¹הודו ליהוה כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹Give ye thanks unto Jehovah, for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

²הודו לאלהי האלהים כי לעולם חסדו׃

²Give thanks unto the God of gods, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

³הודו לאדני האדנים כי לעולם חסדו׃

³Give thanks unto the Lord of lords, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

⁴לעשה נפלאות גדלות לבדו כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁴To him who alone doeth great wonders, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

⁵לעשה השמים בתבונה כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁵To him that by understanding made the heavens, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

⁶לרקע הארץ על המים כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁶To him that stretched out the earth above the waters, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

⁷לעשה אורים גדלים כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁷To him that made great lights, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

⁸את השמש לממשלת ביום כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁸The sun for rule over the day, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

⁹את הירח וכוכבים לממשלות בלילה כי לעולם חסדו׃

⁹The moon and stars for rule over the night, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

¹⁰למכה מצרים בבכוריהם כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁰To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

¹¹ויוצא ישראל מתוכם כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹¹And brought out Israel from among them, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

¹²ביד חזקה ובזרוע נטויה כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹²With a powerful hand and with a stretched-out arm, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

¹³לגזר ים סוף לגזרים כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹³To him that divided the Red sea into parts, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

¹⁴והעביר ישראל בתוכו כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁴And made Israel to pass through the midst of it, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

¹⁵ונער פרעה וחילו בים סוף כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁵And overturned Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

¹⁶למוליך עמו במדבר כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁶To him that led his people through the wilderness, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

¹⁷למכה מלכים גדלים כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁷To him that smote great kings, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

¹⁸ויהרג מלכים אדירים כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁸And slew famous kings, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

¹⁹לסיחון מלך האמרי כי לעולם חסדו׃

¹⁹Sihon king of the Amorites, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

²⁰ולעוג מלך הבשן כי לעולם חסדו׃

²⁰And Og king of Bashan, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

²¹ונתן ארצם לנחלה כי לעולם חסדו׃

²¹And gave their land for an inheritance, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

²²נחלה לישראל עבדו כי לעולם חסדו׃

²²An inheritance unto Israel his servant, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

²³שבשפלנו זכר לנו כי לעולם חסדו׃

²³Who hath remembered us in our low estate, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

²⁴ויפרקנו מצרינו כי לעולם חסדו׃

²⁴And hath delivered us from our oppressors, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

²⁵נתן לחם לכל בשר כי לעולם חסדו׃

²⁵Who giveth food to all flesh, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

²⁶הודו לאל השמים כי לעולם חסדו׃

²⁶Give ye thanks unto the ùGod of the heavens; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.
