Luke

17

1Sidna Ɛisa yenna i inelmaden is imeslayen-agi : -- D lmuḥal ur d-țilint ara sebbat ara yesseɣlin imdanen di ddnub. A nnger n win ara yilin d sebba n uɣelluy ;
1And he said to his disciples, It cannot be but that offences come, but woe [to him] by whom they come!
2axiṛ a s-ɛelqen aɣaṛef n tsirt ɣer temgeṛṭ-is, a t-ḍeggṛen ɣer lebḥeṛ wala ad yesseɣli di ddnub yiwen seg imecṭuḥen-agi.
2It would be [more] profitable for him if a millstone were hanged about his neck and he cast into the sea, than that he should be a snare to one of these little ones.
3?adret ɣef yiman-nwen ! Ma yeḍlem gma-k ssefhem-it, ma yendem deg wayen ixdem semmeḥ as.
3Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him.
4?as ma yeḍlem-ik sebɛa iberdan deg wass, ma yusa-d ɣuṛ-ek sebɛa tikkal a k-d-yini : « aql-i ndemmeɣ deg wayen xedmeɣ », ilaq a s tsemmḥeḍ.
4And if he should sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times should return to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgive him.
5Ṛṛusul n Sidna Ɛisa nnan-as : A Sidi ssemɣeṛ liman-nneɣ !
5And the apostles said to the Lord, Give more faith to us.
6Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : Lemmer tesɛam liman ulamma annect n uɛeqqa n yired, aț-țizmirem aț-ținim i ttejṛa-yagi n țut qleɛ sya tṛuḥeḍ aț-țeẓẓuḍ iman-im di lebḥeṛ, a wen-taɣ awal.
6But the Lord said, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard [seed], ye had said to this sycamine tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou planted in the sea, and it would have obeyed you.
7Anwa deg-wen ara yesɛun axeddam ikerrzen neɣ ikessen lmal, ara s-yinin m'ara d-yuɣal si lexla : « lɛeslama-inek, qqim aț-țesteɛfuḍ, tura a k-d-awiɣ aț-țeččeḍ ».
7But which of you [is there] who, having a bondman ploughing or shepherding, when he comes in out of the field, will say, Come and lie down immediately to table?
8Mačči akka ara s-yini, meɛna a s-yini : « ɣiwel beddel lqecc-ik tawiḍ-iyi-d ad ččeɣ ad sweɣ, mi ččiɣ ṛwiɣ, imiren aț-țeččeḍ aț-țesweḍ ula d keččini. »
8But will he not say to him, Prepare what I shall sup on, and gird thyself and serve me that I may eat and drink; and after that *thou* shalt eat and drink?
9Eɛni ad icekkeṛ axeddam-is imi gexdem ayen i s-yumeṛ ?
9Is he thankful to the bondman because he has done what was ordered? I judge not.
10Kunwi daɣen m'ara txedmem ayen i wen-d yețwamṛen, init : d iqeddacen kan i nella, nexdem ayen ilaqen a t-nexdem.
10Thus *ye* also, when ye shall have done all things that have been ordered you, say, We are unprofitable bondmen; we have done what it was our duty to do.
11Deg webrid-is ɣer temdint n Lquds, Sidna Ɛisa iɛedda ger tmurt n Samarya akk ț-țmurt n Jlili.
11And it came to pass as he was going up to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12Mi gekcem ɣer yiwet n taddart, mmugren t-id ɛecṛa imuḍan ihelken lbeṛs, bedden mebɛid
12And as he entered into a certain village ten leprous men met him, who stood afar off.
13ɛeggḍen nnan-as : A Sidna Ɛisa ! A Sidi ḥunn fell-aɣ !
13And they lifted up [their] voice saying, Jesus, Master, have compassion on us.
14Mi ten-iwala, Sidna Ɛisa yenna yasen : Ṛuḥet a kkun-walin lmuqedmin, a d-cehden belli teḥlam. Deg webrid-nsen mi ṛuḥen, akken walan iman-nsen ḥlan ṣfan,
14And seeing [them] he said to them, Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass as they were going they were cleansed.
15yiwen deg-sen yuɣal-ed seg webrid-nni yețḥemmid Ṛebbi s kra yellan di taɣect-is.
15And one of them, seeing that he was cured, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice,
16Yusa-d yeɣli ɣer iḍaṛṛen n Sidna Ɛisa, iseǧǧed zdat-es, icekkeṛ-it, yerna argaz-agi d aṣamari i gella.
16and fell on [his] face at his feet giving him thanks: and *he* was a Samaritan.
