²He tekateka noa hoki te korero a nga terapimi, he teka te kite a nga tohunga, he horihori nga moe i korerotia e ratou; he hanga noa iho ta ratou whakamarie, na reira haere ana ratou ano he kahui hipi; karangirangi kau ana i te kore hepara.

² Oherwydd y mae'r teraffim yn llefaru oferedd, a gweledigaeth y dewiniaid yn gelwydd; cyhoeddant freuddwydion twyllodrus, a chynnig cysur gwag. Am hynny y mae'r bobl yn crwydro fel defaid, yn druenus am eu bod heb fugail.

³I mura toku riri ki nga hepara, i whiua ano e ahau nga koati toa: kua tae mai hoki a Ihowa o nga mano ki tana kahui, ki te whare o Hura, kua mea i a ratou hei hoiho atanga mona i te tatauranga.

³ "Enynnodd fy llid yn erbyn y bugeiliaid, a dygaf gosb ar arweinwyr y praidd; oherwydd gofala ARGLWYDD y Lluoedd am ei braidd, tu375? Jwda, a'u gwneud yn farch-rhyfel balch.

⁴No roto i a ia te putanga ake o te kohatu o te kokonga, no roto i a ia te whao, no roto i a ia te kopere mo te tatauranga, no roto i a ia nga kaiakiaki katoa, rupeke, rupeke.

⁴ Ohonynt hwy y daw'r conglfaen a hoelen y babell; ohonynt hwy y daw'r bwa rhyfel; ohonynt hwy y daw pob cadfridog.

⁶Na ka kaha i ahau te whare o Hura, ka ora ano i ahau te whare o Hohepa, ka whakahokia ki te nohoanga; no te mea ka tohungia ratou e ahau, a me te mea kihai ratou i peia e ahau; ko ahau hoki, ko Ihowa, to ratou Atua, ka whakarongo ano ahau ki a ra tou.

⁶ Gwnaf du375? Jwda yn nerthol, a gwaredaf du375? Joseff; dychwelaf hwy am fy mod yn tosturio wrthynt, a byddant fel pe bawn heb erioed eu gwrthod; oherwydd myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD eu Duw, ac fe'u hatebaf.

⁷Na ka rite nga Eparaimi ki te marohirohi, ka koa ano to ratou ngakau me te mea na te waina: ka kite ano a ratou tamariki, a ka koa; ka whakamanamana to ratou ngakau ki a Ihowa.

⁷ Yna bydd Effraim fel rhyfelwr, a'i galon yn llawenhau fel gan win, a bydd ei blant yn gweld ac yn llawenychu, a'u calonnau'n gorfoleddu yn yr ARGLWYDD.

⁸Ka hi ahau ki a ratou, ka huihui i a ratou; kua hokona hoki ratou e ahau; a ka tini ratou, ka pera me ratou i tini ra.

⁸ Chwibanaf arnynt i'w casglu ynghyd, oherwydd gwaredaf hwy, a byddant cyn amled ag y buont gynt.

⁹A ka whakatokia ratou e ahau ki roto ki nga iwi, ka mahara ano ratou ki ahau i nga whenua tawhiti, ka ora hoki ratou me a ratou tamariki, a ka hoki.

⁹ Er imi eu gwasgaru ymysg cenhedloedd, eto mewn gwledydd pell fe'm cofiant, a magu plant, a dychwelyd.
