1In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
1"ในวันนั้น จะมีน้ำพุพลุ่งขึ้นสำหรับราชวงศ์ของดาวิดและชาวเยรูซาเล็ม เพื่อจะชำระเขาให้พ้นจากบาปและความไม่สะอาด
2And it shall come to pass in that day, saith Jehovah of hosts, [that] I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered; and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
2พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรัสว่า ต่อมาในวันนั้น เราจะขจัดชื่อของรูปเคารพเสียจากแผ่นดิน เพื่อว่าเขาจะระลึกถึงอีกไม่ได้เลย และเราจะไล่ผู้พยากรณ์และวิญญาณที่ไม่สะอาดไปเสียจากแผ่นดินด้วย
3And it shall come to pass, if any shall yet prophesy, that his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of Jehovah; and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
3ต่อมาเมื่อมีผู้ใดมาพยากรณ์อีก บิดามารดาผู้ให้เขาบังเกิดมานั้นจะพูดกับเขาว่า `เจ้าอย่ามีชีวิตอยู่เลย เพราะเจ้าพูดมุสาในพระนามของพระเยโฮวาห์' เมื่อเขาพยากรณ์ บิดามารดาผู้ให้เขาเกิดมาจะแทงเขาให้ทะลุ
4And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he prophesieth; neither shall they wear a hairy mantle to deceive.
4ต่อมาในวันนั้น ผู้พยากรณ์ทุกคนจะมีความละอายเพราะนิมิตของเขาเมื่อพยากรณ์ เขาจะไม่สวมผ้ามีขนเพื่อล่อลวงอีกต่อไป
5And he shall say, I am no prophet, I am a tiller of the ground; for man acquired me [as bondman] from my youth.
5แต่เขาจะกล่าวว่า `ข้าพเจ้าไม่ใช่ผู้พยากรณ์ ข้าพเจ้าเป็นชาวนา เพราะว่ามีคนสอนข้าพเจ้าให้เลี้ยงสัตว์ตั้งแต่ข้าพเจ้ายังหนุ่มๆ'
6And one shall say unto him, What are those wounds in thy hands? And he will say, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
6และถ้าผู้ใดจะถามเขาว่า `ทำไมท่านมีแผลเป็นในมือทั้งสอง' เขาจะตอบว่า `ข้าพเจ้าได้แผลเป็นนั้นในเรือนของพวกเพื่อนของข้าพเจ้า'"
7Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, even against the man [that is] my fellow, saith Jehovah of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered, and I will turn my hand upon the little ones.
7พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรัสว่า "โอ ดาบเอ๋ย จงตื่นขึ้นต่อสู้เมษบาลของเรา จงต่อสู้ผู้ที่สนิทกับเรา จงตีเมษบาล และฝูงแกะนั้นจะกระจัดกระจายไป เราจะกลับมือของเราต่อสู้กับตัวเล็กตัวน้อย
8And it shall come to pass in all the land, saith Jehovah, two parts therein shall be cut off [and] die; but the third shall be left therein.
8พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า ต่อมาทั่วทั้งแผ่นดินจะต้องขจัดเสียให้พินาศสองในสาม และเหลือไว้หนึ่งในสาม
9And I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will answer them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, Jehovah is my God.
9เราจะเอาหนึ่งในสามนี้ใส่ในไฟและถลุงเขาเหมือนถลุงเงิน และลองดูเขาเหมือนทดลองทองคำ เขาจะร้องทูลออกนามของเราและเราจะฟังเขา เราจะกล่าวว่า `เขาทั้งหลายเป็นชนชาติของเรา' และเขาจะกล่าวว่า `พระเยโฮวาห์คือพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้า'"
