¹ពេលនោះ ព្រះវិញ្ញាណនាំព្រះយេស៊ូ ទៅវាលរហោស្ថាន អោយមារ សាតាំងល្បួង

¹Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

²បន្ទាប់ពីបានតមអាហារអស់រយៈពេលសែសិបថ្ងៃ សែសិបយប់មក ព្រះអង្គក៏ឃ្លាន។

²When he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was hungry afterward.

³មេល្បួងចូលមកជិតព្រះអង្គ ពោលថា៖ «ប្រសិនបើលោកពិតជាព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មែន សូមធ្វើអោយដុំថ្មទាំងនេះទៅជានំបុ័ងមើល៍!»។

³The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”

⁴ប៉ុន្ដែ ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលតបទៅវិញថា៖ «ក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងថា "មនុស្សមិនមែនរស់ដោយសារតែអាហារប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺរស់ដោយសារគ្រប់ព្រះបន្ទូល ដែលចេញមកពីព្រះឱស្ឋរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែរ" »។

⁴But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’” Deuteronomy 8:3

⁵ពេលនោះ មារនាំព្រះអង្គទៅក្រុង យេរូសាឡឹម ជាក្រុងដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ដាក់ព្រះអង្គលើកំពូលព្រះវិហារ

⁵Then the devil took him into the holy city. He set him on the pinnacle of the temple,

⁶ហើយពោលថា៖ «ប្រសិនបើលោកពិតជាព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មែន សូមលោតទម្លាក់ខ្លួនចុះទៅក្រោមមើល៍ដ្បិតក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងថា "ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងបញ្ជាអោយទេវតា ចាំទ្រលោក មិនអោយជើងលោកប៉ះទង្គិចនឹងថ្មឡើយ" »។

⁶and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down, for it is written, ‘He will put his angels in charge of you.’ and, ‘On their hands they will bear you up, so that you don’t dash your foot against a stone.’” Psalm 91:11-12

⁷ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅមារថា៖ «ក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងទៀតថា "កុំល្បងលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជាព្រះរបស់អ្នកឡើយ" »។

⁷Jesus said to him, “Again, it is written, ‘You shall not test the Lord, your God.’” Deuteronomy 6:16

⁸មារក៏នាំព្រះអង្គទៅលើកំពូលភ្នំមួយយ៉ាងខ្ពស់ ហើយចង្អុលបង្ហាញនគរទាំងប៉ុន្មានក្នុងពិភពលោក ព្រមទាំងអោយព្រះអង្គឃើញភោគទ្រព្យរបស់នគរទាំងនោះផង។

⁸Again, the devil took him to an exceedingly high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory.

⁹មារទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «ប្រសិនបើលោកក្រាបថ្វាយបង្គំខ្ញុំ ខ្ញុំនឹងប្រគល់សម្បត្ដិនេះអោយ!»។

⁹He said to him, “I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”

¹⁰ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅមារថា៖ «សាតាំងអើយ! ចូរថយចេញទៅ ដ្បិតក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងថា "អ្នកត្រូវថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះអម្ចាស់ជាព្រះរបស់អ្នក និង គោរពបំរើតែព្រះអង្គប៉ុណ្ណោះ"»។

¹⁰Then Jesus said to him, “Get behind me, TR and NU read “Go away” instead of “Get behind me” Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and you shall serve him only.’” Deuteronomy 6:13

¹¹ពេលនោះ មារក៏ចាកចេញពីព្រះអង្គទៅ ហើយមានពួកទេវតា នាំគ្នាចូលមកគាល់ និង បំរើព្រះអង្គ។

¹¹Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and served him.

¹²កាលព្រះយេស៊ូជ្រាបដំណឹងថា គេបានចាប់លោកយ៉ូហានយកទៅឃុំឃាំងហើយ ព្រះអង្គក៏ភៀសចេញទៅស្រុកកាលីឡេ។

¹²Now when Jesus heard that John was delivered up, he withdrew into Galilee.

¹³ព្រះអង្គចាកចេញពីភូមិណាសារ៉ែត ទៅស្នាក់នៅក្រុងកាពើណិមជិតមាត់សមុទ្រ ក្នុងតំបន់សាប់យ៉ូឡូន និង តំបន់ណែបថាលី

¹³Leaving Nazareth, he came and lived in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali,

¹⁴ដើម្បីអោយបានស្របនឹងសេចកី្ដដែលមានចែងទុកតាមរយៈព្យាការីអេសាយថា៖

¹⁴that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying,

¹⁵«ដែនដីសាប់យូឡូន និង ដែនដីណែបថាលី ដែលស្ថិតនៅតាមផ្លូវទៅកាន់សមុទ្រអើយ! ស្រុកខាងនាយទន្លេយ័រដាន់ ស្រុកកាលីឡេដែលសាសន៍ដទៃរស់នៅអើយ!

