2ובני קהת עמרם יצהר וחברון ועזיאל׃
2And the sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
3ובני עמרם אהרן ומשה ומרים ובני אהרן נדב ואביהוא אלעזר ואיתמר׃
3And sons of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. And sons of Aaron: Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
4אלעזר הוליד את פינחס פינחס הליד את אבישוע׃
4Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua,
5ואבישוע הוליד את בקי ובקי הוליד את עזי׃
5and Abishua begat Bukki, and Bukki begat Uzzi,
6ועזי הוליד את זרחיה וזרחיה הוליד את מריות׃
6and Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Meraioth,
7מריות הוליד את אמריה ואמריה הוליד את אחיטוב׃
7Meraioth begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
8ואחיטוב הוליד את צדוק וצדוק הוליד את אחימעץ׃
8and Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz,
9ואחימעץ הוליד את עזריה ועזריה הוליד את יוחנן׃
9and Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan,
10ויוחנן הוליד את עזריה הוא אשר כהן בבית אשר בנה שלמה בירושלם׃
10and Johanan begat Azariah, him who acted as priest in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem.
11ויולד עזריה את אמריה ואמריה הוליד את אחיטוב׃
11And Azariah begetteth Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
12ואחיטוב הוליד את צדוק וצדוק הוליד את שלום׃
12and Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,
13ושלום הוליד את חלקיה וחלקיה הוליד את עזריה׃
13and Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,
14ועזריה הוליד את שריה ושריה הוליד את יהוצדק׃
14and Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak;
15ויהוצדק הלך בהגלות יהוה את יהודה וירושלם ביד נבכדנאצר׃
15and Jehozadak hath gone in Jehovah`s removing Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16Sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
17ואלה שמות בני גרשום לבני ושמעי׃
17And these [are] names of sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.
18ובני קהת עמרם ויצהר וחברון ועזיאל׃
18And sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
19בני מררי מחלי ומשי ואלה משפחות הלוי לאבותיהם׃
19Sons of Merari; Mahli and Mushi. And these [are] families of the Levite according to their fathers;
20לגרשום לבני בנו יחת בנו זמה בנו׃
20of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,
21יואח בנו עדו בנו זרח בנו יאתרי בנו׃
21Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeaterai his son.
22בני קהת עמינדב בנו קרח בנו אסיר בנו׃
22Sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,
23אלקנה בנו ואביסף בנו ואסיר בנו׃
23Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son,
24תחת בנו אוריאל בנו עזיה בנו ושאול בנו׃
24Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
25ובני אלקנה עמשי ואחימות׃
25And sons of Elkanah; Amasai and Ahimoth.
26אלקנה בנו אלקנה צופי בנו ונחת בנו׃
26Elkanah; sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, and Nahath his son,
27אליאב בנו ירחם בנו אלקנה בנו׃
27Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.
28ובני שמואל הבכר ושני ואביה׃
28And sons of Samuel: the first-born Vashni, and the second Abijah.
29בני מררי מחלי לבני בנו שמעי בנו עזה בנו׃
29Sons of Merari: Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son,
30שמעא בנו חגיה בנו עשיה בנו׃
30Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
31ואלה אשר העמיד דויד על ידי שיר בית יהוה ממנוח הארון׃
31And these [are] they whom David stationed over the parts of the song of the house of Jehovah, from the resting of the ark,
32ויהיו משרתים לפני משכן אהל מועד בשיר עד בנות שלמה את בית יהוה בירושלם ויעמדו כמשפטם על עבודתם׃
32and they are ministering before the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, in song, till the building by Solomon of the house of Jehovah in Jerusalem; and they stand according to their ordinance over their service.
33ואלה העמדים ובניהם מבני הקהתי הימן המשורר בן יואל בן שמואל׃
33And these [are] those standing, and their sons: of the sons of the Kohathite: Heman the singer, son of Joel, son of Shemuel,
34בן אלקנה בן ירחם בן אליאל בן תוח׃
34son of Elkanah, son of Jeroham, son of Eliel, son of Toah,
35בן ציף בן אלקנה בן מחת בן עמשי׃
35son of Zuph, son of Elkanah, son of Mahath, son of Amasai,
36בן אלקנה בן יואל בן עזריה בן צפניה׃
36son of Elkanah, son of Joel, son of Azariah, son of Zephaniah,
37בן תחת בן אסיר בן אביסף בן קרח׃
37son of Tahath, son of Assir, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah,
38בן יצהר בן קהת בן לוי בן ישראל׃
38son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, son of Israel.
