1Paul, bondman of Jesus Christ, [a] called apostle, separated to God's glad tidings,
1 Ay Bulos, ay ya Yesu Almasihu* bannya no. Irikoy n'ay ce ay ma ciya diya. A n'ay fay waani mo nga Baaru Hanna se.
2(which he had before promised by his prophets in holy writings,)
2 Baaro wo, Irikoy n'a alkawlo sambu za doŋ nga annabey* do, Tira Hanney ra.
3concerning his Son (come of David's seed according to flesh,
3 Baaru Hanno wo Irikoy Izo boŋ no a ga salaŋ kaŋ ga ti iri Rabbi Yesu Almasihu. I n'a hay Dawda haama, gaaham do.
4marked out Son of God in power, according to [the] Spirit of holiness, by resurrection of [the] dead) Jesus Christ our Lord;
4 I n'a daahirandi mo nda gaabi kaŋ Irikoy Izo no, hananyaŋ Biya do a tun ka fun buukoy game ra yaŋo do.
5by whom we have received grace and apostleship in behalf of his name, for obedience of faith among all the nations,
5 A do d'a maa darza sabbay se mo no iri du gomni nda diyataray, hala ndunnya dumey kulu game ra iri ma borey candi ka kande ganayaŋ do kaŋ ga ti cimbeeri wane.
6among whom are *ye* also [the] called of Jesus Christ:
6 Araŋ mo go i game ra, araŋ kaŋ yaŋ Yesu Almasihu ce.
7to all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and [our] Lord Jesus Christ.
7 Ay go g'araŋ kulu kaŋ go Roma kwaara ra fo, kaŋ yaŋ Irikoy ga ba, kaŋ yaŋ a ce mo araŋ ma ciya hananteyaŋ. Gomni nda laakal kanay ma bara araŋ banda kaŋ yaŋ ga fun iri Baabo Irikoy da Rabbi Yesu Almasihu do.
8First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is proclaimed in the whole world.
8 Sintina day, ay g'ay Irikoyo saabu araŋ kulu sabbay se, Yesu Almasihu maa ra, zama borey goono g'araŋ cimbeero ciine te ndunnya me-a-me ra.
9For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the glad tidings of his Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you,
9 Zama Irikoy, kaŋ se ay ga may d'ay bina kulu a Izo Baaru Hanna ra, nga ga ti ay seeda, kaŋ alwaati kulu ay g'araŋ ciine te ay adduwey ra.
10always beseeching at my prayers, if any way now at least I may be prospered by the will of God to come to you.
10 Ay goono ga ŋwaaray waati kulu, da fondo go no, ay ma du ka kaa araŋ do sohõ baani samay Irikoy miila ra.
11For I greatly desire to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to establish you;
11 Zama daahir ay ga ba ay ma di araŋ, hal ay ma du ka Biya Hanno nooyaŋ zaban araŋ se, k'araŋ sinji.
12that is, to have mutual comfort among you, each by the faith [which is] in the other, both yours and mine.
12 Zama in d'araŋ ma care gaabandi, iri afo kulu cimbeero do, kaŋ ra in d'araŋ ga margu.
13But I do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, that I often proposed to come to you, (and have been hindered until the present time,) that I might have some fruit among you too, even as among the other nations also.
13 Ay nya-izey, ay si ba araŋ ma jaŋ ka bay mo kaŋ sorro boobo ay miila ay ma kaa araŋ do (amma i n'ay ganji ay ma kaa hala hõ), zama ay ma du izeyaŋ araŋ game ra, mate kaŋ ay jin ka du dumi* cindey game ra.
14I am a debtor both to Greeks and barbarians, both to wise and unintelligent:
14 Ay ya garawkooni no Garekey da arney mo se, laakalkooney da borey kaŋ yaŋ sinda laakal mo se.
15so, as far as depends on me, am I ready to announce the glad tidings to you also who [are] in Rome.
15 Woodin sabbay se no, mate kulu kaŋ cine ay hina go nd'a, ay gonda anniya ay ma Baaru Hanna waazu araŋ mo se, araŋ kaŋ yaŋ go Roma ra.
16For I am not ashamed of the glad tidings; for it is God's power to salvation, to every one that believes, both to Jew first and to Greek:
16 Zama haawi s'ay di Almasihu Baaru Hanna se, zama Irikoy dabaro no kaŋ ga faaba no boro kulu kaŋ g'a cimandi se, sintina Yahudancey*, gaa dumi cindey mo se.
17for righteousness of God is revealed therein, on the principle of faith, to faith: according as it is written, But the just shall live by faith.
