¹主よ、あなたの怒りをもって、わたしを責めず、あなたの激しい怒りをもって、わたしを懲しめないでください。

¹Yahweh, don’t rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.

²主よ、わたしをあわれんでください。わたしは弱り衰えています。主よ、わたしをいやしてください。わたしの骨は悩み苦しんでいます。

²Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am faint. Yahweh, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

³わたしの魂もまたいたく悩み苦しんでいます。主よ、あなたはいつまでお怒りになるのですか。

³My soul is also in great anguish. But you, Yahweh—how long?

⁴主よ、かえりみて、わたしの命をお救いください。あなたのいつくしみにより、わたしをお助けください。

⁴Return, Yahweh. Deliver my soul, and save me for your loving kindness’ sake.

⁵死においては、あなたを覚えるものはなく、陰府においては、だれがあなたをほめたたえることができましょうか。

⁵For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. , who shall give you thanks?

⁶わたしは嘆きによって疲れ、夜ごとに涙をもって、わたしのふしどをただよわせ、わたしのしとねをぬらした。

⁶I am weary with my groaning. Every night I flood my bed. I drench my couch with my tears.

⁷わたしの目は憂いによって衰え、もろもろのあだのゆえに弱くなった。

⁷My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.

⁸すべて悪を行う者よ、わたしを離れ去れ。主はわたしの泣く声を聞かれた。

⁸Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for Yahweh has heard the voice of my weeping.

⁹主はわたしの願いを聞かれた。主はわたしの祈をうけられる。わたしの敵は恥じて、いたく悩み苦しみ、彼らは退いて、たちどころに恥をうけるであろう。

⁹Yahweh has heard my supplication. Yahweh accepts my prayer.

¹⁰わたしの敵は恥じて、いたく悩み苦しみ、彼らは退いて、たちどころに恥をうけるであろう。

¹⁰May all my enemies be ashamed and dismayed. They shall turn back, they shall be disgraced suddenly.
