1 "Llesgaodd fy ysbryd, ciliodd fy nyddiau; beddrod fydd fy rhan.
2He pono he hunga tawai enei kei ahau, a kei roto tonu toku kanohi i a ratou whakakarangitanga.

6 "Gwnaeth fi'n ddihareb i'r bobl; yr wyf yn un y maent yn poeri arno.
7Kua atarua toku kanohi i te tangi, rite tonu ki te atarangi oku wahi katoa.
7 Pylodd fy llygaid o achos gofid; aeth fy nghorff i gyd fel cysgod.
8Ka miharo te hunga tika ki tenei, a ka whakaoho te tangata harakore i a ia ano hei whakahe i te atuakore.
8 Synna'r cyfiawn at y fath beth, a ffyrniga'r uniawn yn erbyn yr annuwiol.
9Otiia ka mau te tangata tika ki tona ara, a ko te tangata ringa ma ka neke haere ake te kaha.
9 Fe geidw'r cyfiawn at ei ffordd, a bydd y gl�n ei ddwylo yn ychwanegu nerth.
10¶ Ko koutou katoa ia tahuri, anga mai nei, e kore hoki tetahi tangata mahara e kitea e ahau i roto i a koutou.
10 Pe baech i gyd yn rhoi ailgynnig, eto ni chawn neb doeth yn eich plith.
11Kua pahemo oku ra, motumotuhia ake oku whakaaro i whakatakoto ai, tae noa ki nga whakaaro o toku ngakau.
11 "Ciliodd fy nyddiau; methodd f'amcanion a dyhead fy nghalon.
12Ko te po kua meinga e ratou hei ao; ko te marama, e ki ana ratou, e tata tonu ana ki te pouri.
12 Gwn�nt y nos yn ddydd � dewisant weld goleuni er gwaethaf y tywyllwch.
13Ki te titiro ahau i te reinga hei whare moku; mehemea kua wharikitia e ahau toku moenga ki te pouri;
13 Pa obaith sydd gennyf? Sheol fydd fy nghartref; cyweiriaf fy ngwely yn y tywyllwch;
14Mehemea kua karanga ahau ki te pirau, ko koe toku papa; ki te iro ranei, ko koe toku whaea, toku tuahine!
14 dywedaf wrth y pwll, 'Ti yw fy nhad', ac wrth lyngyr, 'Fy mam a'm chwaer'.
15Kei hea ra he tumanakohanga atu moku? A ko taku e tumanako atu ai ko wai e kite?
15 Ble, felly, y mae fy ngobaith? A phwy a w�l obaith imi?
16Ka riro ki raro ki nga taha o te reinga, ina whai okiokinga i roto i te puehu.
16 Oni ddisgyn y rhai hyn i Sheol? Onid awn i gyd i'r llwch?"
