¹It happened on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

²アロンに言った、「あなたは雄の子牛の全きものを罪祭のために取り、また雄羊の全きものを燔祭のために取って、主の前にささげなさい。

²and he said to Aaron, “Take a calf from the herd for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before Yahweh.

³あなたはまたイスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『あなたがたは雄やぎを罪祭のために取り、また一歳の全き子牛と小羊とを燔祭のために取りなさい、

³You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

⁴また主の前にささげる酬恩祭のために雄牛と雄羊とを取り、また油を混ぜた素祭を取りなさい。主がきょうあなたがたに現れたもうからである』」。

⁴and a bull and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh; and a meal offering mixed with oil: for today Yahweh appears to you.’”

⁵彼らはモーセが命じたものを会見の幕屋の前に携えてきた。会衆がみな近づいて主の前に立ったので、

⁵They brought what Moses commanded before the Tent of Meeting: and all the congregation drew near and stood before Yahweh.

⁶モーセは言った、「これは主があなたがたに、せよと命じられたことである。こうして主の栄光はあなたがたに現れるであろう」。

⁶Moses said, “This is the thing which Yahweh commanded that you should do: and the glory of Yahweh shall appear to you.”

⁷モーセはまたアロンに言った、「あなたは祭壇に近づき、あなたの罪祭と燔祭をささげて、あなたのため、また民のためにあがないをし、また民の供え物をささげて、彼らのためにあがないをし、すべて主がお命じになったようにしなさい」。

⁷Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make atonement for yourself, and for the people; and offer the offering of the people, and make atonement for them; as Yahweh commanded.”

⁸そこでアロンは祭壇に近づき、自分のための罪祭の子牛をほふった。

⁸So Aaron drew near to the altar, and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

⁹そしてアロンの子たちは、その血を彼のもとに携えてきたので、彼は指をその血に浸し、それを祭壇の角につけ、残りの血を祭壇のもとに注ぎ、

⁹The sons of Aaron presented the blood to him; and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar:

¹⁰また罪祭の脂肪と腎臓と肝臓の小葉とを祭壇の上で焼いた。主がモーセに命じられたとおりである。

¹⁰but the fat, and the kidneys, and the cover from the liver of the sin offering, he burned upon the altar; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

¹¹またその肉と皮とは宿営の外で火をもって焼き捨てた。

¹¹The flesh and the skin he burned with fire outside the camp.

¹²彼はまた燔祭の獣をほふり、アロンの子たちがその血を彼に渡したので、これを祭壇の周囲に注ぎかけた。

¹²He killed the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons delivered the blood to him, and he sprinkled it around on the altar.

¹³彼らがまた燔祭のもの、すなわち、その切り分けたものと頭とを彼に渡したので、彼はこれを祭壇の上で焼いた。

¹³They delivered the burnt offering to him, piece by piece, and the head: and he burned them upon the altar.

¹⁴またその内臓と足とを洗い、祭壇の上で燔祭と共にこれを焼いた。

¹⁴He washed the innards and the legs, and burned them on the burnt offering on the altar.

¹⁵彼はまた民の供え物をささげた。すなわち、民のための罪祭のやぎを取ってこれをほふり、前のようにこれを罪のためにささげた。

¹⁵He presented the people’s offering, and took the goat of the sin offering which was for the people, and killed it, and offered it for sin, like the first.

¹⁶また燔祭をささげた。すなわち、これを定めのようにささげた。

¹⁶He presented the burnt offering, and offered it according to the ordinance.

¹⁷また素祭をささげ、そのうちから一握りを取り、朝の燔祭に加えて、これを祭壇の上で焼いた。

¹⁷He presented the meal offering, and filled his hand from there, and burned it upon the altar, besides the burnt offering of the morning.

¹⁸彼はまた民のためにささげる酬恩祭の犠牲の雄牛と雄羊とをほふり、アロンの子たちが、その血を彼に渡したので、彼はこれを祭壇の周囲に注ぎかけた。

¹⁸He also killed the bull and the ram, the sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron’s sons delivered to him the blood, which he sprinkled around on the altar,

¹⁹またその雄牛と雄羊との脂肪、すなわち、脂尾、内臓をおおうもの、腎臓、肝臓の小葉。

¹⁹and the fat of the bull and of the ram, the fat tail, and that which covers the innards, and the kidneys, and the cover of the liver:

²⁰これらの脂肪を彼らはその胸の上に載せて携えてきたので、彼はその脂肪を祭壇の上で焼いた。

²⁰and they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burned the fat on the altar:

²¹その胸と右のももとは、アロンが主の前に揺り動かして揺祭とした。モーセが命じたとおりである。

²¹and the breasts and the right thigh Aaron waved for a wave offering before Yahweh, as Moses commanded.

²²アロンは民にむかって手をあげて、彼らを祝福し、罪祭、燔祭、酬恩祭をささげ終って降りた。

²²Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people, and blessed them; and he came down from offering the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings.

²³モーセとアロンは会見の幕屋に入り、また出てきて民を祝福した。そして主の栄光はすべての民に現れ、主の前から火が出て、祭壇の上の燔祭と脂肪とを焼きつくした。民はみな、これを見て喜びよばわり、そしてひれ伏した。

²³Moses and Aaron went into the Tent of Meeting, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of Yahweh appeared to all the people.

²⁴主の前から火が出て、祭壇の上の燔祭と脂肪とを焼きつくした。民はみな、これを見て喜びよばわり、そしてひれ伏した。

²⁴There came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar: and when all the people saw it, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
