4 Fe saif ac arwain y praidd yn nerth yr ARGLWYDD, ac ym mawredd enw'r ARGLWYDD ei Dduw. A byddant yn ddiogel, oherwydd bydd ef yn fawr hyd derfynau'r ddaear;

5 ac yna bydd heddwch. Pan ddaw Asyria i'n gwlad, a cherdded hyd ein tir, codwn yn ei erbyn saith o fugeiliaid ac wyth o arweinwyr pobl.

7 A bydd gweddill Jacob yng nghanol pobloedd lawer, fel gwlith oddi wrth yr ARGLWYDD, fel cawodydd ar laswellt, nad ydynt yn disgwyl wrth ddyn, nac yn aros am feibion dynion.
8Na ka waiho te toenga o Hakopa i roto i nga tauiwi, i roto i nga iwi maha; ka rite ki te raiona i roto i nga kararehe o te ngahere, ki te kuao raiona i roto i nga kauhui hipi: na ki te tika atu ia i waenga, ka takatakahia e ia, ka haehaea, kahore hoki he kaiwhakaora.
8 A bydd gweddill Jacob ymhlith y cenhedloedd, ac yng nghanol pobloedd lawer, fel llew ymysg anifeiliaid y goedwig, fel llew ifanc ymhlith diadelloedd defaid, sydd, wrth fynd heibio, yn mathru ac yn malurio, heb neb i waredu.
9Whakaarahia tou ringa ki runga ake i ou hoariri, hatepea atu hoki ou hoariri katoa.
9 Bydd dy law wedi ei chodi yn erbyn dy wrthwynebwyr, a thorrir ymaith dy holl elynion.
10Na i taua ra, e ai ta Ihowa, ka hatepea atu e ahau au hoiho i roto i a koe, ka kore ano i ahau au hariata;
10 "Yn y dydd hwnnw," medd yr ARGLWYDD, "distrywiaf dy feirch o'ch plith, a dinistriaf dy gerbydau.
11A ka whakakorea atu e ahau nga pa o tou whenua, ka wawahia ano e ahau ou pa kaha katoa;
11 Distrywiaf ddinasoedd dy wlad, a mathraf dy holl geyrydd.
12Ka hatepea atu hoki e ahau nga makutu i roto i tou ringa, a ka kore nga tohunga maori i roto i a koe:
12 Distrywiaf swyngyfaredd o'th afael, ac ni fydd gennyt ddewiniaid.
13Ka hatepea atu hoki e ahau au whakapakoko, me au pou whakaahua i roto i a koe: a e kore koe e koropiko i muri nei ki te mahi a ou ringa.
13 Distrywiaf dy gerfddelwau a'th golofnau o'ch mysg, a mwyach nid addoli waith dy ddwylo dy hun.
14Ka hutia ano e ahau Aherimi i roto i a koe: a ka huna e ahau ou pa.
14 Diwreiddiaf y prennau Asera yn eich plith, a dinistriaf dy ddinasoedd.
15Ka rapua hoki e ahau he utu i nga tauiwi i runga i te riri, i te weriweri, kihai nei ratou i whakarongo.
15 Mewn llid a digofaint fe ddialaf ar yr holl genhedloedd na fuont yn ufudd."
