¹యేసు కిరిస్తుని పనివాండు, ఏపారి అత్త సీమోను పేతురు అత్త నన్న, మా తిస్తె విలువత్త నమ్మకమ్ కలిగి మందనోరికి ఈ ఉత్తరతిని రాసనాన్. మన థేమండత్త రచ్చకుండు ఇంథాని యేసు కిరిస్తుని నిజాయుతితిని పెయుసి ఆ నమ్మక్కతిని ఏంతాడ్.

¹Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained a like precious faith with us in the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ:

²థేమండు ఓని దయతిని మీకు సామంతంగా తోపిసి, మీకు ఎక్కువా సమా ఈసి మీమిని థీవిసవాలె ఇంజి, మల్ల, మీరు మన పెబు అత్త యేసు కిరిస్తుని నిజంగా తెలుస్కునుంజి, థాంటె పెరసవాలింజి నన్నా పాదన తుంగనాన్.

²Grace to you and peace be multiplied in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,

³ఈలా మనాడు థేమటె పొం్రొ బకితి తాసి బతకవాలె ఇంజి థేమండు ఓని గొప్ప సకితితిని పెయుసి కావలస్తవంతా మనాంకి ఇత్తొ. మనాడు కిరిస్తుని తెలుసుకునుంజి ఓని గొప్పతనాతె, మంచితనాతె పాలాదవాలె ఇంజి ఓండు మనాని కరంగ్తో.

³seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue;

⁴ఈలా మనాడు ఈ లోకాతె సెడ్డ ఆసకినుంచి వాథాని నాసనతెనుంచి తప్పిసి, ఓని మంచి గొనాతె మనాడు పాలువారాసి మందవాలె ఇంజి గొప్ప విలువత్త ఓని పమానకిని థేమండు మనకిత్తొ.

⁴by which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.

⁵ఈలా థేమండు మనాంకి అంతా తుంగి మన్నంగా, మీరు అన్నిపయత్తనాకు తుంగనోరాసి, మీ నమ్మక్కంతోటె మంచితనమ్ కలియు మంథాటి; మంచితనమ్తోటె గ్యానమ్ కలియు మంథాటి.

⁵Yes, and for this very cause adding on your part all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence; and in moral excellence, knowledge;

⁶గ్యానతోటె ఆసకిని ఆబ్తుంగాని సకితి కలియు మంథాటి; ఆసకిని ఆబ్తుంగాని సకితితోటె ఓపికతిని, ఓపికతోటె థేమటె బకితి కలియు మంథాటి.

⁶and in knowledge, self-control; and in self-control patience; and in patience godliness;

⁷థేమటె బకితితోటె జతగాకిని పొం్రో పేమ కలియు మంథాటి; పేమతోటె దయూ కలియు మంథాటి.

⁷and in godliness brotherly affection; and in brotherly affection, love.

⁸గాబట్టి ఇవ్వంతా మీకు కలియు వాంటె మీరు పెరిసి మతుకు, ఇవ్వంతా మన పెబు అత్త యేసు కిరిస్తుని మీరు తెలుసుకుండటాతె సురుకు మందనోరుగా, మంచి తుంగనోరుగా తుంగితా.

⁸For if these things are yours and abound, they make you to be not idle nor unfruitful to the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

⁹గోని ఇవ్వంతా ఇల్లోవాండు బేనోండో ఓండు గుడ్డివానినా మస్క కండ్కినోండినా మంత్తో. ఆలోంటోండు, ఎనక ఓండు తుంగ్త పాపకినుంచి నొర్తబరిసి మినొ ఇంథాని సంగతిని మరెంగి అత్తోండుగా మంత్తో.

⁹For he who lacks these things is blind, seeing only what is near, having forgotten the cleansing from his old sins.

¹⁰గాబట్టి నా జతగాక్కినీరె, థేమండు మీమిని కరంగ్తో; మీమిని తెలుసుకుట్టొ ఇందంథాంటె నిలకడగా మందనాంకి మీరు మంచి పయత్తనమ్ తుంగవాలె. ఈలా మీరు తుంగ్తు బెస్కె గూడ పాపతె అరిసి థాయలీరి.

