1Kaj la Eternulo diris al Moseo:Ankoraux unu punon Mi venigos sur Faraonon kaj sur Egiptujon; post tio li forliberigos vin el cxi tie; kaj forliberigante, li tute elpelos vin el cxi tie.
1And Jehovah said to Moses, Yet one plague will I bring upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let [you] go altogether, he shall utterly drive you out hence.
2Diru nun al la popolo, ke ili petu cxiu viro de sia proksimulo kaj cxiu virino de sia proksimulino vazojn argxentajn kaj vazojn orajn.
2Speak now in the ears of the people, that they ask every man of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, utensils of silver and utensils of gold.
3Kaj la Eternulo donis al la popolo favoron cxe la Egiptoj; kaj ankaux Moseo estis tre granda homo en la lando Egipta, en la okuloj de la servantoj de Faraono kaj en la okuloj de la popolo.
3And Jehovah gave the people favour in the eyes of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt -- in the eyes of Pharaoh's bondmen, and in the eyes of the people.
4Kaj Moseo diris:Tiel diris la Eternulo:En la mezo de la nokto Mi iros internen de Egiptujo.
4And Moses said, Thus saith Jehovah: About midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt.
5Kaj mortos cxiu unuenaskito en la lando Egipta, de la unuenaskito de Faraono, kiu sidas sur sia trono, gxis la unuenaskito de la sklavino, kiu sidas malantaux la muelejo; kaj cxiu unuenaskito el la brutoj.
5And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sitteth on his throne, even unto the firstborn of the bondwoman that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of cattle.
6Kaj estos granda kriado en la tuta lando Egipta, tia, ke simila al gxi neniam estis kaj neniam plu estos.
6And there shall be a great cry throughout the land of Egypt, such as there hath been none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
7Sed cxe cxiuj Izraelidoj ne movos hundo sian langon, nek kontraux homon, nek kontraux bruton; por ke vi sciu, kiel la Eternulo faras apartigon inter la Egiptoj kaj la Izraelidoj.
7But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast; that ye may know that Jehovah distinguisheth between the Egyptians and Israel.
8Kaj venos cxiuj viaj sklavoj al mi kaj terjxetigxos antaux mi, dirante:Eliru vi kaj la tuta popolo, kiu vin sekvas. Post tio mi eliros. Kaj li eliris for de Faraono kun granda kolero.
8And all these thy bondmen shall come down unto me, and bow down to me, saying, Go out, thou, and all the people that follow thee; and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a glowing anger.
9Kaj la Eternulo diris al Moseo:Faraono vin ne auxskultos; por ke multigxu Miaj mirakloj en la lando Egipta.
9And Jehovah had said to Moses, Pharaoh shall not hearken to you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
10Kaj Moseo kaj Aaron faris cxiujn tiujn miraklojn antaux Faraono; sed la Eternulo obstinigis la koron de Faraono, kaj li ne forliberigis la Izraelidojn el sia lando.
10And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; but Jehovah made Pharaoh's heart stubborn, and he did not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
