1Walaɣ daɣen mi gcerreg Izimer nni ṭṭabeɛ amezwaru. Sliɣ i taɣect n yiwen si ṛebɛa lxuluq-nni tenṭeq-ed am ṛṛɛud tenna-d : As-ed !
1And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as a voice of thunder, Come [and see].
2Walaɣ yiwen uɛewdiw d amellal. Win i t-id irekben yeṭṭef lqus deg ufus-is ; tețțunefk-as tɛeṣṣabt, iṛuḥ s tezmert tameqqrant iwakken ad iɣleb.
2And I saw: and behold, a white horse, and he that sat upon it having a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went forth conquering and that he might conquer.
3Mi gcerreg ṭṭabeɛ wis sin, sliɣ i lxelq wi sin yenna-d : As-ed !
3And when it opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, Come [and see].
4Yeffeɣ-ed yiwen uɛewdiw nniḍen d azeggaɣ am tmes. Win i t-id-irekben, tețțunefk-as tezmert ad ikkes lehna si ddunit iwakken ad țnaɣen yemdanen wway gar-asen ; yețțunefk-as-d yiwen ujenwi d ameqqran.
4And another, a red horse, went forth; and to him that sat upon it, to him it was given to take peace from the earth, and that they should slay one another; and there was given to him a great sword.
5Mi gcerreg Izimer-nni ṭṭabeɛ wis tlata, sliɣ i lxelq wis tlata yenna-d : As-ed ! Ataya daɣen yiwen uɛewdiw d aberkan. Win i t-id-irekben yeṭṭef lmizan deg ufus-is.
5And when it opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, Come [and see]. And I saw: and behold, a black horse, and he that sat upon it having a balance in his hand.
6Imiren kan sliɣ i yiwet taɣect ger ṛebɛa lxuluq-nni teqqaṛ : Kilu n yirden d ssuma i gețțaɣ ufellaḥ i yiwen wass n lxedma, tlata kilu n temẓin daɣen d ssuma n yiwen wass n lxedma ; ma d zzit akk-d ccṛab ad qqimen akken llan.
6And I heard as a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenixes of barley for a denarius: and do not injure the oil and the wine.
7Mi gcerreg ṭṭabeɛ wis ṛebɛa, sliɣ i taɣect n lxelq wis ṛebɛa tenna-d : As-ed!
7And when it opened the fourth seal, I heard [the voice of] the fourth living creature saying, Come [and see].
8Walaɣ yiwen uɛewdiw d aḥcici. Win i t-id-irekben isem-is lmut, tetbeɛ-it-id laxeṛt ; tețțunefk-asen-d tezmert ɣef ṛṛbeɛ n ddunit, iwakken ad snegren imdanen s ujenwi, s laẓ, s lehlak akk-d lewḥuc n lexla.
8And I saw: and behold, a pale horse, and he that sat upon it, his name [was] Death, and hades followed with him; and authority was given to him over the fourth of the earth to slay with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and by the beasts of the earth.
9Mi gcerreg ṭṭabeɛ wis xemsa, walaɣ seddaw n udekkan i deg srusun iseflawen i Sidi Ṛebbi, leṛwaḥ n wid yemmezlen imi ugin ad nekṛen awal n Ṛebbi yerna cehden fell-as.
9And when it opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of them that had been slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held;
10?ɛeggiḍen s taɣect ɛlayen, qqaṛen : A Ssid-nneɣ imqeddes, a Bab n tideț, d acu i tețṛaǧuḍ aț-țḥasbeḍ, aț-țerreḍ țțaṛ i imezdaɣ n ddunit ɣef yidammen-nneɣ i ssazlen ?
10and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O sovereign Ruler, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell upon the earth?
11Mkul yiwen deg-sen yețțunefk as uqenduṛ d ammellal ; nnan-asen ad rnun ad ṛǧun kra lweqt alamma rnan-d ɣuṛ-sen yeṛfiqen-nsen di leqdic d watmaten-nsen ara nɣen am nutni.
11And there was given to them, to each one a white robe; and it was said to them that they should rest yet a little while, until both their fellow-bondmen and their brethren, who were about to be killed as they, should be fulfilled.
12Walaɣ daɣen mi gcerreg Izimer nni ṭṭabeɛ wis sețța ; tewwet zzelzla tameqqrant di lqaɛa, iṭij yuɣal d aberkan ; agur yuɣal am idammen,
12And I saw when it opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as hair sackcloth, and the whole moon became as blood,
13ma d itran n igenni ɣellin-d ɣer lqaɛa am tbexsisin n tenqelț m'ara ț-țihuzz waḍu iǧehden.
13and the stars of heaven fell upon the earth, as a fig tree, shaken by a great wind, casts its unseasonable figs.
14Igenni yenneḍ am tẓeṛbit yețțlen, idurar ț-țegzirin meṛṛa ḥerrken seg imukan-nsen.
14And the heaven was removed as a book rolled up, and every mountain and island were removed out of their places.
15Igelliden akk-d imeqqranen n ddunit, wid iḥekkmen ɣef lɛeskeṛ, imeṛkantiyen, wid yesɛan lḥekma, aklan akk-d iḥuṛṛiyen, ulin meṛṛa ɣer idurar iwakken ad ffren zdaxel n lɣiṛan d iceṛfan,
15And the kings of the earth, and the great, and the chiliarchs, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains;
16 qqaṛen i idurar d iceṛfan : ɣlit-ed fell-aɣ, ffret-aɣ zdat wudem n Win yeqqimen ɣef wukersi n lḥekma, zdat wurrif n Izimer ;
16and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and have us hidden from [the] face of him that sits upon the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;
17axaṭer yusa-d wass ameqqran n wurrif-nsen, anwa ara imenɛen ?
17because the great day of his wrath is come, and who is able to stand?
