¹Then shall the kingdom of the heavens be made like to ten virgins that having taken their torches, went forth to meet the bridegroom.

¹"Antunchi e amperetsia le rhaioski si sar desh sheia baria kai line peske lampi (chediara) ai gele po drom kai o ternaxar avelas.

²And five of them were prudent and five foolish.

²Pansh anda lende sas prosti ai pansh gojaver.

³They that were foolish took their torches and did not take oil with them;

³Le prosti kana line penge lampi, chi line vuloi pensa.

⁴but the prudent took oil in their vessels with their torches.

⁴Numa le gojaver line mai but vuloi pensa de sar so sas andel lampi.

⁵Now the bridegroom tarrying, they all grew heavy and slept.

⁵Ke chi avilo o ternaxar pe vriama lindraile ai lias le e lindre.

⁶But in [the] middle of [the] night there was a cry, Behold, the bridegroom; go forth to meet him.

⁶Numa ando mashkar la rachako ek glaso dias mui, Dikhen! O ternaxar, Aven leste!

⁷Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their torches.

⁷Antunchi le sheia baria wushtile, ai lasharde peske lampi.

⁸And the foolish said to the prudent, Give us of your oil, for our torches are going out.

⁸Le prosti phende kodolenge kai sas gojaver. "Den ame anda tumaro vuloi ke amare lampi meren."

⁹But the prudent answered saying, [We cannot,] lest it might not suffice for us and for you. Go rather to those that sell, and buy for yourselves.

⁹Le gojaver phende, "Nashtis, ke kam chi avel dosta tumenge ai vi amenge, zhan ka kodola kai bichinen vuloi ai chinen tumenge.

¹⁰But as they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and the [ones that were] ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut.

¹⁰Numa zhi pon won gele te chinen vuloi, o ternaxar avilo; le sheia baria kai sas gata gele lesa andre ka o abiav ai o wudar sas phandado.

¹¹Afterwards come also the rest of the virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us;

¹¹Mai palal le kolaver sheia baria avile, ai phende, "Gazda, Gazda! Phuter amenge!"

¹²but he answering said, Verily I say unto you, I do not know you.

¹²Numa wo phendias, "Chachimasa phenav tumenge, me chi zhanav tumen."

¹³Watch therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour.

¹³Anda kodia arakhen tume, ke chi zhanen o dies vai o chaso kana O Shav le Manushesko avela."

¹⁴For [it is] as [if] a man going away out of a country called his own bondmen and delivered to them his substance.

¹⁴"Ke kadia si sar ek manush kai si te zhaltar dur, ai akhardias peske slugen, ai dias ande lengo vas so sas lesko.

¹⁵And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to each according to his particular ability, and immediately went away out of the country.

¹⁵Kai iek dias panzh gone sumnakai, ka aver dias dui, ai ka aver dias iek, swakones dias sode wo sai dashtil te lel sama, ai gelo pe pesko drom.

¹⁶And he that had received the five talents went and trafficked with them, and made five other talents.

¹⁶Kodo kai lias panzh gone sumnakai, strazo gelo, kerdias buchi lensa, ai dobisardias panzh gone sumnakai mai but.

¹⁷In like manner also he that [had received] the two, [he also] gained two others.

¹⁷Sakadia kodo kai lias dui, gelo ai dobisardias dui mai but.

¹⁸But he that had received the one went and dug in the earth, and hid the money of his lord.

¹⁸Numa kodo kai lias iek gono sumnakai, gelo, hunadias gropa ande phuv, ai garadias pesko gazdasko sumnakai.

¹⁹And after a long time the lord of those bondmen comes and reckons with them.

¹⁹But vriama pala kodia o gazda kodole slugenge avilo palpale, ai manglias te sikaven leske so kerde.

²⁰And he that had received the five talents came to [him] and brought five other talents, saying, [My] lord, thou deliveredst me five talents; behold, I have gained five other talents besides them.

²⁰Kodo kai lias panzh gone sumnakai, avilo ai andias panzh mai but, ai phendias, "Gazda, tu dian ma panzh gone sumnakai. Dikh! Me dobisardem panzh mai but."

²¹His lord said to him, Well, good and faithful bondman, thou wast faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things: enter into the joy of thy lord.

²¹Lesko gazda phendias leske, "Mishto kerdian, lasho ai chacho sluga chachimasa sanas, xantsi dielasa si te thav tut baro pe but dieli, aidi ai hulav ande che gazdasko raduimos!"

²²And he also that had received the two talents came to [him] and said, [My] lord, thou deliveredst me two talents; behold, I have gained two other talents besides them.

²²Kodo kai lias dui gone sumnakai avilo, ai phendias, "Gazda, Tu dian ma dui. Dikh! Me dobisardem dui mai but!"

²³His lord said to him, Well, good and faithful bondman, thou wast faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

²³Lesko gazda phendias leske, "Mishto kerdian, lasho ai chacho sluga chachimasa sanas, xantsi dielasa si te thav tut baro pe but dieli, aidi ai hulav ande che gazdasko raduimos!

²⁴And he also that had received the one talent coming to [him] said, [My] lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou hadst not sowed, and gathering from where thou hadst not scattered,

²⁴Kodo kai sas les iek gono sumnakai avilo ai phendias, "Gazda, Zhanglem ke zuralo ai trutno manush san, ke les katar chi thodian ai chides katar chi thodian sumuntsa.

