1이스라엘 자손이 모세와 아론의 관할하에 그 항오대로 애굽 땅에서 나오던 때의 노정이 이러하니라
1These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went forth out of the land of Egypt according to their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2모세가 여호와의 명대로 그 노정을 따라 그 진행한 것을 기록하였으니 그 진행한 대로 그 노정은 이러하니라
2And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Jehovah; and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3그들이 정월 십오일에 라암셋에서 발행하였으니 곧 유월절 다음날이라 이스라엘 자손이 애굽 모든 사람의 목전에서 큰 권능으로 나왔으니
3They journeyed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month. On the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
4애굽인은 여호와께서 그들 중에 치신 그 모든 장자를 장사하는 때라 여호와께서 그들의 신들에게도 벌을 주셨더라
4And the Egyptians buried those whom Jehovah had smitten among them, all the firstborn; and upon their gods Jehovah executed judgments.
5이스라엘 자손이 라암셋에서 발행하여 숙곳에 진 쳤고
5And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.
6숙곳에서 발행하여 광야 끝 에담에 진 쳤고
6And they removed from Succoth and encamped in Etham, which is at the end of the wilderness.
7에담에서 발행하여 바알스본 앞 비하히롯으로 돌아가서 믹돌 앞에 진 쳤고
7And they removed from Etham, and turned back to Pi-hahiroth, which is opposite Baal-Zephon, and encamped before Migdol.
8하히롯 앞에서 발행하여 바다 가운데로 지나 광야에 이르고 에담 광야로 삼일 길쯤 들어가서 마라에 진 쳤고
8And they removed from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.
9마라에서 발행하여 엘림에 이르니 엘림에는 샘물 열 둘과 종려 칠십 주가 있으므로 거기 진 쳤고
9And they removed from Marah, and came to Elim; and in Elim were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm-trees, and they encamped there.
10엘림에서 발행하여 홍해 가에 진 쳤고
10And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
11홍해 가에서 발행하여 신 광야에 진 쳤고
11And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
12신 광야에서 발행하여
12And they removed from the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
13돕 가에 진 쳤고 돕가에서 발행하여 알루스에 진 쳤고
13And they removed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14알루스에서 발행하여 르비딤에 진 쳤는데 거기는 백성의 마실 물이 없었더라
14And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.
15르비딤에서 발행하여 시내 광야에 진 쳤고
15And they removed from Rephidim, and encamped in the wilderness of Sinai.
16시내 광야에서 발행하여 기브롯핫다아와에 진 쳤고
16And they removed from the wilderness of Sinai, and encamped at Kibroth-hattaavah.
17기브롯핫다아와에서 발행하여 하세롯에 진 쳤고
17And they removed from Kibroth-hattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
18하세롯에서 발행하여 릿마에 진 쳤고
18And they removed from Hazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.
19릿마에서 발행하여 림몬베레스에 진 쳤고
19And they removed from Rithmah, and encamped at Rimmon-perez.
20림몬베레스에서 발행하여 립나에 진 쳤고
20And they removed from Rimmon-perez, and encamped in Libnah.
21립나에서 발행하여 릿사에 진 쳤고
21And they removed from Libnah, and encamped at Rissah.
22릿사에서 발행하여 그헬라다에 진 쳤고
22And they removed from Rissah, and encamped in Kehelathah.
23그헬라다에서 발행하여 세벨산에 진 쳤고
23And they removed from Kehelathah, and encamped in mount Shapher.
24세벨산에서 발행하여 하라다에 진 쳤고
24And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
25하라다에서 발행하여 막헬롯에 진 쳤고
25And they removed from Haradah, and encamped in Makheloth.
26막헬롯에서 발행하여 다핫에 진 쳤고
26And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
27다핫에서 발행하여 데라에 진 쳤고
27And they removed from Tahath, and encamped at Terah.
28데라에서 발행하여 밋가에 진 쳤고
28And they removed from Terah, and encamped in Mithcah.
29밋가에서 발행하여 하스모나에 진 쳤고
29And they removed from Mithcah, and encamped in Hashmonah.
30하스모나에서 발행하여 모세롯에 진 쳤고
30And they removed from Hashmonah, and encamped in Moseroth.
31모세롯에서 발행하여 브네야아간에 진 쳤고
31And they removed from Moseroth, and encamped in Bene-Jaakan.
32브네야아간에서 발행하여 홀하깃갓에 진 쳤고
32And they removed from Bene-Jaakan, and encamped at Hor-hagidgad.
