Psalms

14

1{To the chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David.} The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted themselves, they have done abominable works: there is none that doeth good.
1Mihai in a lungsimin, Pathian a om kei, a chi a. A kigawp khin ua, thil kihhuai tak a hih ua; thil hoih hih himhim a om kei uhi.
2Jehovah looked down from the heavens upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
2Theisiama, Pathian zong mawngmawng a om u hiam, chiin, TOUPAN vanakipanin mihing tate a ensuk hi.
3They have all gone aside, they are together become corrupt: there is none that doeth good, not even one.
3A hilou lamah a pialta vak ua, nintakin a na om chiatta ua; kuamah thil hoih hih himhim a om kei ua, khat lel leng a om kei hi.
4Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, eating up my people [as] they eat bread? They call not upon Jehovah.
4Thilhihkhialte tengtengin theihna himhim a neikei ua hia? Tanghou a nek bang un ka mite a nezou vek ua, TOUPA lah a sam ngei sam kei uhi.
5There were they in great fear; for God is in the generation of the righteous.
5Huaiah tuh lau tuntunin a om ua; Pathian tuh mi diktat suante laka a om jiakin;
6Ye have shamed the counsel of the afflicted, because Jehovah [was] his refuge.
6Mi genthei suangtuahnate tuh na selphou jel uhi, TOUPA tuh a kihumbitna a hih jiakin.Israelte hotdamna tuh Zion akipanin hongpawt mahleh, aw! TOUPAN a mite sala a om uh a pi kik nawn chiangin, huai hun chiangin Jakobte a nuamta ding ua, Israelte a kipakta ding uhi.
7Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When Jehovah turneth again the captivity of his people, Jacob shall be glad, Israel shall rejoice.
7Israelte hotdamna tuh Zion akipanin hongpawt mahleh, aw! TOUPAN a mite sala a om uh a pi kik nawn chiangin, huai hun chiangin Jakobte a nuamta ding ua, Israelte a kipakta ding uhi.