¹⁵“The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, toward the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,

¹⁶ប្រជាជនដែលអង្គុយនៅក្នុងទីងងឹត បានឃើញពន្លឺមួយដ៏ភ្លឺខ្លាំង ហើយមានពន្លឺមួយ លេចឡើង បំភ្លឺពួកអ្នករស់ក្នុងស្រុកដែល ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមអំណាចនៃសេចក្ដីស្លាប់»។

¹⁶the people who sat in darkness saw a great light, to those who sat in the region and shadow of death, to them light has dawned.” Isaiah 9:1-2

¹⁷តាំងពីគ្រានោះមក ព្រះយេស៊ូចាប់ផ្ដើមប្រកាសថា៖ «ចូរកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ដ្បិតព្រះរាជ្យ នៃស្ថានបរមសុខនៅជិតបង្កើយហើយ!»។

¹⁷From that time, Jesus began to preach, and to say, “Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”

¹⁸កាលព្រះអង្គយាងតាមឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកាលីឡេ ទ្រង់ទតឃើញបងប្អូនពីរនាក់ជាអ្នកនេសាទ កំពុងតែបង់សំណាញ់ គឺ លោកស៊ីម៉ូន ហៅពេត្រុស និង លោកអនទ្រេ ជាប្អូនរបស់គាត់។

¹⁸Walking by the sea of Galilee, he TR reads “Jesus” instead of “he” saw two brothers: Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.

¹⁹ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖ «សូមអញ្ជើញមកតាមខ្ញុំ ខ្ញុំនឹងតាំងអ្នកអោយនេសាទមនុស្សវិញ»។

¹⁹He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”

²⁰អ្នកទាំងពីរក៏ទុកសំណាញ់នៅទីនោះភ្លាម រួចដើរតាមព្រះអង្គទៅ។

²⁰They immediately left their nets and followed him.

²¹ព្រះយេស៊ូយាងទៅមុខឆ្ងាយបន្ដិច ព្រះអង្គទតឃើញបងប្អូនពីរនាក់ទៀត គឺលោកយ៉ាកុប និង លោកយ៉ូហាន ជាកូនរបស់លោកសេបេដេ កំពុងតែរៀបចំអួននៅក្នុងទូកជាមួយលោកសេបេដេ ជាឪពុក។ ព្រះអង្គក៏ត្រាស់ហៅអ្នកទាំងពីរ។

²¹Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. He called them.

²²អ្នកទាំងពីរចាកចោលទូក ចាកចោលឪពុកភ្លាម រួចដើរតាមព្រះយេស៊ូទៅ។

²²They immediately left the boat and their father, and followed him.

²³ព្រះយេស៊ូយាងកាត់ស្រុកកាលីឡេទាំងមូល ព្រះអង្គបង្រៀនអ្នកស្រុកនៅក្នុងសាលាប្រជុំ របស់ពួកគេ ព្រះអង្គប្រកាសដំណឹងល្អអំពីព្រះរាជ្យ ហើយប្រោសអ្នកជំងឺគ្រប់យ៉ាង និង មនុស្សពិការគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ក្នុងចំណោមប្រជាជន អោយបានជាផង។

²³Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.

²⁴ព្រះកិត្ដិនាមរបស់ព្រះអង្គក៏ល្បីឮខ្ចរខ្ចាយពាសពេញស្រុកស៊ីរីទាំងមូល។ គេបាននាំអស់អ្នកជំងឺគ្រប់យ៉ាង និង អ្នកកើតទុក្ខក្រំគ្រា មនុស្សអារក្សចូល មនុស្សឆ្កួតជ្រូក និង មនុស្សស្លាប់ដៃស្លាប់ជើង មករកព្រះអង្គ ព្រះអង្គក៏ប្រោសគេអោយបានជាទាំងអស់គ្នា។

²⁴The report about him went out into all Syria. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.

²⁵មានមហាជនជាច្រើន ពីស្រុកកាលីឡេ ស្រុកដេកាប៉ូល ក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម ស្រុកយូដា និង ពីតំបន់ខាងនាយទន្លេយ័រដាន់នាំគ្នាដើរតាមព្រះយេស៊ូ។

²⁵Great multitudes from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and from beyond the Jordan followed him.