17Sidna Ɛisa yenna i lɣaci : Eɛni ur ḥlin ara di ɛecṛa yid-sen ? I țesɛa nniḍen anda llan ?
17And Jesus answering said, Were not the ten cleansed? but the nine, where [are they]?
18Anagar abeṛṛani-agi i d-yuɣalen ad yeḥmed Ṛebbi !
18There have not been found to return and give glory to God save this stranger.
19Dɣa yenna i usamari-nni : Kker fell-ak uɣal ɣer wexxam ik, imi tumneḍ yis-i, tețțusellkeḍ.
19And he said to him, Rise up and go thy way: thy faith has made thee well.
20Ifariziyen steqsan Sidna Ɛisa melmi ara d-tas lḥekma n tgeldit n Sidi Ṛebbi. Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : Lḥekma n Sidi Ṛebbi mačči d ayen țwalint wallen.
20And having been asked by the Pharisees, When is the kingdom of God coming? he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation;
21Ur nezmir ara a d-nini : ațan dagi neɣ ațan dihin, axaṭer lḥekma n Sidi Ṛebbi ațan gar-wen.
21nor shall they say, Lo here, or, Lo there; for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.
22Sidna Ɛisa yenna i inelmaden-is : A d-yas lweqt i deg ara tmennim aț-țeẓrem Mmi-s n bunadem ulamma d yiwen wass lameɛna ur kkun-id-ițṣaḥ ara.
22And he said to the disciples, Days are coming, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and shall not see [it].
23Imiren ma nnan-awen-d : atah dagi neɣ atan dihin ur țṛuḥut ara, ur țțazzalet ara,
23And they will say to you, Lo here, or Lo there; go not, nor follow [them].
24axaṭer am lebṛaq m'ara yewwet seg yixef n igenni ɣer wayeḍ, akken ara yili Mmi-s n bunadem ass n tuɣalin-is.
24For as the lightning shines which lightens from [one end] under heaven to [the other end] under heaven, thus shall the Son of man be in his day.
25Tazwara ilaq ad yeɛteb aṭas, yerna lǧil-agi ur t-iqebbel ara.
25But first he must suffer many things and be rejected of this generation.
26D ayen yedṛan di zzman n Nuḥ ara yedṛun deg ussan n tuɣalin n Mmi-s n bunadem.
26And as it took place in the days of Noe, thus also shall it be in the days of the Son of man:
27Imdanen llan tețțen, țessen, țemyezwaǧen, zeggjen i dderya-nsen, armi d asmi yekcem Nuḥ ɣer lbabuṛ ; yewwet-ed uḥemmal, neflen-d waman ɣef ddunit, imdanen meṛṛa mmuten.
27they ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed all [of them];
28D ayen yedṛan di zzman n Luṭ ara yedṛun daɣen : imdanen tețțen tessen, țțaɣen znuzun, țeẓẓun, bennun ;
28and in like manner as took place in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29asmi d-yeffeɣ Luṭ si temdint n ?udum, teɣli-d seg igenni tmes d ukebri i ten-isnegren akk.
29but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulphur from heaven, and destroyed all [of them]:
30Akken ara d-tedṛu asm'ara d-iban Mmi-s n bunadem.
30after this [manner] shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.
31Ass-nni win ara yilin sufella n wexxam ur ilaq ara ad yekcem a d-iddem lqecc-is ; win i d-yufa lḥal di lexla ur ilaq ara ad yuɣal ɣer deffir ;
31In that day, he who shall be on the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not go down to take it away; and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.
32mmektit-ed tameṭṭut n Luṭ.
32Remember the wife of Lot.
33Win ara yebɣun ad isellek tudert-is ad a s-tṛuḥ, win iwumi ara tṛuḥ ɣef ddemma n yisem-iw a ț-isellek.
33Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose it shall preserve it.
34Qqaṛeɣ-awen : deg iḍ-nni, ger sin ara yilin deg yiwen wusu, yiwen ad ițwarfed wayeḍ a d-yeqqim.
34I say to you, In that night there shall be two [men] upon one bed; one shall be seized and the other shall be let go.
35Ger snat n tilawin yeẓẓaden, yiwet aț-țețwarfed tayeḍ a d-teqqim.
35Two [women] shall be grinding together; the one shall be seized and the other shall be let go.
36Ger sin yergazen ara yilin di lexla, yiwen ad ițwarfed wayeḍ a d-yeqqim.
36[Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be seized and the other let go.]
37Inelmaden-is steqsan-t nnan-as : Anda ara yedṛu wayagi a Sidi ? Yenna-yasen : Anda yella umurḍus, dinna ara a d-nejmaɛen igudar.
37And answering they say to him, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body [is], there the eagles will be gathered together.
