Philippians

2

1If then [there be] any comfort in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of [the] Spirit, if any bowels and compassions,
1 Yaadin gaa, za kaŋ bine yaamaryaŋ go Almasihu ra, za kaŋ bine-gaabandiyaŋ go baakasinay ra, za kaŋ markasinay go Biya* _Hanno|_ do, za kaŋ bine bakaraw da suuji go no mo,
2fulfil my joy, that ye may think the same thing, having the same love, joined in soul, thinking one thing;
2 w'ay farhã toonandi hal araŋ ma bara nda laakal folloŋ, da baakasinay folloŋ mo. Araŋ biney d'araŋ miiley mo ma ciya afolloŋ.
3[let] nothing [be] in the spirit of strife or vain glory, but, in lowliness of mind, each esteeming the other as more excellent than themselves;
4regarding not each his own [qualities], but each those of others also.
5For let this mind be in you which [was] also in Christ Jesus;
5 Araŋ ma bara nda miila araŋ gaa kaŋ dumi go Almasihu Yesu ra mo.
6who, subsisting in the form of God, did not esteem it an object of rapine to be on an equality with God;
6 Nga kaŋ ga ti Irikoy bumbo mana nga Irikoytara sabayaŋo lasaabu haŋ kaŋ nga ga gaay da gaabi.
7but emptied himself, taking a bondman's form, taking his place in [the] likeness of men;
8and having been found in figure as a man, humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, and [that the] death of [the] cross.
8 Kaŋ a kaa boro alhaali ra mo, a na nga boŋ kaynandi ka yadda ka to hala buuyaŋ gaa, oho, hala kanjiyaŋ* bundo gaa buuyaŋo do.
9Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and granted him a name, that which is above every name,
9 Woodin sabbay se no Irikoy n'a beerandi ka bisa hay kulu, ka maa daŋ a gaa kaŋ bisa maa kulu.
10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of heavenly and earthly and infernal [beings],
10 Zama Yesu maa gaa no kange kulu ga gurfa, beena ra waney, da ndunnya boŋ waney, da ndunnya cire waney.
11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord to God [the] Father's glory.
11 Deene kulu mo ma seeda ka ne: Yesu Almasihu ya Rabbi no, ka koy Baaba Irikoy darza gaa.
12So that, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much rather in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,
12 Ya ay baakoy, araŋ goono ga gana waati kulu.
13for it is God who works in you both the willing and the working according to [his] good pleasure.
13 Zama Irikoy no goono ga goy araŋ ra hal araŋ ma miila da goy mo te kaŋ ga kaan a se.
14Do all things without murmurings and reasonings,
15that ye may be harmless and simple, irreproachable children of God in the midst of a crooked and perverted generation; among whom ye appear as lights in [the] world,
15 hal araŋ ma ciya boroyaŋ kaŋ i si du ka jance, kaŋ ga hanan mo. Araŋ ma ciya mo Irikoy izeyaŋ kaŋ sinda taali zamana wo ize darantey da siirantey game ra. I game ra no araŋ goono ga kaari sanda handariyayzeyaŋ ndunnya ra,
16holding forth [the] word of life, so as to be a boast for me in Christ's day, that I have not run in vain nor laboured in vain.
16 kaŋ araŋ goono ga fundi sanno salle. D'araŋ ga woodin te, ay ga farhã Almasihu zaaro ra, zama yaadin gaa ay mana zuru yaamo, ay mana taabi yaamo mo.
17But if also I am poured out as a libation on the sacrifice and ministration of your faith, I rejoice, and rejoice in common with you all.
17 Ay g'ay fundo lasaabu sanda haŋyaŋ sargay kaŋ i ga soogu. Baa d'i g'ay fundo no ya-cine araŋ sarga d'araŋ saajaw goy boŋ, kaŋ araŋ goono ga te cimbeeri ra, ay maa kaani. Ay ga farhã mo araŋ kulu banda.
18In like manner do *ye* also rejoice, and rejoice with me.
18 Yaadin no araŋ mo, araŋ ma farhã ka maa kaani ay banda.
19But I hope in [the] Lord Jesus to send Timotheus to you shortly, that *I* also may be refreshed, knowing how ye get on.
19 Amma ay gonda anniya Rabbi Yesu ra ay ma Timotiyos donton araŋ do d'a tonton kayna, zama ay mo ma du bine-gaabi waati kaŋ ay du k'araŋ gora baaru bay.
20For I have no one like-minded who will care with genuine feeling how ye get on.
20 Zama ay sinda boro kulu kaŋ laakalo ga saba nda Timotiyos wano, kaŋ g'araŋ gora haggoy da cimi.
21For all seek their own things, not the things of Jesus Christ.
21 Zama borey kaŋ cindi goono ga haggoy da ngey boŋ muraadey, manti nda Yesu Almasihu waney bo.
22But ye know the proof of him, that, as a child a father, he has served with me in the work of the glad tidings.
22 Amma araŋ ga Timotiyos seeda bay: danga mate kaŋ cine ize ga may baaba se, yaadin mo no a goy ay banda Baaru Hanna goyo ra.
23Him therefore I hope to send immediately, as soon as I shall see how it goes with me:
23 Nga binde no ay gonda anniya ay ma donton da waasi, waati kaŋ ay ga di haŋ kaŋ ga te ay do.
24but I trust in [the] Lord that I myself also shall soon come;
24 Amma ay goono ga de Rabbi gaa kaŋ ay bumbo ga kaa d'a tonton kayna.
25but I have thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow-workman and fellow-soldier, but your messenger and minister to my need,
25 Amma ay di a ga hagu ay m'ay nya-izo Abafaroditos donton araŋ do. Ay goy hangasino, d'ay wongu ra hangasino mo no, amma araŋ diya d'araŋ saajawko no hari kaŋ ay ga laami ciine ra.
26since he had a longing desire after you all, and was distressed because ye had heard that he was sick;
26 A faaji gumo araŋ kulu se, a bine sara gumo mo zama araŋ maa baaru kaŋ a jante.
27for he was also sick close to death, but God had mercy on him, and not indeed on him alone, but also on me, that I might not have sorrow upon sorrow.
27 Da cimi mo a jante, hal a ba ka bu. Amma Irikoy n'a suuji, day manti nga hinne bo, hala nda baa ay mo, zama ay ma si du bine saray bine saray ra.
28I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that seeing him ye might again rejoice, and that *I* might be the less sorrowful.
28 Woodin sabbay se no ay n'a donton araŋ do da anniya zama waati kaŋ araŋ di a, araŋ ma farhã, zama ay bine sara mo ma te daama.
29Receive him therefore in [the] Lord with all joy, and hold such in honour;
29 Araŋ m'a ta mo Rabbi ra da farhã koonu. Araŋ ma boro wo dumi beerandi mo.
30because for the sake of the work he drew near even to death, venturing his life that he might fill up what lacked in your ministration toward me.
30 Zama Almasihu goyo sabbay se no a ga ba ka bu. A na nga fundo yababa zama a ma tonton hari kaŋ gaze araŋ saajawo ra ay se.