¹⁰Therefore, brothers, The word for “brothers” here and where context allows may also be correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble.

¹¹ఈలా మీరు మతుకు మన థేమండు, మన రచ్చకుండు అత్త యేసు కిరిస్తు బెస్కెటికి పాలిసాని థేసాతె పూర్తి అక్కు మందనోరుగా మంత్తీర్.

¹¹For thus you will be richly supplied with the entrance into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

¹²గాబట్టి మీకు ఈ సంగతి అంతా తెలియు మింథె. అత్కన్న మీరు నిజంగా తెలుసుకుట్ట ఈ నిజాయుతితె మీరు నిలకడగానె మినిరి. అత్కన్నా వీటిని మీకు గ్యాపకమ్ తుంగి నన్న రాసనాన్.

¹²Therefore I will not be negligent to remind you of these things, though you know them, and are established in the present truth.

¹³మన పెబు అత్త యేసు కిరిస్తు నాకు తేటంగా కెచ్చి మత్తాటు, నన్న ఈ ఒల్దె సేన రోజుకు బతుకాలాను ఇంజి నన్న తెలుసుకునుంజి,

¹³I think it right, as long as I am in this tent, to stir you up by reminding you;

¹⁴నన్న బతక్త రోజుకంతా మీకు ఈ సంగతి అంతా గ్యాపకమ్ తుంగి, మీమిని పొం్రొటికి తేత్తటమ్ అవసరమింజి అనుకునుంజనాన్.

¹⁴knowing that the putting off of my tent comes swiftly, even as our Lord Jesus Christ made clear to me.

¹⁵మల్ల నన్న డొల్లి అత్త పాయ వీటిని మీరు బెస్కెటికి గ్యాపకమ్ తుంగనాటు నన్న పయతనమ్ తుంగనాన్.

¹⁵Yes, I will make every effort that you may always be able to remember these things even after my departure.

¹⁶మన పెబు అత్త యేసు కిరిస్తు గొప్పంగా గిరుడ్డి వాదంథాని గురుంచి మీకు మమ్మ కెత్తస్కె మనుసుర్కు కెత్త వట్టి వియూసోడి తిస్తె కెత్తిల్లామ్. మమ్మ కెత్తనద్దు బాతథింజోరె మాకు ఎరకె. బేలాయుతుకు, మమ్మ ఓని గొప్పతనతిని మా సొంత కండ్కినితోటె ఊడ్తామ్.

¹⁶For we did not follow cunningly devised fables, when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

¹⁷For he received from God the Father honor and glory, when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 17:5; Mark 9:7; Luke 9:35

¹⁸మమ్మ ఓనితోటె ఆ సుబ్బరంగ మత్త మెటాతె పొం్రొ మత్తస్కె ఆకాసతెనుంచి తిరియుత్త ఆ లేంగు మమ్మ కేంజ్తామ్.

¹⁸We heard this voice come out of heaven when we were with him on the holy mountain.

¹⁹అథ్దె అయ్యోకా గొప్ప నిరిచ్చన ఈథాని థేమండు కెత్త మాటాకు గూడ మనయగ్గ మినా. పంగువీయనస్కె పేతాని వియుక్కా మెర్సతాటు, ఈకడ్దె వెన్నిలా ఈథాని థీపెమ్ తిస్తె మంథాని థేమటె మాటా వీ

¹⁹We have the more sure word of prophecy; and you do well that you heed it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns, and the morning star arises in your hearts:

²⁰థేమటె పుస్తకాతె మంథాని థేమటె మాటాక్కంతా, మనుసుర్కు బేనోరు గూడ ఓరికి ఇస్టమ్ వత్తాటు అర్దమ్ కెత్తనవయ్యో ఇంజి మీరు మొథోటి తెలుసుకుండవాలె.

²⁰knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of private interpretation.

²¹గాబట్టి థేమటే మాటా బెస్కెటికన్న మనుసుర్కిని ఇస్టతిని పెయుసి కెత్తనదయ్యో. గొని థేమండే సుబ్బమ్ మంథాని ఆత్మ థోరింపినె మనుసుర్కిని నడిపిసి, అస్కె ఓరు తిరియుతోరు.

²¹For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit.
