1Mi qṛib ad kecmen ɣer temdint n Lquds, wwḍen ɣer yiɣil n uzemmur yellan tama n taddart n Bitfaji, Sidna Ɛisa iceggeɛ sin inelmaden-is,
1And when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage, at the mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,
2yenna-yasen : Ṛuḥet ɣer taddart yellan ɣer zdat, dinna aț-țafem taɣyult akk-d mmi-s, brut-asen-d, tawim-iyi-ten-id.
2saying to them, Go into the village over against you, and immediately ye will find an ass tied, and a colt with it; loose [them] and lead [them] to me.
3Ma yella win i wen-d-yennan kra, init-as : d Ssid-nneɣ i ten-iḥwaǧen, imiren a sen-d-iserreḥ.
3And if any one say anything to you, ye shall say, The Lord has need of them, and straightway he will send them.
4Ayagi yedṛa-d am akken i t-id yenna nnbi Zakarya di tira iqedsen :
4But all this came to pass, that that might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying,
5Init i wat wedrar n Siyun : AA taya ugellid-nwen iteddu-d ɣuṛ-wen s wannuz, irkeb-ed ɣef weɣyul amecṭuḥ mmi-s n teɣyult.
5Say to the daughter of Zion, Behold thy King cometh to thee, meek, and mounted upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
6Inelmaden-nni ṛuḥen, xedmen ayen i sen-d-yenna Sidna Ɛisa.
6But the disciples, having gone and done as Jesus had ordered them,
7Wwin-d taɣyult-nni d mmi-s, sburren-asen llebsa-nsen, dɣa srekben Sidna Ɛisa.
7brought the ass and the colt and put their garments upon them, and he sat on them.
8Aṭas n lɣaci ssan iceṭṭiḍen-nsen deg ubrid, wiyaḍ țṛuẓun-d tiseḍwa si ttjuṛ, țessun-tent ula d nutni deg ubrid.
8But a very great crowd strewed their own garments on the way, and others kept cutting down branches from the trees and strewing them on the way.
9Lɣaci yezwaren zdat Sidna Ɛisa d wid i t-id-iḍefṛen, țɛeggiḍen s lfeṛḥ qqaṛen : Ḥusana i mmi-s n Sidna Dawed ! Ițțubarek win i d-yusan s yisem n Sidi Ṛebbi ! Ḥusana deg imukan eɛlayen.
9And the crowds who went before him and who followed cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; blessed [be] he who comes in the name of [the] Lord; hosanna in the highest.
10Mi gekcem Sidna Ɛisa ɣer temdint n Lquds, imezdaɣ meṛṛa nhewwalen, qqaṛen : Anwa-t wagi ?
10And as he entered into Jerusalem, the whole city was moved, saying, Who is this?
11Lɣaci-nni țțaran-asen : D Sidna Ɛisa, nnbi-nni n taddart n Naṣaret i d-yusan si tmurt n Jlili !
11And the crowds said, This is Jesus the prophet who is from Nazareth of Galilee.
12Sidna Ɛisa yekcem ɣer lǧameɛ iqedsen, iqecceɛ meṛṛa wid yețțaɣen znuzun dinna deg ufrag n lǧameɛ. Iqleb-asen ṭṭwabel i wid yețbeddilen idrimen akk-d wid yeznuzun itbiren.
12And Jesus entered into the temple [of God], and cast out all that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those that sold the doves.
13dɣa yenna-yasen : Yura : Axxam-iw ad ițțusemmi d axxam n tẓallit, ma d kunwi terram-t d lɣaṛ n imakaren.
13And he says to them, It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer, but *ye* have made it a den of robbers.
14Di lǧameɛ-nni, qeṛṛben-d ɣuṛ-es iderɣalen d iquḍaren, dɣa yesseḥla ten.
14And blind and lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them.
15Lmuqedmin imeqqranen d lɛulama n ccariɛa rfan mi walan leɛǧayeb i gxeddem akk-d warrac ițɛeggiḍen di lǧameɛ : Ḥusana i mmi-s n Sidna Dawed !
15And when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonders which he wrought, and the children crying in the temple and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David, they were indignant,
16Imiren nnan i Sidna Ɛisa : Tesliḍ d acu i d-qqaṛen ? SSidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : Sliɣ ih ! Eɛni ur teɣṛim ara imeslayen-agi yuran di tira iqedsen : Tessufɣeḍ-ed leḥmadi seg imawen n warrac akk-d wid n llufanat iteṭṭḍen .
16and said to him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus says to them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
17Imiren yeǧǧa-ten dinna, yeffeɣ si temdint, iṛuḥ ɣer taddart n Bitanya, dinna i gensa.
