1And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after their departure from the land of Egypt, saying,
1அவர்கள் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட இரண்டாம் வருஷம் முதலாம் மாதத்தில் கர்த்தர் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் மோசேயை நோக்கி:
2Let the children of Israel also hold the passover at its set time;
2குறித்த காலத்தில் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.
3on the fourteenth day in this month between the two evenings, ye shall hold it at its set time; according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ordinances thereof shall ye hold it.
3இந்த மாதம் பதினாலாந்தேதி அந்திநேரமான வேளையாகிய குறித்த காலத்தில் அதை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அதற்குரிய எல்லாக் கட்டளையின்படியேயும் முறைமைகளின்படியேயும் அதை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவீர்கள் என்றார்.
4And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should hold the passover.
4அப்படியே பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கும்படி மோசே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டான்.
5And they held the passover in the first [month] on the fourteenth day of the month, between the two evenings, in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.
5அதினால் முதலாம் மாதம் பதினான்காம் தேதி அந்திநேரமான வேளையில், சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் பஸ்காவை ஆசரித்தார்கள்; கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் செய்தார்கள்.
6And there were men, who were unclean through the dead body of a man, and could not hold the passover on that day; and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day.
6அந்நாளில் சிலர் மனித பிரேதத்தினால் தீட்டுப்பட்டபடியினால் பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கத்தகாதவர்களாயிருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் அந்நாளிலே மோசேக்கும் ஆரோனுக்கும் முன்பாக வந்து:
7And those men said to him, We are unclean by reason of the dead body of a man: why are we kept back, that we may not present the offering of Jehovah at its set time among the children of Israel?
7நாங்கள் மனித பிரேதத்தினால் தீட்டுப்பட்டவர்கள்; குறித்த காலத்தில் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடேகூடக் கர்த்தருக்குக் காணிக்கையைச் செலுத்தாதபடிக்கு, நாங்கள் விலக்கப்பட்டிருக்கவேண்டியது என்ன என்றார்கள்.
8And Moses said to them, Stay, and I will hear what Jehovah commands concerning you.
8மோசே அவர்களை நோக்கி: பொறுங்கள்; கர்த்தர் உங்களைக்குறித்துக் கட்டளையிடுவது என்ன என்று கேட்பேன் என்றான்.
9And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
9கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:
10Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any one of you or of your generations be unclean by reason of a dead body or be on a journey afar off, yet he shall hold the passover to Jehovah.
10நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: உங்களிலாகிலும் உங்கள் சந்ததியாரிலாகிலும் ஒருவன் பிரேதத்தினால் தீட்டுப்பட்டாலும், பிரயாணமாய்த் தூரம்போயிருந்தாலும், கர்த்தருக்குப் பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கவேண்டும்.
11In the second month, on the fourteenth day, between the two evenings, shall they hold it; with unleavened bread and bitter herbs shall they eat it.
11அவர்கள் அதை இரண்டாம் மாதம் பதினாலாந்தேதி அந்திநேரமான வேளையில் ஆசரித்து, அதைப் புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பங்களோடும் கசப்பான கீரைகளோடும் புசித்து,
12They shall leave none of it until the morning, nor break a bone thereof: according to every ordinance of the passover shall they hold it.
12விடியற்காலம்மட்டும் அதில் ஒன்றும் மீதியாக வைக்காமலும், அதில் ஒரு எலும்பையும் முறிக்காமலும், பஸ்காவினுடைய சகல முறைமைகளின்படியும் அதை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.
13But a man that is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbeareth to hold the passover, that soul shall be cut off from among his peoples; because he presented not the offering of Jehovah at its set time: that man shall bear his sin.
13ஒருவன் சுத்தமுள்ளவனுமாய்ப் பிரயாணம் போகாதவனுமாயிருந்தும், பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்காதேபோனால், அந்த ஆத்துமா குறித்த காலத்தில் கர்த்தரின் பலியைச் செலுத்தாதபடியினால் தன் ஜனத்தாரில் இராமல் அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்; அந்த மனிதன் தன் பாவத்தைச் சுமப்பான்.
