1Berbahagialah orang yang hidupnya tidak bercela dan taat kepada hukum-hukum TUHAN.
1ALEPH. Blessed are they that are perfect in the way, Who walk in the law of Jehovah.
2Berbahagialah orang yang mengikuti perintah-Nya, dan dengan segenap hati berusaha mengenal TUHAN.
2Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, That seek him with the whole heart.
3Berbahagialah orang yang hidup menurut kehendak TUHAN, dan tidak melakukan kejahatan.
3Yea, they do no unrighteousness; They walk in his ways.
4Engkau memberi kami hukum-Mu, ya TUHAN, supaya kami melakukannya dengan setia.
4Thou hast commanded [us] thy precepts, That we should observe them diligently.
5Semoga aku dengan hati teguh mengikuti peraturan-peraturan-Mu.
5Oh that my ways were established To observe thy statutes!
6Jika aku memperhatikan semua perintah-Mu, maka aku tak akan dipermalukan.
6Then shall I not be put to shame, When I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7Bila aku mempelajari keputusan-Mu yang adil, aku memuji Engkau dengan setulus hati.
7I will give thanks unto thee with uprightness of heart, When I learn thy righteous judgments.
8Aku mau mentaati hukum-Mu, janganlah sekali-kali meninggalkan aku.
8I will observe thy statutes: Oh forsake me not utterly. BETH.
9Orang muda dapat menjaga hidupnya tak bercela kalau ia hidup menurut perintah-Mu.
9Wherewith shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed [thereto] according to thy word.
10Dengan sepenuh hati aku berusaha mengenal Engkau, jangan biarkan aku menyimpang dari perintah-Mu.
10With my whole heart have I sought thee: Oh let me not wander from thy commandments.
11Ajaran-Mu kusimpan dalam hatiku, supaya aku jangan berdosa terhadap-Mu.
11Thy word have I laid up in my heart, That I might not sin against thee.
12Aku memuji Engkau, ya TUHAN, ajarilah aku ketetapan-Mu.
12Blessed art thou, O Jehovah: Teach me thy statutes.
13Dengan nyaring aku memaklumkan semua hukum yang Kauberikan.
13With my lips have I declared All the ordinances of thy mouth.
14Aku gembira mengikuti perintah-perintah-Mu, seperti memiliki segala macam harta.
14I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, As much as in all riches.
15Aku mau mempelajari keputusan-keputusan-Mu, dan memperhatikan petunjuk-petunjuk-Mu.
15I will meditate on thy precepts, And have respect unto thy ways.
16Ketetapan-Mu membuat aku senang; ajaran-Mu takkan kulupakan.
16I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. GIMEL.
17Kiranya Engkau bermurah hati kepada hamba-Mu ini, supaya aku tetap hidup dan mentaati ajaran-Mu.
17Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live; So will I observe thy word.
18Bukalah mataku supaya aku melihat ajaran yang mengagumkan dalam hukum-Mu.
18Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold Wondrous things out of thy law.
19Hanya untuk sementara aku tinggal di dunia, janganlah menyembunyikan hukum-Mu daripadaku.
19I am a sojourner in the earth: Hide not thy commandments from me.
20Hatiku sakit menanggung rindu, aku ingin mengetahui hukum-Mu setiap waktu.
20My soul breaketh for the longing That it hath unto thine ordinances at all times.
21Engkau menegur orang yang sombong, dan mengutuk orang yang menyimpang dari perintah-Mu.
21Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, That do wander from thy commandments.
22Bebaskanlah aku dari penghinaan dan celaan mereka, sebab aku melakukan peraturan-Mu.
22Take away from me reproach and contempt; For I have kept thy testimonies.
23Sekalipun para penguasa berkomplot melawan aku, hamba-Mu ini akan merenungkan ketetapan-Mu.
23Princes also sat and talked against me; [But] thy servant did meditate on thy statutes.
24Peraturan-peraturan-Mu menjadi penasihatku yang menyenangkan hatiku.
24Thy testimonies also are my delight [And] my counsellors. DALETH.
25Aku berbaring dalam debu; pulihkanlah hidupku menurut janji-Mu.
25My soul cleaveth unto the dust: Quicken thou me according to thy word.
26Aku mengakui perbuatanku, lalu Engkau menjawab aku; ajarilah aku ketetapan-Mu.
