¹Pujilah TUHAN! Pujilah nama TUHAN, hai kamu hamba-hamba-Nya

¹Praise ye Jehovah. Praise ye the name of Jehovah; Praise [him], O ye servants of Jehovah,

²yang berbakti di Rumah TUHAN di kediaman Allah kita.

²Ye that stand in the house of Jehovah, In the courts of the house of our God.

³Pujilah TUHAN, sebab Ia baik, pujilah nama-Nya, sebab Ia murah hati.

³Praise ye Jehovah; for Jehovah is good: Sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

⁴Ia memilih Yakub bagi diri-Nya, umat Israel dijadikan milik-Nya.

⁴For Jehovah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, [And] Israel for his own possession.

⁵Sebab aku tahu TUHAN sungguh besar, Ia agung melebihi segala dewa.

⁵For I know that Jehovah is great, And that our Lord is above all gods.

⁶Ia melakukan apa yang dikehendaki-Nya, di langit dan di bumi, di laut dan di samudra yang dalam.

⁶Whatsoever Jehovah pleased, that hath he done, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;

⁷Dari ujung bumi Ia mendatangkan awan, dibuat-Nya kilat untuk hujan. Lalu Ia memerintahkan angin supaya keluar dari tempat penyimpanan-Nya.

⁷Who causeth the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who maketh lightnings for the rain; Who bringeth forth the wind out of his treasuries;

⁸Di Mesir Ia membunuh semua anak sulung dari manusia maupun binatang.

⁸Who smote the first-born of Egypt, Both of man and beast;

⁹Di sana dibuat-Nya banyak keajaiban dan tanda untuk menghukum raja dan semua pegawainya.

⁹Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, Upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants;

¹⁰Ia membinasakan banyak bangsa, dan membunuh raja-raja perkasa:

¹⁰Who smote many nations, And slew mighty kings,

¹¹Sihon raja Amori dan Og raja Basan, serta semua raja di Kanaan.

¹¹Sihon king of the Amorites, And Og king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan,

¹²Lalu negeri mereka diserahkan-Nya menjadi milik Israel, umat-Nya.

¹²And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage unto Israel his people.

¹³Ya TUHAN, Engkau akan tetap diwartakan, dan nama-Mu diingat oleh semua keturunan,

¹³Thy name, O Jehovah, [endureth] for ever; Thy memorial [name], O Jehovah, throughout all generations.

¹⁴sebab Engkau memberi keadilan kepada umat-Mu, dan mengasihani hamba-hamba-Mu.

¹⁴For Jehovah will judge his people, And repent himself concerning his servants.

¹⁵Berhala mereka dari emas dan perak, buatan tangan manusia.

¹⁵The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.

¹⁶Mereka mempunyai mulut, tetapi tak dapat berbicara, mempunyai mata, tetapi tak dapat melihat.

¹⁶They have mouths, but they speak not; Eyes have they, but they see not;

¹⁷Mereka mempunyai telinga, tetapi tak dapat mendengar, dari mulutnya tidak keluar napas.

¹⁷They have ears, but they hear not; Neither is there any breath in their mouths.

¹⁸Semoga begitulah nasib orang-orang yang membuatnya, dan yang percaya kepadanya.

¹⁸They that make them shall be like unto them; Yea, every one that trusteth in them.

¹⁹Pujilah TUHAN, hai umat Israel, pujilah Dia, hai imam-imam Allah!

¹⁹O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah: O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah:

²⁰Pujilah TUHAN, hai orang-orang Lewi, pujilah Dia, kamu semua yang takwa.

²⁰O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah: Ye that fear Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.

²¹Pujilah TUHAN di Sion, di Yerusalem tempat kediaman-Nya. Pujilah TUHAN!

²¹Blessed be Jehovah out of Zion, Who dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.
