¹And it came to pass on the eighth day, [that] Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel,

²Kaj li diris al Aaron:Prenu al vi junan bovidon por pekofero kaj virsxafon por brulofero, sendifektajn, kaj alkonduku ilin antaux la Eternulon.

²and said to Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin-offering, and a ram for a burnt-offering, without blemish, and present [them] before Jehovah;

³Kaj al la Izraelidoj diru jene:Prenu virkapron por propeka ofero, kaj bovidon kaj sxafidon jaragxajn, sendifektajn, por brulofero,

³and to the children of Israel shalt thou speak, saying, Take a buck of the goats for a sin-offering, and a calf and a lamb, yearlings, without blemish, for a burnt-offering;

⁴kaj virbovon kaj virsxafon por pacofero, por fari oferon antaux la Eternulo, kaj farunoferon, miksitan kun oleo; cxar hodiaux la Eternulo aperos antaux vi.

⁴and a bullock and a ram for a peace-offering, to sacrifice before Jehovah; and an oblation mingled with oil; for to-day Jehovah will appear to you.

⁵Kaj ili alportis tion, kion ordonis Moseo, antaux la pordon de la tabernaklo de kunveno; kaj la tuta komunumo alproksimigxis kaj starigxis antaux la Eternulo.

⁵And they brought what Moses commanded before the tent of meeting; and all the assembly approached and stood before Jehovah.

⁶Kaj Moseo diris:Jen estas tio, kion la Eternulo ordonis; faru, kaj tiam aperos antaux vi la majesto de la Eternulo.

⁶And Moses said, This is the thing which Jehovah has commanded that ye should do; and the glory of Jehovah shall appear to you.

⁷Kaj Moseo diris al Aaron:Aliru al la altaro, kaj faru vian pekoferon kaj vian bruloferon kaj pekliberigu vin kaj la popolon, kaj faru la oferon de la popolo kaj pekliberigu ilin, kiel ordonis la Eternulo.

⁷And Moses said unto Aaron, Go to the altar, and offer thy sin-offering, and thy burnt-offering, and make atonement for thyself, and for the people; and offer the offering of the people, and make atonement for them, as Jehovah has commanded.

⁸Kaj Aaron aliris al la altaro, kaj bucxis la bovidon, kiu estis lia propeka ofero.

⁸And Aaron went to the altar and slaughtered the calf of the sin-offering which was for himself;

⁹Kaj la filoj de Aaron alportis al li la sangon, kaj li trempis sian fingron en la sango kaj sxmiris la kornojn de la altaro, kaj la ceteran sangon li elversxis cxe la bazo de la altaro.

⁹and the sons of Aaron presented the blood to him, and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put [it] on the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar.

¹⁰Sed la sebon kaj la renojn kaj la reton de la hepato de la pekofero li bruligis sur la altaro, kiel la Eternulo ordonis al Moseo.

¹⁰And the fat, and the kidneys, and the net above the liver, of the sin-offering, he burned on the altar, as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

¹¹Kaj la karnon kaj la felon li forbruligis per fajro ekster la tendaro.

¹¹And the flesh and the skin he burned with fire outside the camp.

¹²Kaj li bucxis la bruloferon, kaj la filoj de Aaron alportis al li la sangon, kaj li aspergis per gxi la altaron cxirkauxe.

¹²And he slaughtered the burnt-offering; and Aaron's sons delivered to him the blood, which he sprinkled on the altar round about.

¹³Kaj la bruloferon ili alportis al li dispecigitan kaj la kapon, kaj li bruligis tion sur la altaro.

¹³And they delivered the burnt-offering to him, in the pieces thereof, and the head; and he burned [them] on the altar.

¹⁴Kaj li lavis la internajxojn kaj la krurojn kaj bruligis tion kun la brulofero sur la altaro.

¹⁴And he washed the inwards and the legs, and burned [them] upon the burnt-offering, on the altar.

¹⁵Kaj li alportis la oferon de la popolo, kaj li prenis la propekan kapron de la popolo, kaj bucxis gxin kaj faris el gxi pekoferon kiel el la antauxa.

¹⁵And he presented the people's offering, and took the goat of the sin-offering which was for the people and slaughtered it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

¹⁶Kaj li alportis la bruloferon kaj agis kun gxi laux la reguloj.

¹⁶And he presented the burnt-offering and offered it according to the ordinance.

¹⁷Kaj li alportis la farunoferon kaj prenis el gxi plenmanon kaj bruligis tion sur la altaro krom la matena brulofero.

¹⁷And he presented the oblation, and took a handful of it, and burned it on the altar, besides the burnt-offering of the morning.

¹⁸Kaj li bucxis la bovon kaj la sxafon kiel pacoferon de la popolo, kaj la filoj de Aaron alportis al li la sangon, kaj li aspergis per gxi la altaron cxirkauxe;

¹⁸And he slaughtered the bullock and the ram of the sacrifice of peace-offering which was for the people. And Aaron's sons delivered to him the blood, and he sprinkled it on the altar round about;

¹⁹kaj la sebojn de la bovo, kaj el la sxafo la voston kaj la kovrantan sebon kaj la renojn kaj la reton de la hepato.

¹⁹and the pieces of fat of the bullock and of the ram, the fat tail and what covers [the inwards], and the kidneys, and the net of the liver;

²⁰Kaj ili metis la sebojn sur la brustajxojn, kaj li ekbruligis la sebojn sur la altaro.

²⁰and they put the pieces of fat on the breast-pieces, and he burned the pieces of fat on the altar;

²¹Kaj la brustajxojn kaj la dekstran femuron Aaron skuis kiel skuoferon antaux la Eternulo, kiel Moseo ordonis.

²¹and the breast-pieces and the right shoulder Aaron waved as a wave-offering before Jehovah, as Moses had commanded.

²²Kaj Aaron levis siajn manojn al la popolo kaj benis gxin; kaj li malsupreniris, plenuminte la pekoferon kaj la bruloferon kaj la pacoferon.

²²And Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them, and came down after the offering of the sin-offering, and the burnt-offering, and the peace-offering.

²³Kaj Moseo kaj Aaron eniris en la tabernaklon de kunveno kaj eliris kaj benis la popolon. Kaj montrigxis la majesto de la Eternulo al la tuta popolo.

²³And Moses and Aaron went into the tent of meeting, and came out and blessed the people; and the glory of Jehovah appeared to all the people.

²⁴Kaj eliris fajro el antaux la Eternulo kaj konsumis sur la altaro la bruloferon kaj la sebon; kaj la tuta popolo vidis, kaj ili gxoje ekkriis kaj falis vizagxaltere.

²⁴And there went out fire from before Jehovah, and consumed on the altar the burnt-offering, and the pieces of fat; and all the people saw it, and they shouted, and fell on their face.