26I declared my ways, and thou answeredst me: Teach me thy statutes.
27Tolonglah aku memahami hukum-hukum-Mu, ajaran-Mu yang mengagumkan akan kurenungkan.
27Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: So shall I meditate on thy wondrous works.
28Jiwaku hancur luluh ditimpa kesusahan, kuatkanlah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
28My soul melteth for heaviness: Strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
29Jauhkanlah aku dari jalan yang sesat, karena kebaikan-Mu, ajarilah aku hukum-Mu.
29Remove from me the way of falsehood; And grant me thy law graciously.
30Aku telah memilih untuk taat, perintah-Mu selalu kuingat-ingat.
30I have chosen the way of faithfulness: Thine ordinances have I set [before me].
31Aku telah mengikuti peraturan-peraturan-Mu, ya TUHAN, jangan biarkan aku mendapat malu.
31I cleave unto thy testimonies: O Jehovah, put me not to shame.
32Dengan senang aku akan mematuhi perintah-Mu, sebab Engkau membuat aku lebih mengerti.
32I will run the way of thy commandments, When thou shalt enlarge my heart. HE.
33TUHAN, ajarilah aku arti ketetapan-ketetapan-Mu, supaya aku mengikutinya sampai akhir.
33Teach me, O Jehovah, the way of thy statutes; And I shall keep it unto the end.
34Buatlah aku mengerti hukum-Mu supaya kutaati, dan kulakukan dengan sepenuh hati.
34Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; Yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35Semoga aku berpegang teguh pada perintah-Mu, karena itulah kesukaanku.
35Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; For therein do I delight.
36Berilah aku hasrat untuk mentaati peraturan-Mu, melebihi keinginan menjadi kaya.
36Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, And not to covetousness.
37Jagalah aku supaya jangan mengejar yang sia-sia, berilah aku hidup menurut kehendak-Mu.
37Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity, And quicken me in thy ways.
38Teguhkanlah kepada hamba-Mu ini janji-Mu, yang Kauberikan kepada orang yang taat kepada-Mu.
38Confirm unto thy servant thy word, Which [is in order] unto the fear of thee.
39Jauhkanlah penghinaan yang kutakuti, karena sungguh baiklah hukum-Mu.
39Turn away my reproach whereof I am afraid; For thine ordinances are good.
40Berilah aku hidup baru, sebab Engkau adil, aku berhasrat mentaati keputusan-keputusan-Mu.
40Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: Quicken me in thy righteousness. VAV.
41Ya TUHAN, tunjukkanlah betapa Engkau mengasihi aku, selamatkanlah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
41Let thy lovingkindnesses also come unto me, O Jehovah, Even thy salvation, according to thy word.
42Maka dapatlah aku menjawab orang yang menghina aku, sebab aku mengandalkan perkataan-Mu.
42So shall I have an answer for him that reproacheth me; For I trust in thy word.
43Tolonglah aku untuk selalu mengatakan yang benar, sebab aku berharap pada keputusan-Mu.
43And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; For I have hoped in thine ordinances.
44Aku mau berpegang pada hukum-Mu, untuk selama-lamanya.
44So shall I observe thy law continually For ever and ever.
45Maka aku akan hidup dengan bebas, karena berusaha mematuhi ajaran-Mu.
45And I shall walk at liberty; For I have sought thy precepts.
46Peraturan-Mu akan kuwartakan kepada raja-raja, dan aku tak akan mendapat malu.
46I will also speak of thy testimonies before kings, And shall not be put to shame.
47Kesenanganku ialah melakukan perintah-Mu, sebab aku mencintainya.
47And I will delight myself in thy commandments, Which I have loved.
48Aku menghormati dan mencintai perintah-Mu, ketetapan-Mu akan kurenungkan.
48I will lift up my hands also unto thy commandments, which I have loved; And I will meditate on thy statutes. ZAYIN.
49Ingatlah janji-Mu kepada hamba-Mu ini, janji yang memberi harapan kepadaku.
49Remember the word unto thy servant, Because thou hast made me to hope.
50Inilah yang menghibur aku dalam penderitaanku, bahwa janji-Mu itu memberi aku hidup.
50This is my comfort in my affliction; For thy word hath quickened me.
51Orang sombong sangat menghina aku, tetapi aku tidak menyimpang dari hukum-Mu.
