1യഹോവ പിന്നെയും ഇയ്യോബിനോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു എന്തെന്നാല്‍
1Moreover Yahweh answered Job,
2ആക്ഷേപകന്‍ സര്‍വ്വശക്തനോടു വാദിക്കുമോ? ദൈവത്തോടു തര്‍ക്കിക്കുന്നവന്‍ ഇതിന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയട്ടെ.
2“Shall he who argues contend with the Almighty? He who argues with God, let him answer it.”
3അതിന്നു ഇയ്യോബ് യഹോവയോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു
3Then Job answered Yahweh,
4ഞാന്‍ നിസ്സാരനല്ലോ, ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു എന്തുത്തരം പറയേണ്ടു? ഞാന്‍ കൈകൊണ്ടു വായി പൊത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.
4“Behold, I am of small account. What shall I answer you? I lay my hand on my mouth.
5ഒരുവട്ടം ഞാന്‍ സംസാരിച്ചു; ഇനി ഉത്തരം പറകയില്ല. രണ്ടുവട്ടം ഞാന്‍ ഉരചെയ്തു; ഇനി മിണ്ടുകയില്ല.
5I have spoken once, and I will not answer; Yes, twice, but I will proceed no further.”
6അപ്പോള്‍ യഹോവ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റില്‍നിന്നു ഇയ്യോബിനോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാല്‍
6Then Yahweh answered Job out of the whirlwind,
7നീ പുരുഷനെപ്പോലെ അര മുറുക്കിക്കൊള്‍ക; ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കും; നീ എനിക്കു ഗ്രഹിപ്പിച്ചുതരിക.
7“Now brace yourself like a man. I will question you, and you will answer me.
8നീ എന്റെ ന്യായത്തെ ദുര്‍ബ്ബലപ്പെടുത്തുമോ? നീ നീതിമാനാകേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നെ കുറ്റം പറയുമോ?
8Will you even annul my judgment? Will you condemn me, that you may be justified?
9ദൈവത്തിന്നുള്ളതുപോലെ നിനക്കു ഭുജം ഉണ്ടോ? അവനെപ്പോലെ നിനക്കു ഇടിമുഴക്കാമോ?
9Or do you have an arm like God? Can you thunder with a voice like him?
10നീ മഹിമയും പ്രതാപവും അണിഞ്ഞുകൊള്‍ക. തേജസ്സും പ്രഭാവവും ധരിച്ചുകൊള്‍ക.
10“Now deck yourself with excellency and dignity. Array yourself with honor and majesty.
11നിന്റെ കോപപ്രവാഹങ്ങളെ ഒഴുക്കുക; ഏതു ഗര്‍വ്വിയെയും നോക്കി താഴ്ത്തുക.
11Pour out the fury of your anger. Look at everyone who is proud, and bring him low.
12ഏതു ഗര്‍വ്വിയെയും നോക്കി കവിഴ്ത്തുക; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ അവരുടെ നിലയില്‍ തന്നേ വീഴ്ത്തിക്കളക.
12Look at everyone who is proud, and humble him. Crush the wicked in their place.
13അവരെ ഒക്കെയും പൊടിയില്‍ മറെച്ചുവെക്കുക; അവരുടെ മുഖങ്ങളെ മറവിടത്തു ബന്ധിച്ചുകളക.
13Hide them in the dust together. Bind their faces in the hidden place.
14അപ്പോള്‍ നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഞാനും നിന്നെ ശ്ളാഘിച്ചു പറയും.
14Then I will also admit to you that your own right hand can save you.
15ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെപ്പോലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന നദീഹയമുണ്ടല്ലോ; അതു കാളയെപ്പോലെ പുല്ലുതിന്നുന്നു.
15“See now, behemoth, which I made as well as you. He eats grass as an ox.
16അതിന്റെ ശക്തി അതിന്റെ കടിപ്രദേശത്തും അതിന്റെ ബലം വയറ്റിന്റെ മാംസപേശികളിലും ആകുന്നു.
16Look now, his strength is in his thighs. His force is in the muscles of his belly.
17ദേവദാരുതുല്യമായ തന്റെ വാല്‍ അതു ആട്ടുന്നു; അതിന്റെ തുടയിലെ ഞരമ്പുകള്‍ കൂടി പിണഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
17He moves his tail like a cedar. The sinews of his thighs are knit together.
18അതിന്റെ അസ്ഥികള്‍ ചെമ്പുകുഴല്‍പോലെയും എല്ലുകള്‍ ഇരിമ്പഴിപോലെയും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
18His bones are like tubes of brass. His limbs are like bars of iron.
19അതു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളില്‍ പ്രധാനമായുള്ളതു; അതിനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയവന്‍ അതിന്നു ഒരു വാള്‍ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
19He is the chief of the ways of God. He who made him gives him his sword.
20കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളൊക്കെയും കളിക്കുന്നിടമായ പര്‍വ്വതങ്ങള്‍ അതിന്നു തീന്‍ വിളയിക്കുന്നു.
20Surely the mountains produce food for him, where all the animals of the field play.
21അതു നീര്‍മരുതിന്റെ ചുവട്ടിലും ഞാങ്ങണയുടെ മറവിലും ചതുപ്പുനിലത്തും കിടക്കുന്നു.
21He lies under the lotus trees, in the covert of the reed, and the marsh.
22നീര്‍മരുതു നിഴല്‍കൊണ്ടു അതിനെ മറെക്കുന്നു; തോട്ടിങ്കലെ അലരി അതിനെ ചുറ്റി നിലക്കുന്നു;
22The lotuses cover him with their shade. The willows of the brook surround him.
23നദി കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകിയാലും അതു ഭ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ല; യോര്‍ദ്ദാന്‍ അതിന്റെ വായിലേക്കു ചാടിയാലും അതു നിര്‍ഭയമായിരിക്കും.
23Behold, if a river overflows, he doesn’t tremble. He is confident, though the Jordan swells even to his mouth.
24അതു നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അതിനെ പിടിക്കാമോ? അതിന്റെ മൂക്കില്‍ കയര്‍ കോര്‍ക്കാമോ?
24Shall any take him when he is on the watch, or pierce through his nose with a snare?