14And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and would hold the passover to Jehovah, according to the rite of the passover, and according to the ordinance thereof, so shall he do. Ye shall have one rite, both for the stranger and for him that is born in the land.
14ஒரு பரதேசி உங்களிடத்திலே தங்கி, கர்த்தருக்குப் பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்கவேண்டுமானால், அவன் அதைப் பஸ்காவின் கட்டளைப்படியும் அதின் முறைமையின்படியும் ஆசரிக்கக்கடவன்; பரதேசிக்கும் சுதேசிக்கும் ஒரே கட்டளை இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று சொல் என்றார்.
15And on the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle of the tent of testimony; and at even it was upon the tabernacle as the appearance of fire, until the morning.
15வாசஸ்தலம் ஸ்தாபனஞ்செய்யப்பட்ட நாளிலே, மேகமானது சாட்சியின் கூடாரமாகிய வாசஸ்தலத்தை மூடிற்று; சாயங்காலமானபோது, வாசஸ்தலத்தின்மேல் அக்கினிமயமான ஒரு தோற்றம் உண்டாயிற்று; அது விடியற்காலமட்டும் இருந்தது.
16So it was continually: the cloud covered it, and at night it was as the appearance of fire.
16இப்படி நித்தமும் இருந்தது; பகலில் மேகமும், இரவில் அக்கினித்தோற்றமும் அதை மூடிக்கொண்டிருந்தது.
17And when the cloud rose from the tent, then the children of Israel journeyed; and at the place where the cloud stood still, there the children of Israel encamped.
17மேகம் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து மேலே எழும்பும்போது இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பிரயாணம்பண்ணுவார்கள்; மேகம் தங்குமிடத்தில் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பாளயமிறங்குவார்கள்.
18According to the commandment of Jehovah the children of Israel journeyed, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they [remained] encamped; all the days that the cloud dwelt upon the tabernacle they encamped.
18கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பிரயாணப்படுவார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே பாளயமிறங்குவார்கள்; மேகம் வாசஸ்தலத்தின்மேல் தங்கியிருக்கும் நாளெல்லாம் அவர்கள் பாளயத்தில் தங்கியிருப்பார்கள்.
19And when the cloud was long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of Jehovah, and journeyed not.
19மேகம் நெடுநாள் வாசஸ்தலத்தின்மேல் தங்கியிருக்கும்போது, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பிரயாணப்படாமல் கர்த்தரின் காவலைக் காத்துக்கொண்டிருப்பார்கள்.
20And if it were so that the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle, according to the commandment of Jehovah they encamped, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed.
20மேகம் சிலநாள் மாத்திரம் வாசஸ்தலத்தின்மேல் தங்கியிருக்கும்போது, கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே பாளயமிறங்கியிருந்து, கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே பிரயாணப்படுவார்கள்.
21And if it were so that the cloud was there from the evening until the morning, and that the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they journeyed; or a day and a night, and the cloud was taken up, they journeyed;
21மேகம் சாயங்காலந்தொடங்கி விடியற்காலமட்டும் இருந்து, விடியற்காலத்தில் உயர எழும்பும்போது, உடனே பிரயாணப்படுவார்கள்; பகலிலாகிலும் இரவிலாகிலும் மேகம் எழும்பும்போது பிராயணப்படுவார்கள்.
22or two days, or a month, or many days, when the cloud was long upon the tabernacle, dwelling upon it, the children of Israel [remained] encamped, and journeyed not; but when it was taken up, they journeyed.
22மேகமானது இரண்டு நாளாவது ஒரு மாதமாவது ஒரு வருஷமாவது வாசஸ்தலத்தின்மேல் தங்கியிருக்கும்போது, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பிரயாணம்பண்ணாமல் பாளயமிறங்கியிருப்பார்கள்; அது உயர எழும்பும்போதோ பிரயாணப்படுவார்கள்.
23At the commandment of Jehovah they encamped, and at the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed: they kept the charge of Jehovah according to the commandment of Jehovah through Moses.
23கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே பாளயமிறங்குவார்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே பிரயாணம்பண்ணுவார்கள்; கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக்கொண்டு கட்டளையிடுகிறபடியே கர்த்தருடைய காவலைக் காத்துக்கொள்வார்கள்.