51The proud have had me greatly in derision: [Yet] have I not swerved from thy law.
52Aku ingat akan hukum-Mu yang ada sejak dahulu, maka terhiburlah hatiku, ya TUHAN.
52I have remembered thine ordinances of old, O Jehovah, And have comforted myself.
53Aku sangat marah kepada orang jahat, karena mereka meninggalkan hukum-Mu.
53Hot indignation hath taken hold upon me, Because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54Selama hidupku yang singkat di bumi, ketetapan-Mu kujadikan lagu-lagu pujian.
54Thy statutes have been my songs In the house of my pilgrimage.
55Di waktu malam kuingat pada-Mu, ya TUHAN, hukum-Mu tetap kupegang.
55I have remembered thy name, O Jehovah, in the night, And have observed thy law.
56Aku mendapatkan kebahagiaan dalam mentaati perintah-perintah-Mu.
56This I have had, Because I have kept thy precepts. HHETH.
57Engkau saja yang kuinginkan, ya TUHAN, aku berjanji akan melakukan ajaran-Mu.
57Jehovah is my portion: I have said that I would observe thy words.
58Dengan segenap hati aku mohon belas kasih-Mu, kasihanilah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
58I entreated thy favor with my whole heart: Be merciful unto me according to thy word.
59Aku telah memikirkan kelakuanku, dan berjanji akan mentaati peraturan-Mu.
59I thought on my ways, And turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
60Aku bergegas-gegas dan tidak menunggu untuk menjalankan perintah-Mu.
60I made haste, and delayed not, To observe thy commandments.
61Orang jahat memasang jaring bagiku, tetapi aku tidak melupakan hukum-Mu.
61The cords of the wicked have wrapped me round; [But] I have not forgotten thy law.
62Tengah malam aku bangun hendak memuji Engkau, karena keputusan-keputusan yang adil.
62At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee Because of thy righteous ordinances.
63Aku bersahabat dengan semua orang takwa, semua orang yang melakukan perintah-Mu.
63I am a companion of all them that fear thee, And of them that observe thy precepts.
64Bumi penuh dengan kasih-Mu, ya TUHAN, ajarilah aku ketetapan-ketetapan-M
64The earth, O Jehovah, is full of thy lovingkindness: Teach me thy statutes. TETH.
65Engkau telah memenuhi janji-Mu, ya TUHAN, dan berbuat baik kepada hamba-Mu.
65Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Jehovah, according unto thy word.
66Berilah aku hikmat dan pengetahuan, sebab aku percaya kepada perintah-perintah-Mu.
66Teach me good judgment and knowledge; For I have believed in thy commandments.
67Sebelum dihukum, aku menyimpang, sekarang aku berpegang pada perintah-Mu.
67Before I was afflicted I went astray; But now I observe thy word.
68Sebab Engkau baik dan berbuat baik, ajarilah aku ketetapan-ketetapan-Mu.
68Thou art good, and doest good; Teach me thy statutes.
69Orang sombong memfitnah aku, tapi aku dengan sepenuh hati mentaati keputusan-Mu.
69The proud have forged a lie against me: With my whole heart will I keep thy precepts.
70Orang-orang itu tidak mengerti, tetapi bagiku hukum-Mu menyenangkan hati.
70Their heart is as fat as grease; But I delight in thy law.
71Memang baiklah Engkau menghukum aku, supaya aku mengenal ketetapan-ketetapan-Mu.
71It is good for me that I have been afflicted; That I may learn thy statutes.
72Bagiku hukum-Mu lebih berharga dari semua emas dan perak di dunia.
72The law of thy mouth is better unto me Than thousands of gold and silver. YODH.
73Engkaulah yang menjadikan dan membentuk aku, berilah aku pengertian untuk belajar perintah-perintah-Mu.
73Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: Give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
74Orang takwa akan senang bila melihat aku, sebab aku berharap pada janji-Mu.
74They that fear thee shall see me and be glad, Because I have hoped in thy word.
75Aku tahu bahwa keputusan-Mu adil ya TUHAN, Engkau telah menghukum aku karena kesetiaan-Mu.
75I know, O Jehovah, that thy judgments are righteous, And that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.
76Semoga kasih-Mu menjadi penghiburanku, sesuai dengan janji-Mu kepada hamba-Mu.
