1And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.
1တဖန် ငါမျှော်ကြည့်၍၊ တိုင်းစရာကြိုးကို ကိုင် သော လူတဦးကို မြင်လျှင်၊
2And I said, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.
2အဘယ်အရပ်သို့ သွားမည်နည်းဟု ထိုသူအား မေးသော်၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ အလျားအနံကို သိလို၍ မြို့ကို တိုင်းခြင်းငှါ သွားသည်ဟု ပြန်ပြော၏။
3And behold, the angel that talked with me went forth; and another angel went forth to meet him,
3ငါနှင့်ပြောဆိုသော ကောင်းကင်တမန်သည် ထွက်သွားသော်၊ အခြားသော ကောင်းကင်တမန်သည် ကြိုဆိုလျက်၊
4and said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein;
4သင်သည် ပြေး၍ ထိုလုလင်ကို ဆင့်ဆိုရမည်မှာ၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သား လူသတ္တဝါတိရစ္ဆာန်တို့သည် အလွန် များသောကြောင့် ရွာတို့၌ နေရကြလိမ့်မည်။
5and I, saith Jehovah, I will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
5ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါသည် မြို့ကို ကာသောမီးမြို့ရိုးဖြစ်မည်။ မြို့အလယ်၌လည်း ငါသည် မြို့၏ဘုန်းအသရေဖြစ်မည်။
6Ho, ho! flee from the land of the north, saith Jehovah; for I have scattered you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, saith Jehovah.
6အချင်းတို့၊ အချင်းတို့၊ မြောက်မျက်နှာအရပ်မှ ပြေးလာကြလော့ဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်အောက်လေးမျက်နှာတို့၌ သင်တို့ကို ငါနှံ့ပြား စေပြီဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
7Ho! escape, Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.
7ဗာဗုလုန်မြို့သမီးထံမှာနေသော အချင်းဇိအုန် သတို့သမီး၊ အလွတ်ပြေးလော့။
8For thus saith Jehovah of hosts: After the glory, hath he sent me unto the nations that made you a spoil; for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
8ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးသောလူမျိုးတို့ ရှိရာ သို့ ဘုန်းထင်ရှားပြီးမှ ငါ့ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ သင်တို့ ကို ထိသောသူသည် မျက်ဆန်တော်ကို ထိသောသူဖြစ်၏။
9For behold, I will shake my hand upon them, and they shall become a spoil to those that served them: and ye shall know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me.
9သူတို့ကို ငါတိုက်၍ သူတို့၏ ကျွန်များသည် လုယူဖျက်ဆီးကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူသည်ကို သင်တို့ သိရကြလိမ့်မည်။
10Sing aloud and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for behold, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith Jehovah.
10အို ဇိအုန်သတို့သမီး၊ သီချင်းဆို၍ ရွှင်လန်း လော့။ ငါလာ၍ သင့်အလယ်၌နေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
11And many nations shall join themselves to Jehovah in that day, and shall be unto me for a people; and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto thee.
11ထိုကာလ၌ လူမျိုးအများတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ဘက်သို့ ဝင်စား၍ ငါ၏လူဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင့်အလယ် ၌ ငါနေမည်။ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ကို သင့်ဆီသို့ စေလွှတ်တော်မူသည်ကို သင်သိရ လိမ့်မည်။
12And Jehovah shall inherit Judah [as] his portion in the holy land, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.
12ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ပြည်၌ မိမိ အဘို့ ယုဒပြည်ကို အမွေခံ၍ တဖန် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ရွေးချယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
13Let all flesh be silent before Jehovah; for he is risen up out of his holy habitation.
13အိုလူသတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်းသော ကျိန်းဝပ် ရာဌာနတော်၌ ထတော်မူပြီ။
