¹ហេតុនេះ បងប្អូនអើយ ខ្ញុំសូមដាស់តឿនបងប្អូនថាដោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះហឫទ័យអាណិតអាសូរបងប្អូន ចូរថ្វាយខ្លួនទៅព្រះអង្គ ទុកជាយញ្ញបូជាដ៏មានជីវិត ដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ហើយជាទីគាប់ព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។ បើបងប្អូនធ្វើដូច្នេះ ទើបហៅថាគោរពបំរើព្រះអង្គតាមរបៀបត្រឹមត្រូវមែន។

¹Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.

²មិនត្រូវយកតំរាប់តាមនិស្ស័យលោកីយ៍នេះឡើយ ត្រូវទុកអោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់កែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតបងប្អូនអោយទៅជាថ្មីទាំងស្រុងវិញ ដើម្បីអោយបងប្អូនចេះពិចារណាមើលថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់សព្វព្រះហឫទ័យនឹងអ្វីខ្លះគឺអ្វីដែលល្អ ដែលគាប់ព្រះហឫទ័យព្រះអង្គ និង គ្រប់លក្ខណៈ។

²Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

³ខ្ញុំសូមជំរាបបងប្អូន តាមព្រះអំណោយទានដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រទានមកខ្ញុំថា ម្នាក់ៗមិនត្រូវលើកតម្លៃខ្លួនឯងខ្ពស់ ហួសពីគំនិតដែលត្រូវគិតនោះឡើយ តែត្រូវគិតអោយបានសមរម្យតាមកំរិតនៃជំនឿ ដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានអោយម្នាក់ៗ។

³For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.

⁴រូបកាយមនុស្សយើងមានសរីរាង្គច្រើន ហើយសរីរាង្គនីមួយៗមានមុខងារខុសៗគ្នាយ៉ាងណា

⁴For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don’t have the same function,

⁵យើងក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ យើងមានគ្នាច្រើនរួមជាព្រះកាយតែមួយក្នុងអង្គព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ហើយម្នាក់ៗជាសរីរាង្គរបស់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

⁵so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.

⁶យើងមានព្រះអំណោយទានប្លែកៗពីគ្នា ស្របតាមព្រះគុណដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានមកយើង។ ប្រសិនបើបងប្អូនណាទទួលព្រះអំណោយទានខាងថ្លែង ព្រះបន្ទូល ត្រូវថ្លែងអោយស្របតាមជំនឿ

⁶Having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, if prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;

⁷អ្នកណាទទួលព្រះអំណោយទានខាងបំរើ ចូរបំរើទៅ អ្នកណាទទួលព្រះអំណោយទានខាងបង្រៀន ចូរបង្រៀនទៅ

⁷or service, let us give ourselves to service; or he who teaches, to his teaching;

⁸អ្នកដែលលើកទឹកចិត្ដបងប្អូន ចូរលើកទឹកចិត្ដគេទៅ អ្នកដែលចែកទ្រព្យរបស់ខ្លួន ចូរចែកដោយចិត្ដស្មោះសរអ្នកដែលដឹកនាំ ចូរដឹកនាំដោយចិត្ដខ្នះខ្នែង អ្នកដែលចែកទានដល់ជនក្រីក្រចូរចែកអោយគេដោយចិត្ដត្រេកអរ។

⁸or he who exhorts, to his exhorting: he who gives, let him do it with liberality; he who rules, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

⁹ចូរមានចិត្ដស្រឡាញ់ ដោយឥតលាក់ពុតឡើយ។ ចូរស្អប់ខ្ពើមអ្វីៗដែលអាក្រក់ ហើយជាប់ចិត្ដតែនឹងអ្វីៗដែលល្អវិញ។

⁹Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.

¹⁰ចូរស្រឡាញ់រាប់អានគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ទុកដូចជាបងប្អូនបង្កើត។ ត្រូវលើកកិត្ដិយសគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកដោយចិត្ដគោរព។

¹⁰In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate one to another; in honor preferring one another;

¹¹ត្រូវឧស្សាហ៍ខ្នះខ្នែង កុំខ្ជឹលច្រអូសឡើយ។ ត្រូវបំរើព្រះអម្ចាស់ដោយចិត្ដក្លៀវក្លា។

¹¹not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

¹²ចូរសប្បាយរីករាយដោយចិត្ដសង្ឃឹម។ ចូរកាន់ចិត្ដអត់ធ្មត់ក្នុងពេលមានទុក្ខលំបាក។ ចូរព្យាយាមអធិស្ឋាន ។

¹²rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer;

¹³ត្រូវជួយទំនុកបំរុងប្រជាជនដ៏វិសុទ្ធ ដែលខ្វះខាត ព្រមទាំងទទួលភ្ញៀវដោយរាក់ទាក់ផង។

¹³contributing to the needs of the saints; given to hospitality.

¹⁴ត្រូវជូនពរអស់អ្នកដែលបៀតបៀនបងប្អូនត្រូវជូនពរគេ កុំដាក់បណ្ដាសាគេឡើយ។

¹⁴Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse.

¹⁵ចូរអរសប្បាយជាមួយអស់អ្នកដែលអរសប្បាយ ចូរយំសោកជាមួយអស់អ្នកដែលយំសោក។

¹⁵Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep.

¹⁶ត្រូវមានចិត្ដគំនិតចុះសំរុងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ មិនត្រូវមានគំនិតលើកខ្លួនឡើយតែត្រូវចាប់ចិត្ដនឹងអ្វីៗដែលទន់ទាបវិញ។ មិនត្រូវអួតខ្លួនថាជាអ្នកមានប្រាជ្ញាឡើយ។

¹⁶Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits.

¹⁷កុំប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់តបនឹងអំពើអាក្រក់ ត្រូវគិតតែពីប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អនៅចំពោះមុខមនុស្សទាំងអស់វិញ។

¹⁷Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.

¹⁸ផ្នែកឯខាងបងប្អូន ប្រសិនបើបងប្អូនអាចធ្វើបាន ត្រូវរស់នៅដោយសុខសាន្ដជាមួយមនុស្សទាំងអស់ទៅ។

¹⁸If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

¹⁹បងប្អូនជាទីស្រឡាញ់អើយ មិនត្រូវសងសឹកដោយខ្លួនឯងឡើយ គឺទុកអោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់សំដែងព្រះពិរោធចំពោះគេវិញ ដ្បិតមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «ព្រះអម្ចាស់មានព្រះបន្ទូលថា "ការសងសឹកស្រេចតែលើយើង គឺយើងទេតើដែលនឹងតបទៅគេ"។

¹⁹Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Deuteronomy 32:35

²⁰ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ "ប្រសិនបើខ្មាំងសត្រូវរបស់អ្នកឃ្លាន ចូរយកម្ហូបអាហារអោយគេបរិភោគទៅ ប្រសិនបើគេស្រេក ចូរអោយទឹកគេផឹកផងធ្វើដូច្នេះ ប្រៀបបីដូចជាប្រមូលរងើកភ្លើទៅដាក់ពីលើក្បាលរបស់គេ"»។

²⁰Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Proverbs 25:21-22

²¹មិនត្រូវចាញ់ការអាក្រក់ឡើយ គឺត្រូវឈ្នះការអាក្រក់ ដោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អវិញ។

²¹Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
