1And as he was going out of the temple, one of his disciples says to him, Teacher, see what stones and what buildings!
2And Jesus answering said to him, Seest thou these great buildings? not a stone shall be left upon a stone, which shall not be thrown down.
Haciika, tondi fo si cindi tondi fo boŋ kaŋ i s'a zeeri.»
3And as he sat on the mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
3 Waato kaŋ Yesu goono ga goro Zeytun* tondo boŋ, Irikoy windo go a se jine, kala Bitros da Yakuba nda Yohanna da Andarawos n'a hã labu gaa ka ne:
4Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled?
4 «Ma ci iri se, waatifo no hayey din ga te? Alaama woofo no ga te waati kaŋ hayey din ga ba ka to?»
5And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any one mislead you.
6For many shall come in my name, saying, It is *I*, and shall mislead many.
6 Zama boro boobo ga kaa k'ay ma sambu ka ne: ‹Ay no ga ti nga.› I ga boro boobo darandi mo.
7But when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be not disturbed, for [this] must happen, but the end is not yet.
7 Waati kaŋ araŋ maa wongu baaru nda wongu ruubuyaŋ mo, araŋ laakaley ma si tun, zama tilas no kala hayey din ma jin ka te, amma bananta mana to jina.
8For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be earthquakes in [different] places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these things [are the] beginnings of throes.
8 Zama dumi ga tun dumi gaa, mayray mo ga tun mayray gaa, laabu zinjiyaŋ da haray ga te nangu waani-waani ra. Amma woodin yaŋ kulu taabi sintin yaŋ no jina.
9But *ye*, take heed to yourselves, for they shall deliver you up to sanhedrims and to synagogues: ye shall be beaten and brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them;
10and the gospel must first be preached to all the nations.
11But when they shall lead you away to deliver you up, be not careful beforehand as to what ye shall say, [nor prepare your discourse]: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak; for *ye* are not the speakers, but the Holy Spirit.
11 Waati kaŋ i g'araŋ candi k'araŋ nooyandi i se, araŋ laakal ma si tun da sanni kaŋ araŋ ga ci, amma hari kulu me kaŋ i g'araŋ no saaya din ra, woodin no araŋ ga ci. Zama manti araŋ no ga salaŋ bo, amma Biya Hanno no.
12But brother shall deliver up brother to death, and father child; and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.
12 Nya ize ga nga nya izo no i m'a wi, baaba mo ga nga izo no. Izey mo ga murte hayrey gaa k'i daŋ kambe i m'i wi se.
13And ye will be hated of all on account of my name; but he that has endured to the end, *he* shall be saved.
13 Araŋ ga ciya konnari hari mo ndunnya dumey kulu do ay maa sabbay se, amma boro kaŋ ga hin suuru hala bananta, nga no ga du faaba.
14But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not, (he that reads let him consider [it],) then let those in Judaea flee to the mountains;
14 Amma waati kaŋ araŋ ga di ‹fanta hari laala kaŋ ga kazaamandi,› goono ga kay nangu kaŋ a si hima (cawkwa ma faham), waato gaa borey kaŋ yaŋ go Yahudiya* ra ma zuru ka koy tondi kuukey ra.
15and him that is upon the housetop not come down into the house, nor enter [into it] to take away anything out of his house;
15 Boro kaŋ go fu boŋ ma si zumbu ka furo fu ra ka hay fo sambu nga fuwo ra.
16and him that is in the field not return back to take his garment.
17But woe to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days!
17 Amma kaari ngey kaŋ gonda gunde, da ngey mo kaŋ go ga naanandi jirbey din ra!
18And pray that it may not be in winter time;
19for those days shall be distress such as there has not been the like since [the] beginning of creation which God created, until now, and never shall be;
19 Zama jirbey din ra gurzugay ga te kaŋ dumi mana bay ka te za takayaŋ sintina kaŋ Irikoy taka ka kaa hunkuna. A si ye ka te mo, abada.
20and if [the] Lord had not cut short those days, no flesh should have been saved; but on account of the elect whom he has chosen, he has cut short those days.
21And then if any one say to you, Lo, here [is] the Christ, or Lo, there, believe [it] not.
22For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and give signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
22 Zama almasihu, tangari wane yaŋ, da tangari annabiyaŋ ga tun. I ga alaamayaŋ da dambara hariyaŋ cabe hala, nda haŋ kaŋ ga hin ka te no, doŋ i ga baa suubanantey darandi.
23But do *ye* take heed: behold, I have told you all things beforehand.
23 Amma araŋ ma haggoy. Wa guna, ay jin ka hay kulu ci araŋ se.
24But in those days, after that distress, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give its light;
25and the stars of heaven shall be falling down, and the powers which are in the heavens shall be shaken;
25 handariyayzey ga fun beena gaa ka kaŋ, beene dabarey mo ga zinji.›
26and then shall they see the Son of man coming in clouds with great power and glory;
26 Gaa no i ga di Boro Izo go kaa beene burey ra da dabari bambata nda darza mo.
27and then shall he send his angels and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from end of earth to end of heaven.
27 Waato gaa a ga malaykey donton ka nga suubanantey margu i ma fun ndunnya haw taaca do haray, za ndunnya me ka koy hala beena me.
28But learn the parable from the fig-tree: when its branch already becomes tender and puts forth the leaves, ye know that the summer is near.
28 Jeejay nya gaa araŋ ma misa wo dondon. Waati kaŋ a kambey jin ka zay, a goono ga kobto kaa mo, araŋ ga bay day kaŋ kaydiya maan nooya.
29Thus also *ye*, when ye see these things happening, know that it is near, at the doors.
29 Yaadin no araŋ mo, waati kaŋ araŋ ga di hayey din go ga sintin, araŋ ma bay kaŋ Boro Izo maanu, hala a to fu meyo gaa zaati.
30Verily I say unto you, This generation shall in no wise pass away, till all these things take place.
31The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall in no wise pass away.
32But of that day or of that hour no one knows, neither the angels who are in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father.
32 Amma zaaro din, wala saaya din sanno, boro kulu s'i bay, baa beene malaykey, wala Izo mo, kala Baabo hinne.
33Take heed, watch and pray, for ye do not know when the time is:
33 Araŋ ma haggoy, araŋ ma batu, araŋ ma te adduwa, zama araŋ si bay waati kaŋ alwaato ga to.
34[it is] as a man gone out of the country, having left his house and given to his bondmen the authority, and to each one his work, and commanded the doorkeeper that he should watch.
34 A ga hima sanda mate kaŋ cine boro kaŋ ga koy yawtaray laabu fo ra ka fay da nga windo, a na dabari no nga bannyey se, boro kulu nda nga goyo. A na windi me batukwa mo lordi ka ne a ma batu.
35Watch therefore, for ye do not know when the master of the house comes: evening, or midnight, or cock-crow, or morning;
35 Araŋ ma batu fa, zama araŋ si bay saaya kaŋ windikoyo ga kaa, hala wiciri kambu wala cin bindi, wala goroŋo cayaŋ waate, wala susubay.
36lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
37But what I say to you, I say to all, Watch.
37 Hari kaŋ ay goono ga ci araŋ se, ay goono g'a ci boro kulu se: araŋ ma batu!»
