5 Am hynny enwyd y lle hwnnw Bochim; ac offrymasant yno aberth i'r ARGLWYDD.

11Na ka mahi nga tamariki a Iharaira i te kino i te tirohanga a Ihowa, ka mahi hoki ki nga Paara.
11 Gwnaeth yr Israeliaid yr hyn oedd ddrwg yng ngolwg yr ARGLWYDD; aethant i addoli'r Baalim,

14 Cyneuodd llid yr ARGLWYDD yn erbyn Israel, a rhoddodd hwy yn llaw rhai a fu'n eu hanrheithio, a gwerthodd hwy i law eu gelynion oddi amgylch, fel nad oeddent bellach yn medru gwrthsefyll eu gelynion.
15I o ratou haerenga katoa, i runga i a ratou te ringa o Ihowa mo te kino; i rite hoki ki ta Ihowa i korero ai, ki ta Ihowa hoki i oati ai ki a ratou; na te taea to ratou raru.
15 I ble bynnag yr aent, yr oedd llaw yr ARGLWYDD yn eu herbyn er drwg, fel yr oedd wedi addo a thyngu iddynt. Ac aeth yn gyfyng iawn arnynt.

16 Yna fe gododd yr ARGLWYDD farnwyr a'u hachubodd o law eu hanrheithwyr.
17Heoi kihai ano ratou i whakarongo ki o ratou kaiwhakarite; na kei te puremu, kei te whai ki nga atua ke, kei te koropiko ki a ratou: hohoro tonu to ratou peka ke i te ara i haere ai o ratou matua, ara i te whakarongo ki nga whakahau a Ihowa; kih ai ratou i pera.
17 Eto nid oeddent yn gwrando hyd yn oed ar eu barnwyr, ond yn hytrach yn puteinio ar �l duwiau estron ac yn ymgrymu iddynt, gan gefnu'n fuan ar y ffordd a gerddodd eu hynafiaid mewn ufudd-dod i orchmynion yr ARGLWYDD; ni wnaent hwy felly.
18A i nga wa i whakaara ake ai a Ihowa i nga kaiwhakarite mo ratou, na i te kaiwhakarite a Ihowa, a whakaorangia ake ratou e ia i te ringa o o ratou hoariri i nga ra katoa o te kaiwhakarite: i puta ke hoki te whakaaro o Ihowa i a ratou e aue ana i o ratou kaitukino, i o ratou kaiwhakatoi.
18 Pan fyddai'r ARGLWYDD yn codi barnwr iddynt, byddai ef gyda'r barnwr ac yn eu gwaredu o law eu gelynion holl ddyddiau y barnwr hwnnw; oherwydd byddai'r ARGLWYDD yn tosturio wrthynt yn eu griddfan o achos eu gormeswyr a'u cystuddwyr.
19A, no te matenga o te kaiwhakarite, ka hoki ratou ki muri, nui atu to ratou takanga i to o ratou matua; i haere hoki ki te whai i nga atua ke, mahi ai ki a ratou, koropiko ai ki a ratou; kihai i mutu a ratou mahi, me ta ratou tikanga pakeke.
19 Eto, pan fyddai farw'r barnwr, yn �l yr aent ac ymddwyn yn fwy llygredig na'u hynafiaid, gan fynd ar �l duwiau estron i'w haddoli ac ymgrymu iddynt, heb roi heibio yr un o'u harferion na'u ffyrdd gwrthnysig.
20Na ka mura te riri o Ihowa ki a Iharaira, a ka mea ia, Na, kua takahia e tenei iwi taku kawenata i whakahaua e ahau ki o ratou matua; kihai ano i rongo ki toku reo;
20 Cyneuodd llid yr ARGLWYDD yn erbyn Israel, a dywedodd, "Am i'r genedl hon droseddu fy nghyfamod a orchmynnais i'w hynafiaid, heb wrando ar fy llais,
21Na, e kore ano ahau e pei atu i tetahi tangata i mua i a ratou o nga iwi i mahue iho i a Hohua i tona matenga.
21 nid wyf finnau am ddisodli o'u blaen yr un o'r cenhedloedd a adawodd Josua pan fu farw."
22Kia ai ratou hei whakamatautau maku i a Iharaira, e mau ranei ki te ara o Ihowa haere ai; e rite ranei te mau ki ta o ratou matua, kahore ranei.
22 Gadawyd hwy i brofi'r Israeliaid, i weld a fyddent yn cadw ffordd yr ARGLWYDD ai peidio, ac yn rhodio ynddi fel y gwnaeth eu hynafiaid.
23Na ka waiho era iwi e Ihowa, kihai hoki i hohoro te peia atu; kihai ano hoki i tukua ki te ringa o Hohua.
23 Gadawodd yr ARGLWYDD y cenhedloedd hyn heb eu disodli ar unwaith, na'u rhoi yn llaw Josua.
