1ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനം
1I will sing of loving kindness and justice. To you, Yahweh, I will sing praises.
2ഞാന്‍ ദയയെയും ന്യായത്തെയും കുറിച്ചു പാടും; യഹോവേ, ഞാന്‍ നിനക്കു കീര്‍ത്തനം പാടും.
2I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.
3ഞാന്‍ നിഷ്കളങ്കമാര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍ ശ്രദ്ധവേക്കും; എപ്പോള്‍ നീ എന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വരും? ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിഷ്കളങ്കഹൃദയത്തോടെ പെരുമാറും.
3I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me.
4ഞാന്‍ ഒരു നീചകാര്യം എന്റെ കണ്ണിന്നു മുമ്പില്‍ വെക്കുകയില്ല; ക്രമം കെട്ടവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ ഞാന്‍ വെറുക്കുന്നു; അതു എന്നോടു ചേര്‍ന്നു പറ്റുകയില്ല.
4A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil.
5വക്രഹൃദയം എന്നോടു അകന്നിരിക്കും; ദുഷ്ടതയെ ഞാന്‍ അറികയില്ല.
5I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won’t tolerate one who is haughty and conceited.
6കൂട്ടുകാരനെക്കുറിച്ചു ഏഷണി പറയുന്നവനെ ഞാന്‍ നശിപ്പിക്കും; ഉന്നതഭാവവും നിഗളഹൃദയവും ഉള്ളവനെ ഞാന്‍ സഹായിക്കയില്ല.
6My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. He who walks in a perfect way, he will serve me.
7ദേശത്തിലെ വിശ്വസ്തന്മാര്‍ എന്നോടുകൂടെ വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി അവരുടെമേല്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നിഷ്കളങ്കമാര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍ നടക്കുന്നവന്‍ എന്നെ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കും.
7He who practices deceit won’t dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won’t be established before my eyes.
8വഞ്ചനചെയ്യുന്നവന്‍ എന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍ വസിക്കയില്ല; ഭോഷകു പറയുന്നവന്‍ എന്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ ഉറെച്ചുനില്‍ക്കയില്ല.
8Morning by morning, I will destroy all the wicked of the land; to cut off all the workers of iniquity from Yahweh’s city.
9യഹോവയുടെ നഗരത്തില്‍നിന്നു സകല ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തിക്കാരെയും ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണ്ടതിന്നു ദേശത്തിലെ ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ ഒക്കെയും ഞാന്‍ രാവിലെതോറും നശിപ്പിക്കും.
