င်း၊ မိမိတို့စိတ်နှလုံးထဲ၌ မှတ်သားသော တရား၏အကျိုးကို ထင်ရှားစွာ ပြကြ၏။
16in [the] day when God shall judge the secrets of men, according to my glad tidings, by Jesus Christ.
16ငါဟောပြောသော ဧဝံဂေလိတရားအတိုင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ယေရှုခရစ်အားဖြင့် လူတို့၏ မထင်ရှား သော အမှုအရာတို့ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်တော်မူသောနေ့၌ ထိုသို့စီရင်တော်မူလတံ့။
17But if *thou* art named a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast in God,
17သင်သည် ယုဒလူဟု သမုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံသောသူ၊ ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို ကိုးစားသောသူ၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ဝါကြွားသောသူ၊
18and knowest the will, and discerningly approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
18အလိုတော်ကိုသိသောသူ၊ ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို လေ့ကျက်သဖြင့် ခြားနားသောအရာတို့ကို ပိုင်းခြားထား တတ်သောသူဖြစ်သည်နှင့်၊
19and hast confidence that thou thyself art a leader of the blind, a light of those who [are] in darkness,
19လူကန်းတို့အား လမ်းပြသောသူ၊ မှောင်မိုက်၌ နေသောသူတို့ကို လင်းစေသောသူ၊
20an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and of truth in the law:
20လူမိုက်တို့ကို ဆုံးမတတ်သောသူ၊ သူငယ်တို့ကို နည်းပေးသောသူ၊ ပညတ်တရားတော်အားဖြင့် ပညာကို ၎င်း၊ သမ္မာတရားကို၎င်းရိပ်မိသောသူဖြစ်သည်ဟူ၍၊ ကိုယ်ကိုထင်မှတ်တတ်သည်မှန်လျှင်၊
21thou then that teachest another, dost thou not teach thyself? thou that preachest not to steal, dost thou steal?
21သူတပါးကိုဆုံးမလျက်ပင်ကိုယ်ကို မဆုံးမသလော။ သူ့ဥစ္စာကို မခိုးနှင့်ဟုတရားဟောလျက်ပင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ခိုးသလော။
22thou that sayest [man should] not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
22သူ့မယားကို မပြစ်မှားနှင့်ဟုဆိုလျက်ပင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြစ်မှားသလော။ ရုပ်တုကိုစက်ဆုပ်ရွံ့ရှာလျက် ပင် ဗိမာန်တော်ကို လုယူဖျက်ဆီးသလော။
23thou who boastest in law, dost thou by transgression of the law dishonour God?
23ပညတ်တရားတော်ကိုအမှီပြု၍ ဝါကြွားလျက်ပင် ထိုတရားကို လွန်ကျူး၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ ဂုဏ် အသရေတော်ကို ရှုတ်ချသလော။
24For the name of God is blasphemed on your account among the nations, according as it is written.
24အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကျမ်းစာ၌ လာသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် သင်တို့အကျင့်ကို ထောက်၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏နာမတော်ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြ၏။
25For circumcision indeed profits if thou keep [the] law; but if thou be a law-transgressor, thy circumcision is become uncircumcision.
25သင်သည်ပညတ်တရားကို ကျင့်လျှင်၊ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းအားဖြင့် အကျိုးရှိ၏။ ပညတ်တရားကို လွန်ကျူးလျှင်၊ သင်၏အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းသည် အရေဖျား မလှီးဘဲဖြစ်ပြန်၏။
26If therefore the uncircumcision keep the requirements of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be reckoned for circumcision,
26ထိုမှတပါး၊ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို မခံသောသူ သည်တရား၌ ပါသောပညတ်တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက်လျှင်၊ ထိုသူ၏အရေဖျားမလှီးဘဲ အဖြစ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်း အဖြစ်ကဲ့သို့ မှတ်ရသည်မဟုတ်လော။
27and uncircumcision by nature, fulfilling the law, judge thee, who, with letter and circumcision, [art] a law-transgressor?
27အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို မခံသောသူသည်လည်း ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက်ပညတ်တရားကို ကျင့်လျှင်၊ ကျမ်းစာနှင့်အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းရှိလျက်ပင် ပညတ်တရားကို လွန်ကျူးသောသင်ကို တရားတွေ့၍ အရှုံးခံစေမည် မဟုတ်လော။
28For he is not a Jew who [is] one outwardly, neither that circumcision which is outward in flesh;
28အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အပြင်အားဖြင့်သာ ယုဒလူဖြစ်သောသူသည် ယုဒလူမှန်မဟုတ်။ အပြင်အားဖြင့်သာ ကိုယ်အသား အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းသည် အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်း အမှန် မဟုတ်။
29but he [is] a Jew [who is so] inwardly; and circumcision, of the heart, in spirit, not in letter; whose praise [is] not of men, but of God.
29အတွင်းအားဖြင့် ယုဒလူဖြစ်သောသူသည် ယုဒလူမှန်၏။ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းလည်း ကျမ်းဟောင်း တရားအားဖြင့်မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ ဝိညာဉ်တော်တရားအားဖြင့် စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်၏။ ထိုသို့အရေးဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို ခံသောသူ၏အချီးအမွမ်းသည် လူအလိုနှင့်မဆိုင်၊ ဘုရားသခင့်အလိုတော်နှင့်ဆိုင်သတည်း။
