¹ Ay, Bulos, ay ya Almasihu Yesu diya no Irikoy miila do. Ay go ga hantum hanantey da naanaykoyey se kaŋ yaŋ go Afasos kwaara Almasihu ra.

²Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and [the] Lord Jesus Christ.

² Gomni nda laakal kanay ma bara araŋ banda kaŋ yaŋ ga fun iri Baabo Irikoy da Rabbi Yesu Almasihu do.

³Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ;

³ Iri ma Rabbi Yesu Almasihu Irikoyo kaŋ ti a Baabo saabu, nga kaŋ n'iri albarkandi nda albarka kulu dumi kaŋ fun Biya Hanno do Almasihu ra beena ra nangey do.

⁴according as he has chosen us in him before [the] world's foundation, that we should be holy and blameless before him in love;

⁴ Za kaŋ a n'iri suuban za i mana ndunnya sinji, iri ma ciya nga wane yaŋ Almasihu ra, zama iri ma goro hananteyaŋ kaŋ sinda taali nga jine.

⁵having marked us out beforehand for adoption through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

⁵ Irikoy jin k'iri waadu nga baakasina ra iri ma ciya nga izeyaŋ, izetaray daŋyaŋ do, Yesu Almasihu do. A na woodin te zama a ga kaan a se, a miila mo no.

⁶to [the] praise of [the] glory of his grace, wherein he has taken us into favour in the Beloved:

⁶ Irikoy ga ba iri ma saabu nga gomni darzanta se kaŋ a n'iri no da yulwa nga Baakwa ra.

⁷in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of offences, according to the riches of his grace;

⁷ Irikoy n'iri fansa nda Almasihu kuro, danga a n'iri taaley yaafa nooya nga gomni arzakey boŋ. A na woodin te iri se da Almasihu.

⁸which he has caused to abound towards us in all wisdom and intelligence,

⁸ A n'iri no gomni nda yulwa, laakal da fahamay kulu ra.

⁹having made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in himself

⁹ Irikoy n'iri bayrandi nda nga miila kaŋ gundu* no, zama woodin kaan a se no. A miila nooya kaŋ a waadu Almasihu ra.

¹⁰for [the] administration of the fulness of times; to head up all things in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things upon the earth; in him,

¹⁰ Irikoy goyo ga ti nga ma takahari kulu margu waati kaŋ zamaney kubay k'i te afolloŋ Almasihu ra, hala hayey kaŋ yaŋ go beena ra da wo kaŋ yaŋ go ndunnya ra ma goro a mayra ra.

¹¹in whom we have also obtained an inheritance, being marked out beforehand according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his own will,

¹¹ Irikoy ga hay kulu te nga miila saawara boŋ. A jin k'iri suuban nga waado boŋ. Almasihu do mo no iri ciya tubu hari a se.

¹²that we should be to [the] praise of his glory who have pre-trusted in the Christ:

¹² Zama iri kaŋ jin k'iri beeja sinji Almasihu ra, iri ma ciya Irikoy darza sifayaŋ hari.

¹³in whom *ye* also [have trusted], having heard the word of the truth, the glad tidings of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, ye have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

¹³ Araŋ na Almasihu cimandi waato kaŋ araŋ maa cimi sanno, kaŋ ga ti Baaru Hanna kaŋ kande araŋ se faaba. Waato kaŋ araŋ cimandi mo, Irikoy n'araŋ kawaatimandi Almasihu ra da Biya* Hanno, kaŋ a jin ka alkawli te ka ne nga ga no.

¹⁴who is [the] earnest of our inheritance to the redemption of the acquired possession to [the] praise of his glory.

¹⁴ Biya binde ga ti iri tubo se daymi kayandiyaŋ hari ka koy hala hano kaŋ hane Irikoy ga haya kaŋ nga day din fansa, iri ma ciya Irikoy darza sifayaŋ hari.

¹⁵Wherefore *I* also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which [is] in you, and the love which [ye have] towards all the saints,

¹⁵ Ay maa baaru kaŋ araŋ na cimbeeri sinji Rabbi Yesu ra, da baakasina kaŋ araŋ go ga cabe hanantey kulu se.

¹⁶do not cease giving thanks for you, making mention [of you] at my prayers,

¹⁶ Woodin sabbay se ay mo mana fay da saabuyaŋ araŋ se ka fongu nd'araŋ ay adduwey ra.

¹⁷that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you [the] spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of him,

¹⁷ Ay ga ŋwaaray Rabbi Yesu Almasihu Irikoyo, Baaba darzakoyo, ma laakal da bangandiyaŋ Biya no araŋ se hal araŋ ma Irikoy bay gumo.

¹⁸being enlightened in the eyes of your heart, so that ye should know what is the hope of his calling, [and] what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

¹⁸ Ay ga ŋwaaray araŋ ma du boŋ-feeray zama araŋ ma bay haŋ kaŋ ga ti beeja kaŋ se Irikoy n'araŋ ce, da arzaka beero wo dumi kaŋ ga ti a tubuyaŋ darzanta hanantey ra.

¹⁹and what the surpassing greatness of his power towards us who believe, according to the working of the might of his strength,

¹⁹ Ay ga ŋwaaray mo araŋ ma bay a dabari gaabikooni bambata gaa kaŋ goono ga goy iri ra, iri kaŋ yaŋ n'a cimandi. A dabaro ga goy gaabikooni te.

²⁰[in] which he wrought in the Christ [in] raising him from among [the] dead, and he set him down at his right hand in the heavenlies,

²⁰ A na dabaro din cabe Almasihu ra waato kaŋ a n'a tunandi ka kaa buukoy game ra k'a gorandi nga kambe ŋwaaro gaa beena ra.

²¹above every principality, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name named, not only in this age, but also in that to come;

²¹ Almasihu ga mayray te koy kulu, da hin kulu, da gaabi kulu, da mayraykoy kulu, da maa kulu kaŋ i ga ce boŋ, manti zamana wo hinne ra bo, amma baa zamana kaŋ ga kaa ra mo.

²²and has put all things under his feet, and gave him [to be] head over all things to the assembly,

²² Irikoy na hay kulu ye Almasihu cey cire. A n'a daŋ mo a ma goro hay kulu boŋ, a ma ciya boŋo Almasihu* marga se.

²³which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all in all:

²³ Almasihu marga ga ti Almasihu gaahamo. Almasihu kaŋ ga hari kulu toonandi hay kulu ra, a ga nga gaahamo din mo toonandi da nga bumbo.