17 Zama Baaru Hanna ra no adilitaray* kaŋ Irikoy ga no bangay. A si fun kala cimbeeri do ka goro cimbeeri ra _hala bananta|_. Mate kaŋ i n'a hantum ka ne: «Amma boro kaŋ ciya adilante* _Irikoy jine|_, cimbeeri ra no a ga funa.»
18For there is revealed wrath of God from heaven upon all impiety, and unrighteousness of men holding the truth in unrighteousness.
18 Irikoy ga nga futa bangandi za beena ra, Irikoy wangay da adilitaray-jaŋay kulu boŋ, borey waney, kaŋ yaŋ goono ga cimo naan ngey adilitaray-jaŋa ra.
19Because what is known of God is manifest among them, for God has manifested [it] to them,
19 Zama haŋ kaŋ boro ga bay Irikoy boŋ, taray kwaaray no a go i se, zama Irikoy no k'a bangandi i se.
20-- for from [the] world's creation the invisible things of him are perceived, being apprehended by the mind through the things that are made, both his eternal power and divinity, -- so as to render them inexcusable.
20 Zama za ndunnya takayaŋ, Irikoy hayey kaŋ boro si di, sanda a dabari duumikoyo d'a Irikoytara, taray kwaaray no i go. Borey goono ga di ey takaharey ra, hal i sinda kobay.
21Because, knowing God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but fell into folly in their thoughts, and their heart without understanding was darkened:
21 Zama baa kaŋ borey bay kaŋ Irikoy go no, i man'a beerandi sanda Irikoy no, i man'a saabu mo, amma i daray ngey fonguyaŋey ra, i biney kaŋ sinda laasabu mo te kubay.
22professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
22 Baa kaŋ i goono ga ne ngey ya laakalkooniyaŋ no, i ciya saamoyaŋ.
23and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into [the] likeness of an image of corruptible man and of birds and quadrupeds and reptiles.
24Wherefore God gave them up [also] in the lusts of their hearts to uncleanness, to dishonour their bodies between themselves:
24 Woodin sabbay se Irikoy n'i naŋ ngey bine* ibaay laaley se i ma furo ziibi goy kulu ra, hal i ma ngey gaahamey kaynandi ngey nda care game ra.
25who changed the truth of God into falsehood, and honoured and served the creature more than him who had created [it], who is blessed for ever. Amen.
25 Zama i na Irikoy cimo barmay ka ciya tangari, i sombu mo takahari se ka may a se Takakwa nango ra, nga kaŋ saabuyaŋ ga ti a wane hal abada. Amin!
26For this reason God gave them up to vile lusts; for both their females changed the natural use into that contrary to nature;
26 A sabbay se mo no Irikoy n'i naŋ ngey bine ibaay haawantey se. Zama baa i wayborey na haŋ kaŋ ga hima nda ngey se din barmay da haŋ kaŋ ga gaaba nda woodin.
27and in like manner the males also, leaving the natural use of the female, were inflamed in their lust towards one another; males with males working shame, and receiving in themselves the recompense of their error which was fit.
27 Yaadin mo no alborey na haŋ kaŋ ga hima nd'a ngey se wayboro do naŋ. I goono ga ton da biniyay ngey nda care se, alboro nda alboro goono ga te haŋ kaŋ mana hima nd'a. I goono ga du mo ngey bumbey do alhakko kaŋ i darayyaŋo to.
28And according as they did not think good to have God in [their] knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind to practise unseemly things;
28 Zama mo i wangu ka Irikoy bayray gaay ngey laakaley ra, Irikoy n'i naŋ ngey laakal siirantey se, i ma te haŋ kaŋ yaŋ i mana hima ka te.
29being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil dispositions; whisperers,
29 I to da adilitaray-jaŋay, da laala, da biniyay, da futay kulu. I to da canse, da boro wiyaŋ, da yanje, da hiila, da zamba.
30back-biters, hateful to God, insolent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
30 I ciya mimandakomyaŋ, da alaasirayyaŋ, da Irikoy wangayaŋ, da mo-koogay-koyyaŋ, da boŋbeeraykoyyaŋ, da foomanteyaŋ. I ga laala teeyaŋ fondo taji ceeci, i ga murte ngey hayrey gaa.
31void of understanding, faithless, without natural affection, unmerciful;
31 I sinda fahamay, i sinda naanay, i sinda baakasinay kaŋ ga hima nd'a, i sinda suuji mo.
32who knowing the righteous judgment of God, that they who do such things are worthy of death, not only practise them, but have fellow delight in those who do [them].
32 Borey din, baa kaŋ i ga Irikoy ciito bay, kaŋ ne goy woodin yaŋ teekoy ga hima ka bu, manti i goono g'i te hinne no bo, amma i goono ga yadda nda borey kaŋ yaŋ g'i te mo.