²⁵and being afraid I went away and hid thy talent in the earth; behold, thou hast that which is thine.

²⁵Ai darailem, gelem ai garadem cho sumnakai ande phuv, Dikh! Si tu so si chiro."

²⁶And his lord answering said to him, Wicked and slothful bondman, thou knewest that I reap where I had not sowed, and gather from where I had not scattered;

²⁶Lesko gazda phendias leske, "Tu nasul kandino sluga, tu zhanglian ke lav katar chi thodem ai chidav katar chi thodem sumuntsa."

²⁷thou oughtest then to have put my money to the money-changers, and when I came I should have got what is mine with interest.

²⁷Antunchi tu trobulas te thos murho sumnakai ando banko, ai kana avilemas, sas te lav murho sumnakai palpale, ai vi mai but.

²⁸Take therefore the talent from him, and give it to him that has the ten talents:

²⁸Anda kodia le o sumnakai lestar, ai de les ka kodo kai si les le desh gone sumnakai.

²⁹for to every one that has shall be given, and he shall be in abundance; but from him that has not, that even which he has shall be taken from him.

²⁹Ke swakones te kai si mai but avela dino ai si te avel les but mai but opral: numa katar kodo kai nai les, vi so si les avela lino lestar.

³⁰And cast out the useless bondman into the outer darkness; there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

³⁰E sluga kai nai kanchesko shuden avri ando tuniariko ai ande kodo than kai rovena ai chiden dandendar."

³¹But when the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit down upon his throne of glory,

³¹"Kana avela O Shav le Manushesko ande pesko barimos, ai sa le angeluria lesa, antunchi beshela pe pesko skamin o amperatitsko.

³²and all the nations shall be gathered before him; and he shall separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats;

³²Angla leste avena chidine sa le thema, ai hulavela le manushen iek katar o kaver sar o pastuxo, hulavel le bakren katar le buzhne.

³³and he will set the sheep on his right hand, and the goats on [his] left.

³³Ai thola le bakren pe peski chachi rig, ai le buzhnen pe peski stingo rig.

³⁴Then shall the King say to those on his right hand, Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from [the] world's foundation:

³⁴Antunchi o amperato si te mothol kodolenge ka lesko vas o chacho, "Aven tume kai san raduime katar murho Dat, len so sas tumenge shinado e amperetsia kai sas getome tumenge de sar sas e lumia kerdi.

³⁵for I hungered, and ye gave me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave me to drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in;

³⁵Ke bokhalo simas, ai dian ma te xav, trushalo simas, ai dian ma te piiva: streino simas, ai andian ma ande cho kher.

³⁶naked, and ye clothed me; I was ill, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came to me.

³⁶Nas ma tsalia, ai tu dian ma tsalia, naswalo simas, ai lian sama mandar, phandado simas, ai tu avilian te dikhes ma."

³⁷Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungering, and nourished thee; or thirsting, and gave thee to drink?

³⁷Antunchi le chache phenena leske, "Gazda, Kana dikhliam tu bokhalo, ai diam tu te xas? Vai trushalo, ai diam tu te pes?

³⁸and when saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in; or naked, and clothed thee?

³⁸Kana dikhliam tu streino, ai andiam tut andre? Vai ke trobunas tut tsalia, ai diam tut?

³⁹and when saw we thee ill, or in prison, and came to thee?

³⁹Kana dikhliam tut naswalo, vai phandado, ai aviliam te dikhas tu?"

⁴⁰And the King answering shall say to them, Verily, I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it to me.

⁴⁰Ai o amperato phenela, "O chachimos phenav tumenge, so godi kerdian kodoleske kai si mai prosto anda murho phral, kerdian mange."

⁴¹Then shall he say also to those on the left, Go from me, cursed, into eternal fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

⁴¹Antunchi phenel kodolenge ka lesko stingo vas, "Zhantar mandar, tume armandine, ande iag kai chi getolpe, kai si getome le bengeske ai leske angelonge.

⁴²for I hungered, and ye gave me not to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave me not to drink;

⁴²Bokhalo simas, ai chi dian ma te xav, trushalo simas, ai tu chi dian ma te piiav.

⁴³I was a stranger, and ye took me not in; naked, and ye did not clothe me; ill, and in prison, and ye did not visit me.

⁴³Streino simas, ai chi akhardian ma andre, nas ma tsalia, ai chi dian ma, naswalo, phandado, ai tu chi avilian te dikhes ma."

⁴⁴Then shall *they* also answer saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungering, or thirsting, or a stranger, or naked, or ill, or in prison, and have not ministered to thee?

⁴⁴Antunchi won phenen, "Gazda, kana dikhliam tut bokhalo, vai trushalo, vai streino, vai bi tsalengo, vai naswalo, vai phandado, ai chi zhutisardem tu?"

⁴⁵Then shall he answer them saying, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have not done it to one of these least, neither have ye done it to me.

⁴⁵Antunchi phendia lenge, "O chachimos phenav tumenge, sar chi kerdian le mai prostonenge, chi kerdian chi mange.

⁴⁶And these shall go away into eternal punishment, and the righteous into life eternal.

⁴⁶Antunchi zhana ande iag kai chi getolpe, numa le chache ando traio kai chi getolpe.