76Let, I pray thee, thy lovingkindness be for my comfort, According to thy word unto thy servant.
77Kasihanilah aku, maka aku tetap hidup, karena hukum-Mu menyenangkan hatiku.
77Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live; For thy law is my delight.
78Biarlah orang sombong menjadi malu karena telah memfitnah aku, tetapi aku akan merenungkan perintah-perintah-Mu.
78Let the proud be put to shame; For they have overthrown me wrongfully: [But] I will meditate on thy precepts.
79Semoga orang takwa datang kepadaku, semua yang mengenal peraturan-peraturan-Mu.
79Let those that fear thee turn unto me; And they shall know thy testimonies.
80Semoga hatiku tidak menyimpang dari ketetapan-Mu, supaya aku jangan mendapat malu.
80Let my heart be perfect in thy statutes, That I be not put to shame. KAPH.
81Hatiku sangat rindu akan keselamatan daripada-Mu; aku mengharapkan janji-Mu.
81My soul fainteth for thy salvation; [But] I hope in thy word.
82Mataku letih menanti Engkau memenuhi janji-Mu, aku berkata, "Kapan Engkau akan menghibur aku?"
82Mine eyes fail for thy word, While I say, When wilt thou comfort me?
83Kulitku lisut seperti kantong anggur yang usang, tetapi ketetapan-Mu tidak kulupakan.
83For I am become like a wine-skin in the smoke; Yet do I not forget thy statutes.
84Sampai kapan hamba-Mu harus bersabar? Kapan Engkau akan menghukum orang-orang yang mengejar aku?
84How many are the days of thy servant? When wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
85Orang yang tidak mentaati hukum-Mu, telah menggali lubang untuk menjebak aku.
85The proud have digged pits for me, Who are not according to thy law.
86Semua hukum-Mu dapat diandalkan, tolonglah aku, sebab aku dikejar tanpa alasan.
86All thy commandments are faithful: They persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
87Hampir saja mereka berhasil membunuh aku, tetapi aku tidak mengabaikan perintah-Mu.
87They had almost consumed me upon earth; But I forsook not thy precepts. LAMEDH.
88Selamatkanlah aku sebab Engkau tetap mengasihi, supaya aku dapat mentaati hukum-Mu.
88Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; So shall I observe the testimony of thy mouth.
89TUHAN, sabda-Mu teguh selama-lamanya, kekal abadi di surga.
89For ever, O Jehovah, Thy word is settled in heaven.
90Kesetiaan-Mu bertahan sepanjang zaman, Engkau menegakkan bumi sehingga tetap ada.
90Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
91Semua yang ada sekarang, ada karena perintah-Mu, sebab mereka semua adalah hamba-hamba-Mu.
91They abide this day according to thine ordinances; For all things are thy servants.
92Sekiranya hukum-Mu bukan sumber kegembiraanku, pasti aku sudah mati dalam sengsaraku.
92Unless thy law had been my delight, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
93Selamanya aku takkan mengabaikan perintah-Mu, sebab dengan itu Engkau menghidupkan aku.
93I will never forget thy precepts; For with them thou hast quickened me.
94Selamatkanlah aku, sebab aku ini milik-Mu, aku sudah berusaha mentaati keputusan-Mu.
94I am thine, save me; For I have sought thy precepts.
95Orang jahat menunggu hendak membunuh aku, tetapi aku mau memperhatikan hukum-Mu.
95The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me; [But] I will consider thy testimonies. MEM.
96Kulihat bahwa yang sempurna pun terbatas, hanya perintah-Mulah yang sempurna.
96I have seen an end of all perfection; [But] thy commandment is exceeding broad.
97Betapa kucintai hukum-Mu; aku merenungkannya sepanjang hari.
97Oh how love I thy law! It is my meditation all the day.
98Aku selalu ingat kepada perintah-Mu, yang membuat aku lebih bijaksana dari musuh-musuhku.
98Thy commandments make me wiser than mine enemies; For they are ever with me.
99Pengertianku melebihi pengertian guru-guruku, karena aku merenungkan perintah-perintah-Mu.
99I have more understanding than all my teachers; For thy testimonies are my meditation.
100Aku lebih paham dari orang-orang tua, sebab aku memegang keputusan-keputusan-Mu.
100I understand more than the aged, Because I have kept thy precepts.
