1ദൈവമേ, ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ ശരണം ആക്കിയിരിക്കയാല്‍ എന്നെ കാത്തുകൊള്ളേണമേ,
1Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge.
2ഞാന്‍ യഹോവയോടു പറഞ്ഞതുനീ എന്റെ കര്‍ത്താവാകുന്നു; നീ ഒഴികെ എനിക്കു ഒരു നന്മയും ഇല്ല.
2My soul, you have said to Yahweh, “You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing.”
3ഭൂമിയിലെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരോ അവര്‍ എനിക്കു പ്രസാദമുള്ള ശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാര്‍ തന്നേ.
3As for the saints who are in the earth, they are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.
4അന്യദേവനെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നവരുടെ വേദനകള്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധിക്കും; അവരുടെ രക്തപാനീയബലികളെ ഞാന്‍ അര്‍പ്പിക്കയില്ല; അവരുടെ നാമങ്ങളെ എന്റെ നാവിന്മേല്‍ എടുക്കയുമില്ല.
4Their sorrows shall be multiplied who give gifts to another god. Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, nor take their names on my lips.
5എന്റെ അവകാശത്തിന്റെയും പാനപാത്രത്തിന്റെയും പങ്കു യഹോവ ആകുന്നു; നീ എനിക്കുള്ള ഔഹരിയെ പരിപാലിക്കുന്നു.
5Yahweh assigned my portion and my cup. You made my lot secure.
6അളവുനൂല്‍ എനിക്കു മനോഹരദേശത്തു വീണിരിക്കുന്നു; അതേ, എനിക്കു നല്ലോരവകാശം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
6The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance.
7എനിക്കു ബുദ്ധി ഉപദേശിച്ചുതന്ന യഹോവയെ ഞാന്‍ വാഴ്ത്തും; രാത്രികാലങ്ങളിലും എന്റെ അന്തരംഗം എന്നെ ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നു.
7I will bless Yahweh, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.
8ഞാന്‍ യഹോവയെ എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്‍ എന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന്‍ കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകയില്ല.
8I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
9അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ ഹൃദയം സന്തോഷിച്ചു എന്റെ മനസ്സു ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ജഡവും നിര്‍ഭയമായി വസിക്കും.
9Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.
10നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ പാതാളത്തില്‍ വിടുകയില്ല. നിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനെ ദ്രവത്വം കാണ്മാന്‍ സമ്മതിക്കയുമില്ല.
10For you will not leave my soul in Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. , neither will you allow your holy one to see corruption.
11ജീവന്റെ വഴി നീ എനിക്കു കാണിച്ചുതരും; നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില്‍ സന്തോഷപരിപൂര്‍ണ്ണതയും നിന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു എന്നും പ്രമോദങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടു.
11You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.
