¹Se iu pekos per tio, ke li auxdos jxuron kaj estos atestanto, aux ke li vidos aux scios, sed ne sciigos kaj portos sur si la pekon;

¹And if any one sin, and hear the voice of adjuration, and he is a witness whether he hath seen or known [it], if he do not give information, then he shall bear his iniquity.

²aux se iu ektusxos ion malpuran, aux kadavrajxon de malpura besto, aux kadavrajxon de malpura bruto, aux kadavrajxon de malpura rampajxo, kaj li tion ne scios, kaj li malpurigxos kaj kulpigxos;

²Or if any one touch any unclean thing, whether it be the carcase of an unclean beast, or the carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of an unclean crawling thing, and it be hid from him, -- he also is unclean and guilty;

³aux se iu ektusxos malpurajxon de homo, kia ajn estus tiu malpurajxo, per kiu oni malpurigxas, kaj li tion ne scios, kaj poste li sciigxos, kaj li estos kulpa;

³or if he touch the uncleanness of man, any uncleanness of him by which he is defiled, and it be hid from him, when he knoweth [it], then he is guilty.

⁴aux se iu per nesingarda busxo jxuros fari ion malbonan aux bonan, kion ajn homo elesprimas per jxuro, kaj li tion ne rimarkos, kaj poste li sciigxos, kaj li estos kulpa pri io el tiuj aferoj:

⁴Or if any one swear, talking rashly with the lips, to do evil or to do good, in everything that a man shall say rashly with an oath, and it be hid from him, when he knoweth [it], then is he guilty in one of these.

⁵se iu estos kulpa pri io el tiuj aferoj, li faru konfeson pri tio, kion li pekis;

⁵And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these, that he shall confess wherein he hath sinned;

⁶kaj pro sia peko, kiun li pekis, li alportu al la Eternulo kiel propekan oferon inon el la malgrandaj brutoj, sxafinon aux kaprinon; kaj la pastro liberigos lin de lia peko.

⁶and he shall bring his trespass-offering to Jehovah for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the small cattle, a sheep or doe goat, for a sin-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him [to cleanse him] from his sin.

⁷Kaj se li ne estos suficxe bonstata, por alporti sxafinon, li alportu pro sia peko, kiun li pekis, du turtojn aux du kolombidojn al la Eternulo, unu kiel propekan oferon, la duan kiel bruloferon.

⁷And if his hand be not able to bring what is so much as a sheep, then he shall bring for his trespass which he hath sinned two turtle-doves or two young pigeons, to Jehovah; one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering.

⁸Li alportu ilin al la pastro, kaj cxi tiu prezentos antauxe tiun, kiu estos propeka ofero, kaj li tordorompos gxian kapon cxe la nuko, sed ne apartigos gxin;

⁸And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall present that which is for the sin-offering first, and pinch off his head at the neck, but shall not divide it;

⁹kaj li aspergos per la sango de la propeka ofero la muron de la altaro, kaj la restintan sangon li elpremos cxe la bazo de la altaro; tio estas propeka ofero.

⁹and he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin-offering on the wall of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin-offering.

¹⁰Kaj el la dua li faros bruloferon laux la reguloj; kaj la pastro liberigos lin de la peko, kiun li pekis, kaj estos pardonite al li.

¹⁰And he shall offer the other for a burnt-offering, according to the ordinance. And the priest shall make atonement for him [to cleanse him] from his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

¹¹Se li ne estos suficxe bonstata, por alporti du turtojn aux du kolombidojn, tiam li alportu kiel oferon pro sia peko dekonon de efo da delikata faruno, kiel propekan oferon; li ne versxu sur gxin oleon kaj ne metu sur gxin olibanon, cxar gxi estas propeka ofero.

¹¹But if his hand cannot attain to two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin-offering: he shall put no oil on it, neither shall he put frankincense thereon; for it is a sin-offering.

¹²Kaj li alportu gxin al la pastro, kaj la pastro prenos el gxi plenmanon kiel memorparton kaj bruligos sur la altaro kun la fajroferoj al la Eternulo; gxi estas propeka ofero.

¹²And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, the memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, with Jehovah's offerings by fire: it is a sin-offering.

¹³Kaj la pastro liberigos lin de lia peko, kiun li pekis koncerne iun el tiuj aferoj, kaj estos pardonite al li; la restajxo estu por la pastro, kiel farunofero.

¹³And the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him; and it shall be the priest's, as the oblation.

¹⁴Kaj la Eternulo ekparolis al Moseo, dirante:

¹⁴And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁵Se iu kulpigxos, pekante per eraro kontraux la sanktajxoj de la Eternulo, tiam li alportu kiel prokulpan oferon al la Eternulo virsxafon sendifektan el la malgrandaj brutoj, havantan laux via taksado la valoron de du sikloj, laux la sankta siklo; gxi estu prokulpa ofero.

¹⁵If any one act unfaithfully and sin through inadvertence in the holy things of Jehovah, then he shall bring his trespass-offering to Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the small cattle, according to thy valuation by shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass-offering.

¹⁶Kaj pro la sanktajxo, kontraux kiu li pekis, li pagu, kaj li aldonu kvinonon de gxia valoro kaj donu tion al la pastro; kaj la pastro pekliberigos lin per la prokulpa virsxafo, kaj estos pardonite al li.

¹⁶And he shall make restitution for the wrong that he hath done in the holy things, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and shall give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass-offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

¹⁷Kaj se iu pekos, farante iun el tiuj aferoj, kiujn la Eternulo malpermesis, sed li ne sciis kaj farigxis kulpa, kaj li portos sur si sian pekon:

¹⁷And if any one sin and do against any of all the commandments of Jehovah what should not be done, and hath not known [it], yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

¹⁸tiam li alportu virsxafon sendifektan el la malgrandaj brutoj, laux via taksado, kiel kulpoferon al la pastro; kaj la pastro pekliberigos lin koncerne lian eraron, kiun li faris ne sciante, kaj estos pardonite al li.

¹⁸And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the small cattle, according to thy valuation, as trespass-offering, unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his inadvertence wherein he sinned inadvertently, and knew [it] not, and it shall be forgiven him.

¹⁹GXi estas prokulpa ofero; li kulpigxis antaux la Eternulo.

¹⁹It is a trespass-offering: he hath certainly trespassed against Jehovah.