101Kuhindari segala kelakuan jahat, supaya aku taat kepada ajaran-Mu.
101I have refrained my feet from every evil way, That I might observe thy word.
102Aku tidak mengabaikan hukum-Mu, sebab Engkaulah yang mengajar aku.
102I have not turned aside from thine ordinances; For thou hast taught me.
103Alangkah manisnya perkataan-Mu, rasanya lebih manis dari madu!
103How sweet are thy words unto my taste! [Yea, sweeter] than honey to my mouth!
104Hukum-hukum-Mu memberi aku pengertian, sehingga aku membenci kelakuan yang curang.
104Through thy precepts I get understanding: Therefore I hate every false way. NUN.
105Sabda-Mu adalah pelita bagi langkahku, cahaya untuk menerangi jalanku.
105Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And light unto my path.
106Yang kujanjikan dengan sumpah akan kutepati, untuk berpegang pada keputusan-Mu yang adil.
106I have sworn, and have confirmed it, That I will observe thy righteous ordinances.
107Aku sangat sengsara, ya TUHAN, jagalah hidupku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
107I am afflicted very much: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according unto thy word.
108Terimalah doa syukurku, ya TUHAN, dan ajarilah aku hukum-hukum-Mu.
108Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill-offerings of my mouth, O Jehovah, And teach me thine ordinances.
109Aku selalu mempertaruhkan nyawaku, tetapi aku tidak melupakan hukum-Mu.
109My soul is continually in my hand; Yet do I not forget thy law.
110Orang jahat memasang perangkap bagiku, tetapi aku tidak menyimpang dari keputusan-Mu.
110The wicked have laid a snare for me; Yet have I not gone astray from thy precepts.
111Perintah-Mu adalah pusakaku untuk selamanya, yang membuat hatiku gembira.
111Thy testimonies have I taken as a heritage for ever; For they are the rejoicing of my heart.
112Aku berhasrat mentaati ketetapan-Mu sampai akhir hidupku.
112I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes For ever, even unto the end. SAMEKH.
113Aku mencintai hukum-hukum-Mu, kubenci orang yang tidak sepenuhnya setia kepada-Mu.
113I hate them that are of a double mind; But thy law do I love.
114Engkaulah pembela dan pelindungku, aku berharap pada janji-Mu.
114Thou art my hiding-place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
115Hai orang jahat, menjauhlah dari aku! Aku mau mentaati perintah Allahku.
115Depart from me, ye evil-doers, That I may keep the commandments of my God.
116Kuatkanlah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu agar aku hidup, jangan biarkan aku dikecewakan dalam harapanku.
116Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live; And let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117Topanglah aku supaya aku selamat, dan selalu memperhatikan perintah-Mu.
117Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe, And shall have respect unto thy statutes continually.
118Engkau menolak orang yang menyimpang dari ketetapan-Mu, sia-sia saja tipu muslihat mereka.
118Thou hast set at nought all them that err from thy statutes; For their deceit is falsehood.
119Semua orang jahat Kauanggap sebagai sampah, sebab itu aku mencintai peraturan-peraturan-Mu.
119Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: Therefore I love thy testimonies.
120Aku gemetar karena takut kepada-Mu, hatiku gentar terhadap keputusan-Mu.
120My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; And I am afraid of thy judgments. AYIN.
121Aku sudah melakukan yang adil dan benar, janganlah menyerahkan aku ke tangan lawan.
121I have done justice and righteousness: Leave me not to mine oppressors.
122Berjanjilah bahwa Engkau akan menolong aku, jangan biarkan aku ditindas orang-orang angkuh.
122Be surety for thy servant for good: Let not the proud oppress me.
123Mataku pedih menunggu bantuan-Mu yang menyelamatkan, kunantikan pembebasan yang Kaujanjikan.
123Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, And for thy righteous word.
124Perlakukanlah aku sesuai dengan kasih-Mu, dan ajarlah aku ketetapan-Mu.
124Deal with thy servant according unto thy lovingkindness, And teach me thy statutes.
125Aku hamba-Mu, buatlah aku mengerti, supaya aku memahami perintah-Mu.
125I am thy servant; give me understanding, That I may know thy testimonies.
126TUHAN, sudah tiba saatnya Engkau bertindak, sebab orang-orang melanggar hukum-Mu.
