¹Sed nun tiele diras la Eternulo, kiu vin kreis, ho Jakob, kaj kiu vin estigis, ho Izrael:Ne timu, cxar Mi vin savos; Mi vokos vin laux via nomo, vi estas Mia.

¹But now thus saith Jehovah, that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou art mine.

²Kiam vi transiros akvon, Mi estos kun vi, kaj trans riverojn, ili vin ne dronigos; kiam vi iros en fajron, vi ne brulvundigxos, kaj flamo vin ne bruligos.

²When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

³CXar Mi estas la Eternulo, via Dio, la Sanktulo de Izrael, via Savanto; Egiptujon Mi donos kiel vian elacxeton, Etiopujon kaj Seban anstataux vi.

³For I [am] Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

⁴CXar vi estas kara en Miaj okuloj, vi estis honorita kaj Mi vin amas; tial Mi fordonos aliajn homojn anstataux vi kaj gentojn anstataux via animo.

⁴Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee; and I will give men for thee, and peoples for thy life.

⁵Ne timu, cxar Mi estas kun vi; de la oriento Mi venigos vian idaron, kaj de la okcidento Mi vin kolektos.

⁵Fear not, for I [am] with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

⁶Mi diros al la nordo:Redonu! kaj al la sudo:Ne retenu! venigu Miajn filojn de malproksime kaj Miajn filinojn de la randoj de la tero,

⁶I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the end of the earth,

⁷cxiun, kiu estas nomata per Mia nomo kaj kiun Mi kreis por Mia gloro, faris, kaj estigis.

⁷every one that is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory: I have formed him, yea, I have made him.

⁸Elirigu la popolon blindan, kiu tamen havas okulojn, kaj la surdulojn, kiuj tamen havas orelojn.

⁸Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

⁹CXiuj nacioj kolektigxu kune, kaj la popoloj kunvenu; kiu el ili tion antauxdirus aux anoncus al ni antauxlonge? ili starigu siajn atestantojn kaj pravigu sin, por ke oni auxdu, kaj diru:Estas vero!

⁹Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled: who among them declareth this, or causeth us to hear former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, [It is] truth.

¹⁰Vi estas Miaj atestantoj, diras la Eternulo, kaj Mia servanto, kiun Mi elektis; por ke vi sciu kaj kredu al Mi, kaj komprenu, ke tio estas Mi; antaux Mi estis kreita nenia Dio, kaj post Mi ne ekzistos.

¹⁰Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] HE: before me there was no ùGod formed, neither shall there be after me.

¹¹Mi, Mi estas la Eternulo; kaj krom Mi ekzistas nenia savanto.

¹¹I, I [am] Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.

¹²Mi promesis kaj savis kaj anoncis; kaj ne estis inter vi iu fremda; kaj vi estas Miaj atestantoj, diras la Eternulo, kaj Mi estas Dio.

¹²It is I that have declared, and have saved, and have shewed, when there was no strange [god] among you; and ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, that I [am] ùGod.

¹³De la komenco de la tempo Mi estas la sama, kaj neniu povas savi kontraux Mia mano; kiam Mi faras, kiu tion sxangxos?

¹³Yea, since the day was, I [am] HE, and there is none that delivereth out of my hand: I will work, and who shall hinder it?

¹⁴Tiele diras la Eternulo, via Liberiganto, la Sanktulo de Izrael:Pro vi Mi sendis en Babelon kaj pelis malsupren cxiujn forkurantojn, kaj la gxojadon de la HXaldeoj Mi aliformigis en ploradon.

¹⁴Thus saith Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought all of them down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.

¹⁵Mi estas la Eternulo, via Sanktulo, la Kreinto de Izrael, via Regxo.

¹⁵I [am] Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.

¹⁶Tiele diras la Eternulo, kiu faris vojon sur la maro kaj vojeton sur potenca akvo,

¹⁶Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters,

¹⁷kiu elirigis cxarojn kaj cxevalojn, militistaron kaj potencon, kiuj cxiuj kune falis kaj ne levigxos, senfajrigxis, estingigxis kiel mecxo:

¹⁷who bringeth forth chariot and horse, army and power -- they lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinct, they are quenched as tow:

¹⁸Ne rememoru tion, kio estis antauxlonge, kaj ne meditu pri tio, kio estis en la tempo antikva.

¹⁸-- Remember not the former things, neither consider the ancient things:

¹⁹Jen Mi faras ion novan, nun gxi elkreskas; cxu vi tion ne komprenas? Mi faros vojon en la dezerto, riverojn en senakva lando.

¹⁹behold, I do a new thing; now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the waste.

²⁰Gloros Min la bestoj de la kampo, sxakaloj kaj strutoj; cxar Mi donis akvon en la dezerto, riverojn en senakva lando, por trinkigi la popolon, kiun Mi elektis,

²⁰The beast of the field shall glorify me, the jackals and the ostriches; for I will give waters in the wilderness, rivers in the waste, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

²¹This people have I formed for myself: they shall shew forth my praise.

²²Sed ne Min vi vokis, ho Jakob, kaj ne por Mi vi laboris, ho Izrael.

²²-- But thou hast not called upon me, Jacob; for thou hast been weary of me, O Israel:

²³Vi ne alportadis al Mi viajn sxafidojn de brulofero kaj ne honoradis Min per viaj bucxoferoj; Mi ne servigis vin per farunoferoj kaj ne lacigis vin per olibano.

²³thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt-offerings, neither hast thou glorified me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to toil with an oblation, nor wearied thee with incense.

²⁴Vi ne acxetis por Mi per mono bonodoran kanon kaj ne satigis Min per la sebo de viaj bucxoferoj; vi nur laborsxargxis Min per viaj pekoj, lacigis Min per viaj malbonagoj.

²⁴Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices; but thou hast made me to toil with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

²⁵Mi, Mi forvisxas viajn krimojn pro Mi mem, kaj viajn pekojn Mi ne rememoros.

²⁵-- I, I [am] He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and I will not remember thy sins.

²⁶Rememorigu al Mi, kaj ni faru jugxon inter ni; rakontu vi, por ke vi vin pravigu.

²⁶Put me in remembrance, let us plead together; rehearse thine own [cause], that thou mayest be justified.

²⁷Via prapatro pekis, kaj viaj profetoj defalis de Mi.

²⁷Thy first father hath sinned, and thy mediators have rebelled against me.

²⁸Tial Mi sensanktigis la estrojn de la sanktejo, kaj Mi elmetis Jakobon al anatemo kaj Izraelon al malhonoro.

²⁸And I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the ban, and Israel to reproaches.