17And leaving them he went forth out of the city to Bethany, and there he passed the night.
18Azekka-nni taṣebḥit mi d-yuɣal ɣer temdint, Sidna Ɛisa yelluẓ ;
18But early in the morning, as he came back into the city, he hungered.
19iwala yiwet n tneqleț rrif n webrid, iqeṛṛeb ɣuṛ-es, ur yufi deg-s acemma anagar afriwen ; dɣa yenna-yas : Seg wass-a, ur tețțuɣaleḍ ara a d-tefkeḍ lfakya ! IImiren kan, taneqleț-nni teqquṛ.
19And seeing one fig-tree in the way, he came to it and found on it nothing but leaves only. And he says to it, Let there be never more fruit of thee for ever. And the fig-tree was immediately dried up.
20Inelmaden-is mi walan ayagi tɛeǧben, nnan : Amek akka teqquṛ tneqleț-agi deg yiwet n teswiɛt ?
20And when the disciples saw [it], they wondered, saying, How immediately is the fig-tree dried up!
21Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : A wen-iniɣ tideț, ma yella tesɛam liman ur tețcukkum ara, aț-țizmirem aț-țxedmem akteṛ n wayen xedmeɣ i tneqleț-agi ! AAț-ținim i wedrar-agi qleɛ iman-ik syagi tḍeggṛeḍ iman-ik ɣer lebḥeṛ, ayagi a d-yedṛu !
21And Jesus answering said to them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and do not doubt, not only shall ye do what [is done] to the fig-tree, but even if ye should say to this mountain, Be thou taken away and be thou cast into the sea, it shall come to pass.
22Ayen akk ara tessutrem s liman di tẓallit, a wen-d-ițunefk !
22And all things whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
23Sidna Ɛisa yekcem ɣer lǧameɛ ibda yesselmad. Lmuqedmin akk-d imeqqranen n wegdud qeṛṛben ɣuṛ-es nnan-as : Ansi i k-d-tekka tezmert s wayes i txeddmeḍ ayagi ? Anwa i k-d-yefkan tazmert-agi ?
23And when he came into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him [as he was] teaching, saying, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
24Sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : A wen-fkeɣ asteqsi ula d nekk, yiwen kan ; ma tǧawbem-iyi-d, ula d nekk a wen-iniɣ ansi i yi-d-tekka tezmert-agi.
24And Jesus answering said to them, *I* also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, *I* also will tell you by what authority I do these things:
25Aɣḍas n Yeḥya, s ɣuṛ Ṛebbi i d-ikka neɣ s ɣuṛ yemdanen ? DDɣa bdan qqaṛen wway gar-asen : Ma nenna-yas seg igenwan, a ɣ-d-yini acuɣeṛ ihi ur tuminem ara yis,
25The baptism of John, whence was it? of heaven or of men? And they reasoned among themselves, saying, If we should say, Of heaven, he will say to us, Why then have ye not believed him?
26ma nenna-yas daɣen seg imdanen, nuggad lɣaci-agi, axaṭer ḥesben akk Yeḥya d nnbi.
26but if we should say, Of men, we fear the crowd, for all hold John for a prophet.
27Dɣa nnan-as i Sidna Ɛisa : Ur neẓri ara ! YYerra-yasen : Ihi ula d nekk ur wen-d-qqaṛeɣ ara ansi i yi-d-tekka tezmert s wayes i xeddmeɣ ayagi !
27And answering Jesus they said, We do not know. *He* also said to them, Neither do *I* tell you by what authority I do these things.
28D acu twalam ? Yiwen wergaz yesɛa sin warraw-is, yenṭeq ɣer umezwaru, yenna-yas : A mmi, ṛuḥ aț-țxedmeḍ ass-agi di tfeṛṛant-iw.
28But what think ye? A man had two children, and coming to the first he said, Child, go to-day, work in [my] vineyard.
29Yerra-yas : Ur țṛuḥuɣ ara ! MMeɛna yuɣal yendem, iṛuḥ ad ixdem di tfeṛṛant.
29And he answering said, I will not; but afterwards repenting himself he went.
30Yenna-yas daɣen i mmi-s wi sin ad iṛuḥ ad ixdem, yerra-yas-d : Ih a baba ad ṛuḥeɣ ! MMeɛna ur iṛuḥ ara.
30And coming to the second he said likewise; and he answering said, *I* [go], sir, and went not.
31Anwa deg sen i gxedmen lebɣi n baba-s ? RRran-as-ed : D amezwaru a Sidi ! SSidna Ɛisa yenna-yasen : A wen-d-iniɣ tideț, imekkasen imakaren akk-d yir tilawin a kkun zwiren ɣer tgelda n igenwan !