126It is time for Jehovah to work; [For] they have made void thy law.
127Perintah-perintah-Mu kucintai melebihi emas, melebihi emas murni.
127Therefore I love thy commandments Above gold, yea, above fine gold.
128Sebab itu aku hidup sesuai dengan semua petunjuk-Mu; kelakuan yang serong kubenci.
128Therefore I esteem all [thy] precepts concerning all [things] to be right; [And] I hate every false way. PE.
129Peraturan-peraturan-Mu sungguh mengagumkan, maka kutaati dengan sepenuh hati.
129Thy testimonies are wonderful; Therefore doth my soul keep them.
130Bila dijelaskan, ajaran-Mu memberi terang, memberi pengertian kepada orang sederhana.
130The opening of thy words giveth light; It giveth understanding unto the simple.
131Napasku terengah-engah, karena merindukan perintah-Mu.
131I opened wide my mouth, and panted; For I longed for thy commandments.
132Berpalinglah kepadaku dan kasihanilah aku, seperti Kaukasihani orang yang mencintai-Mu.
132Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me, As thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.
133Teguhkanlah langkahku sesuai dengan janji-Mu, jangan biarkan aku dikuasai kejahatan.
133Establish my footsteps in thy word; And let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
134Bebaskanlah aku dari orang-orang yang menindas aku, supaya aku dapat mentaati peraturan-Mu.
134Redeem me from the oppression of man: So will I observe thy precepts.
135Berkatilah aku dengan kehadiran-Mu, dan ajarilah aku ketetapan-Mu.
135Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; And teach me thy statutes.
136Air mataku mengalir seperti sungai, karena hukum-Mu tidak ditaati.
136Streams of water run down mine eyes, Because they observe not thy law. TSADHE.
137Engkau adil, ya TUHAN, semua hukum-Mu tepat.
137Righteous art thou, O Jehovah, And upright are thy judgments.
138Perintah-perintah yang Kauberikan adil dan dapat diandalkan.
138Thou hast commanded thy testimonies in righteousness And very faithfulness.
139Kemarahanku membara dalam diriku karena musuhku melupakan ajaran-Mu.
139My zeal hath consumed me, Because mine adversaries have forgotten thy words.
140Janji-Mu teguh dan dapat dipercaya, aku sangat mencintainya.
140Thy word is very pure; Therefore thy servant loveth it.
141Aku ini kecil dan hina, tetapi aku tidak mengabaikan ajaran-Mu.
141I am small and despised; [Yet] do I not forget thy precepts.
142Keadilan-Mu bertahan selama-lamanya, dan hukum-Mu selalu benar.
142Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And thy law is truth.
143Aku ditimpa kesesakan dan kesusahan, tetapi ketetapan-Mu menggembirakan hatiku.
143Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me; [Yet] thy commandments are my delight.
144Peraturan-Mu selalu adil; berilah aku pengertian supaya aku hidup.
144Thy testimonies are righteous for ever: Give me understanding, and I shall live. QOPH.
145Dengan segenap hati aku berseru kepada-Mu; jawablah aku ya TUHAN, aku mau mentaati perintah-Mu.
145I have called with my whole heart; answer me, O Jehovah: I will keep thy statutes.
146Aku berseru kepada-Mu; selamatkanlah aku, aku mau berpegang pada peraturan-Mu.
146I have called unto thee; save me, And I shall observe thy testimonies.
147Pagi-pagi aku bangun dan berseru minta tolong; aku berharap kepada janji-Mu.
147I anticipated the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy words.
148Sepanjang malam aku berjaga, untuk merenungkan ajaran-Mu.
148Mine eyes anticipated the night-watches, That I might meditate on thy word.
149Dengarlah aku karena kasih-Mu, ya TUHAN, jagalah hidupku karena keadilan-Mu.
149Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according to thine ordinances.
150Orang yang mengejar aku sudah dekat, mereka bermaksud jahat dan tidak mengindahkan hukum-Mu.
150They draw nigh that follow after wickedness; They are far from thy law.
151Tetapi Engkau dekat, ya TUHAN, segala perintah-Mu benar.
151Thou art nigh, O Jehovah; And all thy commandments are truth.
152Sejak dahulu aku tahu dari ajaran-ajaran-Mu, bahwa Engkau menetapkannya untuk selama-lamanya.