39ואחיו אסף העמד על ימינו אסף בן ברכיהו בן שמעא׃
39And his brother Asaph, who is standing on his right — Asaph, son of Berachiah, son of Shimea,
40בן מיכאל בן בעשיה בן מלכיה׃
40son of Michael, son of Baaseiah, son of Malchiah,
41בן אתני בן זרח בן עדיה׃
41son of Ethni, son of Zerah, son of Adaiah,
42בן איתן בן זמה בן שמעי׃
42son of Ethan, son of Zimmah, son of Shimei,
43בן יחת בן גרשם בן לוי׃
43son of Jahath, son of Gershom, son of Levi.
44ובני מררי אחיהם על השמאול איתן בן קישי בן עבדי בן מלוך׃
44And sons of Merari, their brethren, [are] on the left. Ethan son of Kishi, son of Abdi, son of Malluch,
45בן חשביה בן אמציה בן חלקיה׃
45son of Hashabiah, son of Amaziah, son of Hilkiah,
46בן אמצי בן בני בן שמר׃
46son of Amzi, son of Bani, son of Shamer,
47בן מחלי בן מושי בן מררי בן לוי׃
47son of Mahli, son of Mushi, son of Merari, son of Levi.
48ואחיהם הלוים נתונים לכל עבודת משכן בית האלהים׃
48And their brethren the Levites are put to all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
49ואהרן ובניו מקטירים על מזבח העולה ועל מזבח הקטרת לכל מלאכת קדש הקדשים ולכפר על ישראל ככל אשר צוה משה עבד האלהים׃
49And Aaron and his sons are making perfume on the altar of the burnt-offering, and on the altar of the perfume, for all the work of the holy of holies, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses servant of God commanded.
50ואלה בני אהרן אלעזר בנו פינחס בנו אבישוע בנו׃
50And these [are] sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
51בקי בנו עזי בנו זרחיה בנו׃
51Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,
52מריות בנו אמריה בנו אחיטוב בנו׃
52Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,
53צדוק בנו אחימעץ בנו׃
53Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
54ואלה מושבותם לטירותם בגבולם לבני אהרן למשפחת הקהתי כי להם היה הגורל׃
54And these [are] their dwellings, throughout their towers, in their borders, of the sons of Aaron, of the family of the Kohathite, for theirs was the lot;
55ויתנו להם את חברון בארץ יהודה ואת מגרשיה סביבתיה׃
55and they give to them Hebron in the land of Judah and its suburbs round about it;
56ואת שדה העיר ואת חצריה נתנו לכלב בן יפנה׃
56and the field of the city and its villages they gave to Caleb son of Jephunneh.
57ולבני אהרן נתנו את ערי המקלט את חברון ואת לבנה ואת מגרשיה ואת יתר ואת אשתמע ואת מגרשיה׃
57And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge: Hebron, and Libnah and its suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa and its suburbs,
58ואת חילז ואת מגרשיה את דביר ואת מגרשיה׃
58and Hilen and its suburbs, Debir and its suburbs,
59ואת עשן ואת מגרשיה ואת בית שמש ואת מגרשיה׃
59and Ashan and its suburbs, and Beth-Shemesh and its suburbs.
60וממטה בנימן את גבע ואת מגרשיה ואת עלמת ואת מגרשיה ואת ענתות ואת מגרשיה כל עריהם שלש עשרה עיר במשפחותיהם׃
60And from the tribe of Benjamin, Geba and its suburbs, and Allemeth and its suburbs, and Anathoth and its suburbs. All their cities [are] thirteen cities, for their families.
61ולבני קהת הנותרים ממשפחת המטה ממחצית מטה חצי מנשה בגורל ערים עשר׃
61And to the sons of Kohath, those left of the family of the tribe, from the half of the tribe, the half of Manasseh, by lot, [are] ten cities.
