1{To the chief Musician. A Psalm of David.} The heavens declare the glory of ùGod; and the expanse sheweth the work of his hands.
1Vanten Pathian thupidan a theisak ua; huihkhua lian takin a khutsuak a sulang hi.
2Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
2Sunin sun kiangah thu a gen sawn jela, janin jan kiangah theihna a sulang sawnsawn hi.
3There is no speech and there are no words, yet their voice is heard.
3Thugen himhim leh pau himhim a om keia; a aw uh bila jak theih ahi kei hi;
4Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their language to the extremity of the world. In them hath he set a tent for the sun,
4A tehna khau uh leilung luah tengteng ah jam suaksakin a oma; a thu uh kawlmong phain a thang kheta hi. Huaite ah ni adingin puanin a jaka,
5And he is as a bridegroom going forth from his chamber; he rejoiceth as a strong man to run the race.
5Huai ni tuh mouneipa dinga dantan akipan pawt bang ahi a, mi hat tak bangin, a taina lampi-a a tai ding tuh nuam a sa naknak hi.
6His going forth is from the end of the heavens, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
6A pawtna tuh kawlmong tawp akipanin ahi a, a tai kawina tuh a tawp lehlam tanin ahi a, a satdan theilou-a selguk himhim a om kei hi.
7The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple;
7TOUPA dan tuh a hoihkima, hinna a halhsak jel hi; TOUPA thutheihsak tuh a muanhuaia, mi mawl a pilsak jeljel hi.
8The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes;
8TOUPA thuzohna tuh a dika, lungtang a kipak sak naknak: TOUPA thupiak tuh a siangthou-a, mitte ahihvak naknak hi;
9The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever; the judgments of Jehovah are truth, they are righteous altogether:
9TOUPA laudansiam tuh a sianga, khantawna dingin a om hi: TOUPA vaihawmnate tuh a taka, a kizen kimvel vek ahi.
10They are more precious than gold, yea, than much fine gold; and sweeter than honey and the dropping of the honeycomb.
10Huaite tuh dangkaeng sangin a deihhuai jaw ahi, ahi, dangkaeng siangthou tampi sangin leng: khuaiju leh khuaikhak sangin leng a khumjaw ahi.
11Moreover, by them is thy servant enlightened; in keeping them there is great reward.
11Huai lou leng huaitein na sikha tuh taihilhin ka om jel hi; huaite zuih tuh kipahman thupi tak neihna ahi jel hi.
12Who understandeth [his] errors? Purify me from secret [faults].
12Kuan ahia amah diklouhnate theithei ding? Diklouhna kiselte lakah honhui khiain.
13Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous [sins]; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be perfect, and I shall be innocent from great transgression.
14Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.
14TOUPA aw, ka suangpi leh hontanpa, ka kama thupawtte leh ka lungtanga ngaihtuahnate na mitmuhin kipahpihhuai hi hen.