152Of old have I known from thy testimonies, That thou hast founded them for ever. RESH.
153Lihatlah penderitaanku dan selamatkanlah aku, sebab aku tidak mengabaikan hukum-Mu.
153Consider mine affliction, and deliver me; For I do not forget thy law.
154Belalah perkaraku dan bebaskanlah aku; selamatkanlah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
154Plead thou my cause, and redeem me: Quicken me according to thy word.
155Orang jahat tak akan diselamatkan, karena tidak mentaati ketetapan-Mu.
155Salvation is far from the wicked; For they seek not thy statutes.
156Sungguh besar belas kasihan-Mu, ya TUHAN, selamatkanlah aku sesuai dengan keadilan-Mu.
156Great are thy tender mercies, O Jehovah: Quicken me according to thine ordinances.
157Banyak orang memusuhi dan mengejar aku, tapi aku tidak mengabaikan peraturan-Mu.
157Many are my persecutors and mine adversaries; [Yet] have I not swerved from thy testimonies.
158Aku benci melihat pengkhianat-pengkhianat itu, sebab mereka tidak mengikuti ajaran-Mu.
158I beheld the treacherous, and was grieved, Because they observe not thy word.
159Lihatlah betapa aku mencintai perintah-Mu, ya TUHAN, selamatkanlah aku karena kasih-Mu.
159Consider how I love thy precepts: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according to thy lovingkindness.
160Semua sabda-Mu benar, segala hukum-Mu yang adil tetap selama-lamanya.
160The sum of thy word is truth; And every one of thy righteous ordinances [endureth] for ever. SHIN.
161Orang-orang berkuasa mengejar aku tanpa alasan, tetapi hanya hukum-Mu yang kutakuti.
161Princes have persecuted me without a cause; But my heart standeth in awe of thy words.
162Janji-Mu membuat aku gembira, seperti seorang yang menemukan harta.
162I rejoice at thy word, As one that findeth great spoil.
163Segala dusta kubenci, tetapi hukum-Mu kucintai.
163I hate and abhor falsehood; [But] thy law do I love.
164Aku terus-menerus bersyukur kepada-Mu, karena hukum-Mu yang adil.
164Seven times a day do I praise thee, Because of thy righteous ordinances.
165Orang yang mencintai hukum-Mu aman dan tentram, tak ada yang dapat merintangi mereka.
165Great peace have they that love thy law; And they have no occasion of stumbling.
166Aku menunggu keselamatan daripada-Mu, TUHAN, perintah-perintah-Mu kulakukan.
166I have hoped for thy salvation, O Jehovah, And have done thy commandments.
167Aku mentaati peraturan-peraturan-Mu, dan mencintainya dengan segenap hati.
167My soul hath observed thy testimonies; And I love them exceedingly.
168Aku mematuhi perintah dan petunjuk-Mu, sebab Engkau melihat segala perbuatanku.

169Semoga seruanku sampai kepada-Mu, ya TUHAN, berilah aku pengertian, sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
169Let my cry come near before thee, O Jehovah: Give me understanding according to thy word.
170Biarlah permohonanku sampai kepada-Mu, selamatkanlah aku sesuai dengan janji-Mu.
170Let my supplication come before thee: Deliver me according to thy word.
171Aku mau memuji Engkau selalu, sebab Engkau mengajar aku ketetapan-Mu.
171Let my lips utter praise; For thou teachest me thy statutes.
172Aku ingin menyanyi tentang janji-Mu, sebab segala perintah-Mu adil.
172Let my tongue sing of thy word; For all thy commandments are righteousness.
173Semoga Engkau selalu rela menolong aku, sebab aku memilih untuk mengikuti peraturan-Mu.
173Let thy hand be ready to help me; For I have chosen thy precepts.
174Hatiku merindukan keselamatan daripada-Mu, hukum-Mu menggembirakan hatiku.
174I have longed for thy salvation, O Jehovah; And thy law is my delight.
175Biarlah aku hidup, supaya aku memuji Engkau, semoga ketetapan-ketetapan menolong aku.
175Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; And let thine ordinances help me.
176Aku sesat seperti domba yang hilang, maka datanglah, dan carilah hamba-Mu ini, sebab aku tidak mengabaikan perintah-perintah-Mu.
176I have gone astray like a lost sheep; Seek thy servant; For I do not forget thy commandments.
