1I will sing to my well-beloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard: My well-beloved had a vineyard upon a fruitful hill.
1Ka itluat thu, a grep huan tungtang thu, ka itluat adingin lain ka sata mai ding. ka itluatin tang lei hoih mahmahah grep huan a neia:
2And he dug it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine; and he built a tower in the midst of it, and also hewed out a winepress therein; and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, but it brought forth wild grapes.
2A kimvelin lei a tou kuaka, a suangte a tom sianga, grep gui hoih pen a suana, a laiah in sang alama, huailaiah grep sukna khuk leng a tou a: huchiin, grep gaha gah dingin a lamena, ahihhangin grep taklou a honggah maimah.
3And now, inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, between me and my vineyard.
3Tuin, Jerusalem omte leh Juda mite aw, hehpihtakin kei leh ka grep huan kala thu honngaihtuah dih ve ua.
4What was there yet to do to my vineyard that I have not done in it? Wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes? --
4Tua grep huanah ka hihsa akanaval a tungah hih nawnlai lai ding bang bang om a hita maia? Bangjiakin ahia, grep gaha gah dinga ka lametet toh, grep taklou-a gah maimah?
5And now, let me tell you what I am about to do to my vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be eaten up; I will break down its wall, and it shall be trodden under foot;
5Tuin ngai un, ka grep huan tungah ka hih ding ka honhilh ding: a ling dai ka la mang dinga, nek gaihin a om ding; a suang dai ka chim sak dinga, sikdenin a om ding:
6and I will make it a waste -- it shall not be pruned nor cultivated, but there shall come up briars and thorns; and I will command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
6Huan, ka hihse vek dinga; sat nouin om ken chin, tohvuiin leng om sam ken teh; loulingnei leh khau lingneite a pou zo ding: meite leng a tunga vuah himhim zu sak lou dingin thu ka pe ding hi.
7For the vineyard of Jehovah of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah the plant of his delight: and he looked for justice, and behold, blood-shedding; for righteousness, and behold, a cry.
7Sepaihte TOUPA grep huan tuh Israel inkuanpihte ahi a, Juda mite lah a kung deihhuai tak ahi ngal ua; vaihawmna diktat a lemena; a hihhangin, ngaiin, nuaisiahna a hongom zota ahi: diktatna a lemena, a hihhangin, ngaiin, kilou husa a hongom zota hi.
8Woe unto them that add house to house, that join field to field, until there is no more room, and that ye dwell yourselves alone in the midst of the land!
8Gam laizanga amau kia a om theihna ding ua mi om samna ding mun himhim omlou khop hiala in leh in kizomsak jel leh, lou leh lou kizomsak jeilte tung a gik hi.
9In mine ears Jehovah of hosts [hath said], Many houses shall assuredly become a desolation, great and excellent ones, without inhabitant.
9Sepaihte TOUPAN ka bilah hichi bangin a chi, In tampi, lian pipi kilawm pipi, a teng ding omlouin a hawm vek ngeingei ding.
10Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and a homer of seed shall yield an ephah.
10Grep huan tin sawm munah bath khat kia suak dingin a kisa, buh chi homer khat tuhin ephah khat kia suak dingin lah a kisa ngala, chiin.
11Woe unto them that, rising early in the morning, run after strong drink; that linger till twilight, [till] wine inflameth them!
11Ju delh dinga jingkhang pipi-a thou-a, uainin a kham gawp sak mateng jan sawt pipi tana om sakte a tung uh a gik hi.
12And harp and lyre, tambour and flute, and wine are in their banquets; but they regard not the work of Jehovah, nor do they see the operation of his hands.
12Tumging leh kaihgingte, khuangta leh tamngaite, uain toh a ankuangluina uahte a om seka, himahleh TOUPA nasep a ngaisang sek kei ua, a khut thihihte leng, a nagaihtuah ngei sam kei uhi.
13Therefore my people are led away captive from lack of knowledge, and their nobility die of famine, and their multitude are parched with thirst.
13Huaijiakin ka mite jaw, thiehna a neih louh jiak un, sala piin a omta ua: a mi zahtakhuaite uh a gil uh a kiala, a mipite uh dangtakin a dang uh a keu khinta hi.
14Therefore doth Sheol enlarge its desire, and open its mouth without measure; and her splendour shall descend [into it], and her multitude, and her tumult, and [all] that is joyful within her.
14Huaijiakin Sheolin a gilkialna a na liansaka, a kam tuh leh vuallouh khopin a kataa: huchiin a thupinate uh, a mipite uh, a thupi mahmahnate un, a lak ua kipak taka omte toh a lut suk ngoingoi uhi.
15And the mean man shall be bowed down, and the great man brought low, and the eyes of the lofty shall be brought low;
15Mi nuete kunsakin a om ua, mi liante niamsakin a omta uhi;
16and Jehovah of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and the holy ùGod hallowed in righteousness.
16Sepaihte TOUPA bel vaihawmnaa tawisangin a om zoota, Pathian, Mi Siangthou tuh, diktatnaa hihsiangthouin a omta hi.
17And the lambs shall feed as on their pasture, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.

18Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as with cart-ropes!

19who say, Let him hasten, let him speed his work, that we may see [it]; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!
19I muhna dingin hih meng henla, a thilhih ding hih kin leh; i theihna dingin Israelte Mi Siangthou lemtheih tuh hongaiin nongtung hen, chi gigete ngei.
20Woe unto them who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
20Thil hoihlou thil hoih chi-a, thil hoih lah thil hoihlou chi jela, vak miala ngaia, mial vaka ngai seka, thil khum thil khaa ngaia, thil kha
21Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and intelligent in their own esteem!

22Woe unto them that are mighty for drinking wine, and men valiant to mix strong drink;
22Uain dawn lama mi hat tak, ju hel lama thagui nei mite a tung uh a gik!
23who justify the wicked for a bribe, and turn away the righteousness of the righteous from them!
23Golh nek jiaka mi gilou siamtangsak seka, mi diktat diktatna laksak sekte ngei.
24Therefore as a tongue of fire devoureth the stubble, and dry grass sinketh down in the flame, their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust; for they have rejected the law of Jehovah of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
24Hauijiakin meikuangin buhpawl a liak bei dundun sek bangin leh loupa keu meikuanga a puk zungzung sek bangin a zung uh a muatna bangin a om dinga, a pak uh leivui bangin a tungkah lunglung ding: Sepaihte TOUPA dan a deih kei ua, Israelte Mi Siangthou thu a ngaihneu jiak un.
25Therefore is the anger of Jehovah kindled against his people, and he hath stretched out his hand against them and hath smitten them; and the mountains trembled, and their carcases are become as dung in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, and his hand is stretched out still.
25Huijiakin TOUPA a mite tungah a heh mahmaha, a tunguah a khut a lika, a vuaa, huchiin tangte khawng a ling vonvon ua, a luangte uh kongzing lakah ninbulom bangin a om venvon a. Huchi tela a hihin leng a hehna lah a dai kei a, a khut a lik lailai hi.
26And he will lift up a banner to the nations afar off, and will hiss for one from the end of the earth; and behold, it will come rapidly [and] lightly.

29Their roaring is like a lioness, they roar as the young lions; yea, they growl, and snatch the prey, and carry it away safe, and there is none to deliver;

30and they shall roar against them in that day like the roaring of the sea. And if one look upon the earth, behold darkness [and] distress, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.
30Huai niin tuipi ging hawhaw bangin a tunguah a ging hawhaw ding ua: Huchiin min gam a honet uleh, ngaiin, mial leh mangbatna ngen ahi a, vak lah huaia mitea hihmialin a om hi.