62ולבני גרשום למשפחותם ממטה יששכר וממטה אשר וממטה נפתלי וממטה מנשה בבשן ערים שלש עשרה׃
62And to the sons of Gershom, for their families, from the tribe of Issachar, and from the tribe of Asher, and from the tribe of Naphtali, and from the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63לבני מררי למשפחותם ממטה ראובן וממטה גד וממטה זבולן בגורל ערים שתים עשרה׃
63To the sons of Merari, for their families, from the tribe of Reuben, and from the tribe of Gad, and from the tribe of Zebulun, by lot, twelve cities.
64ויתנו בני ישראל ללוים את הערים ואת מגרשיהם׃
64And the sons of Israel give to the Levites the cities and their suburbs.
65ויתנו בגורל ממטה בני יהודה וממטה בני שמעון וממטה בני בנימן את הערים האלה אשר יקראו אתהם בשמות׃
65And they give by lot from the tribe of the sons of Judah, and from the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and from the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which they call by name;
66וממשפחות בני קהת ויהי ערי גבולם ממטה אפרים׃
66and some of the families of the sons of Kohath have cities of their border from the tribe of Ephraim;
67ויתנו להם את ערי המקלט את שכם ואת מגרשיה בהר אפרים ואת גזר ואת מגרשיה׃
67and they give to them the cities of refuge, Shechem and its suburbs in the hill-country of Ephraim, and Gezer and its suburbs,
68ואת יקמעם ואת מגרשיה ואת בית חורון ואת מגרשיה׃
68and Jokmeam and its suburbs, and Beth-Horan and its suburbs,
69ואת אילון ואת מגרשיה ואת גת רמון ואת מגרשיה׃
69and Aijalon and its suburbs, and Gath-Rimmon and its suburbs;
70וממחצית מטה מנשה את ענר ואת מגרשיה ואת בלעם ואת מגרשיה למשפחת לבני קהת הנותרים׃
70and from the half tribe of Manasseh, Aner and its suburbs, and Bileam and its suburbs, for the family of the sons of Kohath who are left.
71לבני גרשום ממשפחת חצי מטה מנשה את גולן בבשן ואת מגרשיה ואת עשתרות ואת מגרשיה׃
71To the sons of Gershom from the family of the half of the tribe of Manasseh [are] Golan in Bashan and its suburbs, and Ashtaroth and its suburbs;
72וממטה יששכר את קדש ואת מגרשיה את דברת ואת מגרשיה׃
72and from the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh and its suburbs, Daberath and its suburbs,
73ואת ראמות ואת מגרשיה ואת ענם ואת מגרשיה׃
73and Ramoth and its suburbs, and Anem and its suburbs;
74וממטה אשר את משל ואת מגרשיה ואת עבדון ואת מגרשיה׃
74and from the tribe of Asher; Mashal and its suburbs, and Abdon and its suburbs,
75ואת חוקק ואת מגרשיה ואת רחב ואת מגרשיה׃
75and Hukok and its suburbs, and Rehob and its suburbs;
76וממטה נפתלי את קדש בגליל ואת מגרשיה ואת חמון ואת מגרשיה ואת קריתים ואת מגרשיה׃
76and from the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee and its suburbs, and Hammon and its suburbs, and Kirjathaim and its suburbs.
77לבני מררי הנותרים ממטה זבולן את רמונו ואת מגרשיה את תבור ואת מגרשיה׃
77To the sons of Merari who are left, from the tribe of Zebulun, [are] Rimmon and its suburbs, Tabor and its suburbs;
78ומעבר לירדן ירחו למזרח הירדן ממטה ראובן את בצר במדבר ואת מגרשיה ואת יהצה ואת מגרשיה׃
78and from beyond the Jordan by Jericho, at the east of the Jordan, from the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness and its suburbs, and Jahzah and its suburbs,
79ואת קדמות ואת מגרשיה ואת מיפעת ואת מגרשיה׃
79and Kedemoth and its suburbs, and Mephaath and its suburbs;
80וממטה גד את ראמות בגלעד ואת מגרשיה ואת מחנים ואת מגרשיה׃
80and from the tribe of Gad: Ramoth in Gilead and its suburbs, and Mahanaim and its suburbs,
81ואת חשבון ואת מגרשיה ואת יעזיר ואת מגרשיה׃
81and Heshbon and its suburbs, and Jazer and its suburbs.