33홀하깃갓에서 발행하여 욧바다에 진 쳤고
33And they removed from Hor-hagidgad, and encamped in Jotbathah.
34욧바다에서 발행하여 아브로나에 진 쳤고
34And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Abronah.
35아브로나에서 발행하여 에시온게벨에 진 쳤고
35And they removed from Abronah, and encamped at Ezion-geber.
36에시온게벨에서 발행하여 신 광야 곧 가데스에 진 쳤고
36And they removed from Ezion-geber, and encamped in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37가데스에서 발행하여 에돔 국경 호르산에 진 쳤더라
37And they removed from Kadesh, and encamped in mount Hor, in the border of the land of Edom.
38이스라엘 자손이 애굽 땅에서 나온 지 사십년 오월 일일에 제사장 아론이 여호와의 명으로 호르산에 올라가 거기서 죽었으니
38And Aaron the priest went up mount Hor by the commandment of Jehovah, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first of the month.
39아론이 호르산에서 죽던 때에 나이 일백 이십 삼세이었더라
39And Aaron was a hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on mount Hor.
40가나안 땅 남방에 거한 가나안 사람 아랏 왕이 이스라엘의 옴을 들었더라
40And the Canaanite, the king of Arad who dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41그들이 호르산에서 발행하여 살모나에 진 쳤고
41And they removed from mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.
42살모나에서 발행하여 부논에 진 쳤고
42And they removed from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.
43부논에서 발행하여 오봇에 진 쳤고
43And they removed from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.
44오봇에서 발행하여 모압 변경 이예아바림에 진 쳤고
44And they removed from Oboth, and encamped in Ijim-Abarim, in the border of Moab.
45이임에서 발행하여 디본갓에 진 쳤고
45And they removed from Ijim, and encamped in Dibon-Gad.
46디본갓에서 발행하여 알몬디블라다임에 진 쳤고
46And they removed from Dibon-Gad, and encamped in Almon-Diblathaim.
47알몬디블라다임에서 발행하여 느보 앞 아바림 산에 진 쳤고
47And they removed from Almon-Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48아바림 산에서 발행하여 여리고 맞은편 요단 가 모압 평지에 진쳤으니
48And they removed from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan of Jericho.
49요단 가 모압 평지의 진이 벧여시못에서부터 아벨싯딤에 미쳤었더라
49And they encamped by the Jordan, from Beth-jeshimoth unto Abel-Shittim, in the plains of Moab.
50여리고 맞은편 요단 가 모압 평지에서 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
50And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan of Jericho, saying,
51이스라엘 자손에게 말하여 그들에게 이르라 너희가 요단을 건너 가나안 땅에 들어가거든
51Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over Jordan into the land of Canaan,
52그 땅 거민을 너희 앞에서 다 몰아내고 그 새긴 석상과 부어 만든 우상을 다 파멸하며 산당을 다 훼파하고
52then ye shall dispossess all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and ye shall destroy all their figured images, and all their molten images shall ye destroy, and all their high places shall ye lay waste;
53그 땅을 취하여 거기 거하라 내가 그 땅을 너희 산업으로 너희에게 주었음이라
53and ye shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein, for to you have I given the land to possess it.
54너희의 가족을 따라서 그 땅을 제비뽑아 나눌 것이니 수가 많으면 많은 기업을 주고 적으면 적은 기업을 주되 각기 제비뽑힌 대로 그 소유가 될 것인즉 너희 열조의 지파를 따라 기업을 얻을 것이니라
54And ye shall take for yourselves the land as an inheritance by lot according to your families: to the many ye shall increase their inheritance, and to the few thou shalt diminish their inheritance: where the lot falleth to him, there shall be each man's [inheritance]; according to the tribes of your fathers shall ye take for yourselves the inheritance.
55너희가 만일 그 땅 거민을 너희 앞에서 몰아내지 아니하면 너희의 남겨둔 자가 너희의 눈에 가시와 너희의 옆구리에 찌르는 것이 되어 너희 거하는 땅에서 너희를 괴롭게 할 것이요
55But if ye will not dispossess the inhabitants of the land from before you, those that ye let remain of them shall be thorns in your eyes, and pricks in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land wherein ye dwell.
56나는 그들에게 행하기로 생각한 것을 너희에게 행하리라
56And it shall come to pass that I will do unto you as I thought to do unto them.
