⁸បងប្អូនក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ ចូរមានចិត្ដអត់ធ្មត់តាំងចិត្ដអោយរឹងប៉ឹង ដ្បិតព្រះអម្ចាស់ជិតយាងមកដល់ហើយ។

⁸You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

⁹បងប្អូនអើយមិនត្រូវរអ៊ូរទាំនឹងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកឡើយ ដើម្បីកុំអោយមានទោស ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែលជាចៅក្រម ទ្រង់ឈរនៅមាត់ទ្វារស្រាប់ហើយ។

⁹Don’t grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won’t be judged. Behold, the judge stands at the door.

¹⁰បងប្អូនអើយ ចូរយកតំរាប់តាមពួកព្យាការី ដែលបានរងទុក្ខលំបាក និង មានចិត្ដអត់ធ្មត់ ហើយថ្លែងព្រះបន្ទូលក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់។

¹⁰Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of patience, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.

¹¹យើងតែងតែសរសើរអស់អ្នកដែលចេះស៊ូទ្រាំថាជាអ្នកមានសុភមង្គល។ បងប្អូនធ្លាប់ឮគេនិយាយស្រាប់ហើយថា លោកយ៉ូបចេះស៊ូទ្រាំយ៉ាងណាៗនោះ ហើយបងប្អូនក៏ឃើញដែរថា នៅទីបំផុត ព្រះអម្ចាស់អោយគាត់បានទៅជាយ៉ាងណា ដ្បិតព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះហឫទ័យអាណិតអាសូរ និង មេត្ដាករុណាយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង។

¹¹Behold, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

¹²ជាពិសេស បងប្អូនអើយ កុំស្បថអោយសោះ គឺកុំយកមេឃ យកផែនដី ឬ យកអ្វីផ្សេងទៀតមកធ្វើជាប្រធានសម្បថឡើយ។ បើថា«មែន»អោយប្រាកដជា «មែន» «ទេ» អោយប្រាកដជា« ទេ» ដើម្បីកុំអោយមានទោស។

¹²But above all things, my brothers, don’t swear, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath; but let your “yes” be “yes,” and your “no,” “no”; so that you don’t fall into hypocrisy. TR reads “under judgment” instead of “into hypocrisy”

¹³ក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន បើមាននរណាម្នាក់កើតទុក្ខលំបាក ត្រូវអោយគាត់អធិស្ឋាន បើមាននរណាអរសប្បាយ ត្រូវច្រៀងបទលើកតម្កើងព្រះជាម្ចាស់។

¹³Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises.

¹⁴ក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន បើនរណាមានជំងឺ ត្រូវអញ្ជើញព្រឹទ្ធាចារ្យរបស់ក្រុមជំនុំមក ដើម្បីអោយលោកទាំងនោះអធិស្ឋានអោយគាត់ និង លាបប្រេង អោយក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់។

¹⁴Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord,

¹⁵and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

¹⁹បងប្អូនអើយ ក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន ប្រសិនបើមាននរណាម្នាក់បានវង្វេងចេញឆ្ងាយពីសេចក្ដីពិត ហើយបើមានម្នាក់ទៀតនាំគាត់អោយវិលត្រឡប់មកវិញ

¹⁹Brothers, if any among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back,

²⁰តោងដឹងថា អ្នកដែលនាំមនុស្សបាបអោយងាកចេញពីមាគ៌ាដែលគេវង្វេងនោះ បានសង្គ្រោះជីវិតគេអោយរួចពីស្លាប់ ព្រមទាំងគ្របបាំងអំពើបាបដ៏ច្រើនលើសលប់ផង។

²⁰let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.