31Which of the two did the will of the father? They say [to him], The first. Jesus says to them, Verily I say unto you that the tax-gatherers and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.
32Axaṭer Yeḥya yusa-d ɣuṛ-wen yesken-awen-d abrid n tideț, meɛna ur t-tuminem ara ; ma d imekkasen d yir tilawin umnen yis. Yerna ɣas akken twalam ayagi, ur d-tuɣalem ara ɣer webrid teggumam aț-țamnem yis.
32For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not; but the tax-gatherers and the harlots believed him; but *ye* when ye saw [it] repented not yourselves afterwards to believe him.
33A wen-d-rnuɣ daɣen lemtel nniḍen : yella yiwen umɛellem, yeẓẓa tafeṛṛant, izzi-yas-ed s zzeṛb, yeɣza amkan i tɛeṣṣart n tẓurin, yebna taɛrict i tɛessast, issekra tafeṛṛant-is i ixemmasen, imiren iṛuḥ ɣer lɣeṛba.
33Hear another parable: There was a householder who planted a vineyard, and made a fence round it, and dug a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and left the country.
34Mi d-yewweḍ lweqt n tẓurin, iceggeɛ iqeddacen-is ɣer ixemmasen nni iwakken a s-d-fken amur-is n lɣella.
34But when the time of fruit drew near, he sent his bondmen to the husbandmen to receive his fruits.
35Meɛna ixemmasen-nni ṭṭfen iqeddacen-nni, wa wten-t, wa nɣan-t, wayeḍ ṛejmen-t.
35And the husbandmen took his bondmen, and beat one, killed another, and stoned another.
36Iceggeɛ-asen daɣen tarbaɛt nniḍen n iqeddacen yugaren tamezwarut. Meɛna tedṛa yid-sen am imezwura-nni.
36Again he sent other bondmen more than the first, and they did to them in like manner.
37Taggara, iceggeɛ-asen mmi-s, yenna : Ahat imi d mmi a t-qadṛen !
37And at last he sent to them his son, saying, They will have respect for my son.
38Lameɛna mi walan mmi-s, ixemmasen-nni nnan wway gar-asen : Ataya win ara iweṛten, kkret a t-nenneɣ iwakken a nawi lweṛt-is.
38But the husbandmen, seeing the son, said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him and possess his inheritance.
39Sṭfen-t, ḍeggṛen-t ɣer beṛṛa n tfeṛṛant, dɣa nɣan-t.
39And they took him, and cast him forth out of the vineyard, and killed him.
40Sidna Ɛisa yenna i lɣaci : Ihi tura, m'ara d-yas bab n tfeṛṛant-nni, d acu ara sen-yexdem i ixemmasen-agi ?
40When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what shall he do to those husbandmen?
41Rran-as-ed : Ad ineɣ ixemmasen imcumen, ma ț-țafeṛṛant a ț-issekru i ixemmasen nniḍen ara s-d-ifken amur-is di lweqt n lɣella.
41They say to him, He will miserably destroy those evil [men], and let out the vineyard to other husbandmen, who shall render him the fruits in their seasons.
42Sidna Ɛisa yenna-yasen : Leɛmeṛ teɣṛim imeslayen-agi i d-nnant tira iqedsen : Adɣaɣ-nni i ḍeggṛen wid ibennun, d nețța i guɣalen d azṛu alemmas , WWin yeṭṭfen lebni. AA yagi yekka-d s ɣuṛ Ṛebbi, d ayen i ɣ-istɛeǧben .
42Jesus says to them, Have ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which they that builded rejected, this has become the corner-stone: this is of [the] Lord, and it is wonderful in our eyes?
43Daymi i wen-qqaṛeɣ : Tagelda n igenwan a wen tețwakkes, aț-țețțunefk i leǧnas nniḍen ara d-ifken lɣella.
43Therefore I say to you, that the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and shall be given to a nation producing the fruits of it.
44Win ara yeɣlin ɣef wusalas-agi ad yerreẓ, daɣen win i ɣef ara d-yeɣli usalas-agi ad yețwamḥeq.
44And he that falls on this stone shall be broken, but on whomsoever it shall fall, it shall grind him to powder.
45Mi slan i imeslayen-agi, ifariziyen d lmuqedmin imeqqranen fehmen belli fell-asen i d-iheddeṛ Sidna Ɛisa.
45And the chief priests and the Pharisees, having heard his parables, knew that he spoke about them.
46Meɛna ɣas akken bɣan a t-ṭṭfen, ur zmiren ara axaṭer uggaden lɣaci-nni i t-iḥesben d nnbi.
46And seeking to lay hold of him, they were afraid of the crowds, because they held him for a prophet.
